Aimee and Paul's house was lovely and in a perfect location. It was spacious and had lots of good extras to make the stay more comfortable. Aimee and Paul were very responsive to any queries. The hot tub was an added bonus and very relaxing. We would recommend, and hope to stay again in the future.

Had a fantastic stay at Anna’s house which is beautiful and a perfect spot for a family holiday. Our 2 year old boy was over the moon when he saw all the toy cars to play with and my 5 year old girl loved the house so much she wanted to stay forever. Great location close to Sobo beach and lots of great recommendations for local restaurants/ takeaways. The outdoor shower was perfect for filling up the paddling pool in the afternoon. Absolutely recommend staying here and we will definitely be booking to stay again next year!

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

Celia’s home was bright and comfortable with lots of lovely touches. Lots of toys and books to keep everyone entertained and a smart outside space for relaxing and running off any excess energy before bedtime! Would love to stay again, x

Victoria’s house was beautiful, and perfect for our 2 families (8 people in total!) The wood burner was a lovely addition in the cold evenings. Bedrooms were an ideal layout for us and having 3 bathrooms was great and extremely helpful. The kitchen was stunning with fully equipped cupboards with everything needed. Very detailed information on house rules and expectations. Victoria was a perfect host and was very responsive to any questions. I didn’t have any issues for her to resolve as the house was perfect. The location was great for us as all the outings we had planned were a car drive away, we did go on a walk that was detailed in the information folder that was in the house, it was a lovely 2hrs in the countryside and something we wouldn’t have known had Victoria not put it in there. The local pub which is as 1 min walk did a lovely meal and Sunday roast. I would highly recommend this property, and Victoria as a host was amazing.

Vicki was an awesome host. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. She left us a lovely basket of goodies which went down like a treat. The kids toy room was a huge bonus for us as we had little ones. They enjoyed it as well as the outside grass space. Spacious and exactly like advertised. Thanks Vicki (and Carolina). We had a lovely stay 😀

If your looking for a hidden gem you have found it !!! The accommodation is very large, cosy and extremely well equipped. We arrived last minute due to another air BB being sub standard and Sarah was so brilliant, we were checked to house within 30 mins. The inside of the house simply beautiful, spotlessly clean and so convenient to walk to Fordingbridge. The host sarah is absolutely amazing you really could not ask for a better host. Unfortunatly she could only accommodate ourselves for 4 nights, but then she went above and beyond to find us another air BB that her friend had available I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for a few days when visiting family nearby. It was perfect for our purpose and we found Elizabeth very friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the trampoline!

I booked for my colleague who’s working in the area and the place was lovely. He loved it. I would highly recommend. Ali and Stuart were great hosts. Thank you for looking after us!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Central location and the parking space is a real bonus. The flat is well equipped and very comfortable. Jillian was very quick to respond to any questions.

We loved our stay! Perfectly clean, the bed was so comfy and the garden was enclosed, which is perfect for our dogs. The location is great - I would run every morning and it would take 10 minutes to get to the seafront. Absolutely 10/10 and we had such a beautiful, relaxing weekend. Seweryn was a great host, Communication was amazing , the flat was equipped with everything you need including games Xbox puzzles. It was a lovely cozy flat me and my partner really enjoyed it. Will be back again.

Beautiful location, gorgeous apartment and the extras meant a lot, cereal, bread, eggs, tea and coffee. Very clean and comfortable, I would highly recommend.

Exactly as described. We know the area well due to having our friends live here. So we picked this apartment to be near our friend’s house. It was lovely and clean and cosy! Good communication from the owner! Will definitely stay again.

The place is centrally located as it is quite close to the town center. It is a great apartment and in pristine condition. The hosts are quite lovely and responsive.

The apartment is perfect, great space, light and airy. Lovely for a communal get together. Samantha was extremely helpful in planning our trip with great suggestions for local places to eat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

The flat was clean, tidy, spacious, comfy, had everything you'd need and more. Right by the beach and local shops, pubs, restaurants. Very responsive host and clear instructions etc. Beautiful place in a convenient location, we had a fab time and would definitely recommend and stay again 😀

Taras apartment was a little gem. Stylish, clean, comfy, location was amazing ... we loved our stay and will definitly book again.

We had a lovely few days at the Coast House. It is a beautiful house spread out over 3 floors and has everything you could possibly need, with some lovely little touches. It is in the perfect location and it was great to come back there to relax after long walks through Sandbanks and across to Studland on the ferry. Would highly recommend.
