Family-friendly vacation rentals in Horsens

We were a family of four that stayed at Yves place. The place is extremely comfortable to stay at and it is close to all the attractions and activates that you want to do (legoland, lalandia, wow park, givskuld zoo and etc). It is beautiful on the outside and inside. Our kids loved the place. It was easy to communicate with Yves when we had questions. If you are going to the area with kids, select Yves place.. you won't be disappointed.

Christian's house is very cozy, with many facilities to enjoy as a family. It was perfect for us since we were coming to visit family that lives in Mårslet. We travel 4 adults with 3 little girls and we were very comfortable, we enjoyed small and old. Spacious house with adult areas and play areas for small ones. Large garden to enjoy sunny days and with forest areas and green areas to enjoy nature around, two supermarkets very close to buy everything you need, with some places to eat and drink a walk away. With the ease of going by bus or train to the center of Århus. We loved movie nights while the little ones slept comfortably and days in the center of Århus or the beach for peace of mind. Everything is really perfect! Thank you very much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

The house is perfect, with the most beautiful views of surrounding countryside and amazing sunsets from the patio. We stayed here with our two children, who loved playing in the garden. My son especially loved the trampoline, zip line and visiting the chickens in the evening. We visited Legoland, Lego House, Wow Park and Lalandia - all within a 30 min drive of the house. Also visited the beach at Tirsbæk Strand which was lovely. The house was a perfect place to relax after busy days out. Michael was a great host, always quick to reply to any questions we had. We hope to stay again in the future.

Carsten's place is exceptional. Situated on a hill, with great views, it offers lots of space. The fireplace room has special charm, the use of which we enjoyed very much as the entire accommodation.

Using the hot tube while it's cold and rainy with fireworks during new years eve is probably the best way to end the year. Our Hosts were super friendly and kind, the cottage is very cozy and we loved and enjoyed the cd music collection from the 80s to the 2000s on a solid soundsystem. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly, the beach is very nice, but if you are into restaurants and siteseeing you have to go to the nearby cities of Fredericia, Vejle or Kolding, which requires to drive by car. But walking through the neighborhood has its very own charm. We will for sure come again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view, location were wonderful. Also the accommodation itself was lovely and well equipped. However, we would not describe them as luxurious, but rather slightly above average. If we had to complain a bit, it was (only) ok clean on arrival. Single dishes were dirty in the closet, for example, several cups and glasses had cracks and, for example, the bathtub was not clean. In the sauna, the number of sauna bins could be increased. We still felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the place!

We had a lovely stay at Marianne and Tom's. They were attentive and considerate. The apartment matches the images and description. We were there at 4 for 1 week. A small bathroom but convenient and full of storage solutions in the apartment. There were drinks and cereal bars on arrival, which were very much appreciated. Everything is there so no need to take extra things like sponge, towels, dish soap etc. We were able to chat a little and I really enjoyed this moment of exchange. They are very friendly people who represent the Danish state of mind.

Pia has provided a perfect accommodation for our stay, so warm, cosy and homely. The kitchen is so well equipped that we can easily prepare our own meals. The large supermarket Bilka is just 5 minutes away. We would like to come back if we visit this area again and have no reservations to recommend this accommodation to you.

We stayed at Inge's accommodation with a group of 8 to watch the handball world championships in Herning, which was a ~ 20 minute drive. The place was much nicer than anticipated from the pictures, with lots of windows and light coming in. Also it really is a home, well-equipped for cooking, etc. The fireplace was a nice addition during winter. Value for money was great, so would definitely come back. Very cozy little apartment in which we felt very comfortable about the rainy days at the end of the year. Quietly located, not far from the city and yet close to nature.

Reasons that Kongsvang must rank among the top properties in Denmark: 1. Remote island location. 2. You have to take a boat to get there. 3. Plenty of space. 4. Bikes and lawn games. 5. Live action rabbit 🐇 show every morning, for free. 6. Most stars you will ever see on a clear night (unless you go the high Andes of Chile). 7. Great Danish food. 8. Did I mention location? 9. Shetland ponies roaming free on the beach. Just one caveat, if you're taller than 1,75 m, mind your head. This is a vintage building with low ceilings. Hope to be back soon!

What a great apartment, what a lovely hostess. We felt like at home from the first moment. If the area wasn't so nice, you could spend the whole day in the armchair by the large window looking at the sea. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, super clean and lovingly furnished. For kids, there is a play tower with swing and sandbox. There are many seating options in Lotte's beautiful garden and a beautiful sandy beach with bathing jetty is within walking distance. We would love to come back!

Everything was fine and as we expected. quiet place. walking distance to Gudenåen. Lovely warm house, despite freezing temperatures outside. Nice with a welcoming host and that we could come early.

We enjoyed it very much. There is enough space in the house and everything is exactly as described in the advertisement. Simon helped us find a good mooring for our boat, which was very kind. Clear recommendation!

We rented Jette's house with 5 people for the weekend. The view is amazing and the hot tub is also super pleasant. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would come back anytime!

It was wonderfully calm and relaxed! Were only two in the house and can fully recommend it. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the beach or sea (great sunrises!), to the nearest supermarket ten minutes by car. By the way, electricity meter is outside next to the front door, water meter by the hot tub, in case someone is also looking for a little longer;) Thanks for the nice time!
