We had a great stay at the place in Bochum. For 8 people, the house was just the right size. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was very clean. The communication with Florian and Selina was also great. We will be happy to come back :)

Anke's accommodation more than exceeded our expectations by a harmonious and absolute feel-good atmosphere. The apartment is far more spacious than in the photos, everything was prepared for the fireplace and the hot tub was a dream. Beautiful old building apartment in a quiet but central location. Comfortably furnished with a personal touch. Particularly comfortable bed, sufficient storage space, enough towels, dishwasher tabs, etc. Also really suitable for longer stays. We felt very comfortable!

The apartment is very well and modernly equipped and really offers everything you could need for a longer stay. The communication with Timo was always flawless and super friendly. I will be happy to come back if I am nearby and one of the apartments is available.
