Vacation rentals with a patio in Hot Springs National Park

Condo building is located in a quiet safe neighborhood with stunning views of Lake Hamilton. The unit is located on the first floor with no stairs which made carrying luggage in/out a breeze. We would stay here again!

We loved Carrie’s place! The view was even more gorgeous than the listing photos. It was clean, comfortable, and check in/out was a breeze. Carrie was also extremely helpful and responsive. The condo is located right by all of the attractions in downtown Hot Springs and is a very short drive to Garven Woodland Gardens which was beautiful in the spring and definitely worth checking out. We can’t wait till we can visit again!

We had a delightful two-night stay at this downtown studio in Hot Springs. The location was ideal for easy access to the convention center, and the studio itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities made it feel just like home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

had a wonderful weekend get away. Unit was recently remodeled top to bottom with a lot of attention paid to the small details which makes a huge difference. Very, cozy, warm and inviting with all of the amenities provided, including coffee. We went for want of nothing. I would book this unit again.

Our host Tonia was amazing she was always very responsive. When my dog sitter flaked out on me and I had to figure it out last minute she let me know that I would bring our little angel with us. The accommodations were beyond beautiful even better than the photos. We felt so at peace there. We will definitely be going back.

This is an amazing place for your whole family and children. Swimming pool is gorgeous and refreshing. Lake front view so calming and relaxing. Thank you, for being so accommodating to our needs. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing outdoor space. Our kids loved playing sports outside, and to our surprise, the sloped driveway made for some great soccer matches! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. While we weren’t able to use the fire pit due to a county burn ban from high winds, we recommend checking local alerts before arrival to set expectations. The nature trails within The Village were absolutely scenic and beautiful. There’s also a basketball court—so don’t forget to bring your own basketball! The mini-golf course was a fun addition, though it closes early in the afternoon unless you bring your own putter and golf balls. Overall, we highly recommend this home! Mark was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

Loved it. Went here on a work trip as I didn’t want me and 2 workers to be trapped in a hotel. I will never rent a hotel on a work trip again because of this house. It was better than advertised, immaculately clean, and just felt like a second home. Thomas answered questions fast and I couldn’t be happier with our stay.

We loved this place it was a townhome so I wasn’t sure about privacy and noise issues. But it exceeded my expectations, very quiet, relaxing atmosphere, cozy and close to town. We loved our visit here. Jackson family

It was a great place to stay. My kids enjoyed the game room. It was comfortable and welcoming.

This is an older home but so charming and is right on lake Hamilton. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, there were two kayaks there we used, they also had an inflatable kayak but didn’t require it. We had a family trip, 6 of us, all adults. Sleeping accommodations worked out well. Two clean bathrooms with great towels! Great living room space and table for eating or card games :) there were also board games provided for us to use. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for adventures in town. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also had a grill outside but we didn’t use. We walked to a very close park with trails nearby. Walmart close drive if you forgot anything. Doyet was a delightful host, so kind and knowledgeable about the area. He lives right next door and is very responsive to any needs. He also left us some arrival goodies and flowers! I would love to stay here again!

This home was not only beautiful, but it was comfortable and included many extras. We had plenty of room, and we loved being on the lake. It was nice to sight see during the days and then come back and relax in the afternoons/evenings. The host was always on top of things. We will definitely stay here again if we go back to Hot Springs.

Nick's condo was a great for our weekend getaway! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing in the spring weather. The beds were amazingly comfortable. We hope to visit again.

We can’t say enough about Brittany’s Airbnb. The 5 star review is well worth it. I simply cannot wait to stay here again. It feels like home and I really appreciate every single detail from the decor to the amenities. The location is beautiful and we keep coming back for all that Hot Springs has to offer. Be sure you bring some empty water bottles to hit up Happy Hallow Fountain for your cold spring water and Garvan Woodland Gardens to see the beautiful gardens. It was very nice and clean. I loved seeing the recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Mattress was a little stiff, but all in all it was a nice place and we 10/10 recommend staying especially if you have a boat/jet ski. We would love to come back during the summer when we can swim in the lake!
