Rickey’s place is extremely clean and comfortable! Stayed for a very quick trip to see the Egg Bowl and it was really worth the money. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The location is absolutely perfect-super close to Batesville/Sardis Lake, but it feels like its own little private slice of life set off from the rest of the world. The house was very cozy and had lots of seating, parking, and plenty of room. It was the best stocked AirBNB we have ever seen, and we loved the helpful labels and instructions. The hosts were very kind and communicative, as well. We will absolutely be staying here again!

April was a great host, super responsive and welcoming. Two of our kids loved staying in the "secret" 4th bedroom. Spotlessly clean house. Quiet, safe neighborhood location that is a short drive to Memphis fun activities

If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable stay this host has plenty to offer on Horseshoe Lake! We had a large group coming into Hughes and we rented three of their AirBnB’s on horseshoe lake. All three AirBnB’s were clean and comfortable. The host is great and communication is 10/10! I would definitely recommend renting any AirBnB from this host! I promise you won’t be let down.

First, we almost never write reviews (just not really review people - haha)! Genny and Paul’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed (just as described and we also messaged to verify a few things before hand and all worked out just as it was explained to us). We felt well served (and even spoiled) by the “little things” that Genny and Paul clearly put thought into to make the stay so nice - organized baskets, chic appliances, and overall functionality. We also have two doodles - so, the laundry and storage area to crate them, grassy areas near by for their business, and the patio for lounging worked perfectly for our dogs! Lastly, the kids loved the outdoor TV, hot tub, the pond, and we all loved the overall area to walk/look about this wonderful scenery! We are just so impressed and would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Genny and Paul!

Me and my wife and kids simply loved the stay at the place. highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice location in the neighborhood visit family. I’m looking forward to staying there again on our next vacation trip because we are always traveling back-and-forth out of town to Holly Springs Mississippi because my mother and family lives there. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The lake was beautiful and the outside seating made you feel very welcome and rested. The kitchen had everything we needed and they provided a basket of snacks as well! The location was perfect, close to downtown Memphis and Graceland, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept so well after days of exploring. Esthela was a wonderful host—communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience! It has always been a good time at the lake house. All family and frends that visited us love the lake house. There are tons of fish to catch for all anglers.

The Tin Roof Inn was a great accommodation for our family of four. The smart layout & furnishings maximized the space very well, and there were a bunch of great little touches throughout the property. Very convenient to the Square and Ole Miss campus. We’ll definitely stay here again if available.

This home was in a suburban community with private entrance and yard. It is a short driving distance to the square and all things Ole Miss. Host is very kind and responsive. Home was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

Debbie made us feel right at home. Checking in was simple and easy. Communication was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful, safe, and relaxing place to stay. Debbie and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! My mother-in-law was scheduled for heart surgery during our stay. Debbie and her husband both made it a point to ask about how she was doing!!! I would highly recommend staying here. Its a little piece of heaven here on earth. We hope to return during the summer!!

This was a great place to stay for our family making for a memorable Ole Miss vs Georgia win! This apartment has a great trail behind the complex good for walking your pups! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at "The Rebel Roost"! If you love Oxford you will love this place. It is a beautiful place to stay. From the second I made the reservation Leslie was communicating with me making sure I was fully informed about our stay. The roost is very private, clean, and comfortable. The Ole Miss decorations are awesome! We loved seeing the goats, donkeys, chickens, and farm dog Skye. Our favorite part was Buddy the little house dog, the cutest thing you have ever seen. We can't wait to stay there again soon. Five Stars for "The Rebel Roost"!

We greatly appreciated the space. It was truly lovely and we felt right at home! The name is perfect as it was a farm and oh so charming! Our hosts were so kind, responsive and willing to help and recommend when asked. Definitely gave us our privacy which was appreciated. We would stay again with great expectations and no hessitations.
