Vacation rentals with a patio in Hot Springs

My husband and I chose this place for our one year anniversary and it was absolutely beautiful! We were on a budget so the price was good for us and it was well worth it! Best place you could get for the price! There was amazing scenery and it was quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for any couple wanting a cute cozy get away!

We had a wonderful stay! The pictures of the condominium really do not depict the true beauty of the home. The covered deck, and the lake experience were amazing. My lodging accommodations helped make my stay in Hot Springs, Arkansas, among one of my best visits!

Really comfortable and perfect for our large family to be together during the holidays! Lots of room and the kitchen is well stocked. The area was quiet and a short 30 minutes to downtown Hot Springs. Would definitely stay there again! Christopher was very responsive when we had questions. It was perfect for us and a good value

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Mimi’s place was great! Had all the amenities as listed, very clean, and comfortable. Mimi went above and beyond and got birthday goodies for my partners birthday too! Had a wonderful time and have now stayed through Mimi two times and would continue to do so on future visits!

It was thoughtfully stocked with everything and more we could need in the kitchen. The special amenities in the bathroom were a nice touch. At the last minute we ended up bringing our little dog and the dog bed and bowls were another thoughtful and much appreciated touch. The location is perfect for walking to the convention center and restaurants. The only negative is the tenants above the unit were the definition of night owls and we heard every step they took all night long despite our loud sound machine.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and we felt comfortable and at home. It looks just like the pictures. The view of the lake from the balcony and through the windows made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We loved everything about our experience !

Self explanatory!!! Wonderful place.. my wife n I had an awesome time at Sheri’s place for our anniversary. Jacuzzi tub really put iceing on da cake. All da bed is to die. Overall A+

Really enjoyed our stay! House was exactly what we needed for our short Thanksgiving meetup. We enjoyed the fire pit, neighborhood trails, soft beds, and comfy couch! Even our dog had a great time watching squirrels from the deck and crunching around in the fall foliage.

My family (2 children, 2 adults) enjoyed our time at this location. The description met our expectations. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, playing games and watching movies. We took time to go into Hot Springs and check out some of the recommendations on places to go. This was just what our family needed. A nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay on vacation. My kids have already asked to go back in the summer.

It was nice and clean. I feel it was over priced for size and amenities.

We had an awesome stay even though there was a double book, and this isn’t the place we ended up staying we were very satisfied with our replacement.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. Access to the lake was great! The young adults really enjoyed taking the kayaks out in the lake. It was spacious enough to accommodate our family.

WE love Hot Springs! This is our 4 or 5th visit and this one in particular was great!!!! WE decided to do a trip and make memories instead of buying gifts for Christmas, I got to spend the whole week with this amazing view and the amenities with my 2 adult sons, Daughter in Law, Boyfriend and my 6 month old grandson!!!! It was unforgettable. Definitely recommend this property, it is a 10/10. You are about 10 minutes or so from downtown and less than that to groceries, gas stations, liquor stores. I suggest bringing what you need and only leave a few times, it was well worth every penny. We ventured out some but also took advantage of the space and totally relaxed! Thanks again to the hosts for having us!!

Beautiful secluded area that is close to all the local attraction with still being private.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beverly’s Condo. The condo was very easy to get to. The assigned parking spot is a close walk across to the elevator. We were close to several great restaurant options only a few minutes drive away. Bathhouse Row & Hot Springs Mountain were about a 15 minute easy drive away. The condo was warm & welcoming, with an amazing view of Lake Hamilton. The kitchen was beautiful & I was glad there was a Keurig coffee pot available. We did not cook our meals this trip, but it seemed to have everything needed in the kitchen. The living room was cozy, with plenty of blankets & pillows to lounge. The master bedroom was spacious & comfortable. The shower & soaking tub in the master bathroom felt amazing. The provided shower products were great. The views of the lake from the master bedroom & living room are beautiful! The furniture on the deck is nice, perfect spot for my morning coffee. We would absolutely choose to stay with Beverly again in the future.

Book this Airbnb, you won’t be disappointed. This unit was simply lovely and we were greeted with a personal welcome sign on the fridge. (Nice touch) The location was perfect for our stay in Hot Springs. You’re closer to the lake without all the hassle of traffic and the view is amazing! They spared no expense with their remodel with incredible tile work, soft closing cabinets, a fantastic mattress, quality furniture and a kitchen that included everything down to real knives, wine opener and a ninja blender. Absolutely impressive and the aromatherapy oil diffuser was simply divine. Our lil Gracy felt right at home and she appreciated the tiny dog treats. We’re looking forward to staying again! Than you for everything! You’re an excellent host!

Nice romatic weekend gateway with my husband. I enjoyed bundling up setting on the balcony watching the sunrise over the Lake as I drink out tea. beautiful view of Lake Hamilton.

Beautiful space, both indoors and out. Loved having our morning coffee just steps from the river. Very quiet and peaceful.

Jess was great. I had a hiking accident and landed in the hospital. They were very understanding by letting my husband add a day to the stay.

We loved our stay here! The condo is decorated beautifully! Everything is pristine & super clean. We will stay here anytime we make our way back to Hot Springs!
