fabulous location. Even had a wonderful Christmas tree and hamper of goodies waiting for us upon arrival. Had a lovely time as a family. Would recommend this cottage to others.

Fantastic little cottage for our family break away. I even asked for our stay to be extended on short notice (a week or 2 before we were due to arrive) and Eva & Richard were able to accommodate this. I'm glad I did as the cottage was so lovely, perfect location with the beach, the lake and lots of beautiful walks at the doorstep. The little fire stove was so nice when coming back from a cold, refreshing walk.

What a lovely stay we've just had here! Tracy was friendly and helpful from start to finish, the flat was spotlessly clean and cosy, with everything we needed - just perfect for the 2 of us and our small dog. All amenities and the beach are just a 5 minute walk away. Thank you Tracy!

A wonderfully located penthouse apartment, that surprisingly goes on and on. Also they’ve put in lovely new bathroom - not the one in the pics - it’s much nicer with bath and separate shower. Stayed at this location with 2 kids, aged 3 and 7, there are two flights of stairs to contend with and a parking spot which is around the bs k of the property that requires a 2 mins walk, but once your in this space meets your needs in an affordable way. Lounge and kitchen are both self contained at one end, and the kids bedroom and master along with bathroom away so you can get downtime and relax once the kids are in bed. Also town and seafront are soo close.

We loved our stay at the cottage. It’s on a really quiet road, but was only a 2 minute walk from the centre of Dawlish and the seafront. The property itself was lovely, very clean and furnished to a good standard. Would definitely recommend!!

Me and the dog recently stayed at this property and usually the dog is very anxious in new surroundings but had a great time on surrounding beaches and walks. The hot tub was an added luxury after a long day of walking. Lenny went out of his way to cater for my misunderstanding of dates and I couldn’t thank him enough for this! The hole property was clean and cosy and would definitely recommend this property and the host very highly Gareth

We had a family get together at this house, complete with full roast cooked onsite for 5, certainly well equiped establishment. Clean, tidy, excellent location. You get what you pay for springs to mind, i.e. yes its expensive but its a top class location etc. I would recommend

Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone to find their own place to chill and relax. Bigger than the pictures suggest! We stay quite frequently in Exmouth to visit family and this has been the best so far. The little touches were appreciated, like the drinks and snacks on arrival, but also a full basket of logs for the log fire in the front room. This was a perfect way to finish the day especially with the cold weather. We are already planning our next visit there. Loved it x

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

5 stars on everything! Firstly the hosts are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Secondly the apartment is beautiful, well stocked with everything you might need and the view!!! The view looks amazing in the pictures but when you see it in real life, nothing compares. Dave that runs the reception/restaurant is worth his weight in gold and made my stay so much more pleasurable, again nothing was too much trouble! My children were being fussy eaters so he asked them what they would like to eat the next day and personally went to the shop to cater for them. I cannot recommend this Air BnB enough it will be one of your favourite experiences in life.

Absolutely fabulous place! Listing was accurate, instructions were clear, and the location and apartment were superb. Would stay again and hope to be back! Love this area and the privacy that the apartment afforded on the balcony was peaceful. Nicki was a fantastic host and so responsive!

Berry cottage; our Christmas miracle. It is very comfortable and cosy with everything you need. We didn't want to leave, we even booked an extra 2 nights.

What a lovely place to stay, and I must say it had a great equipped kitchen which made cooking for 7 easier than it normally is when we stay away. Airfryer, slow cooker, 3 racks in the oven. Oven trays and much more. Also under-counter fridge and freezer. The resort was lovely, although I can imagine it being busy in the summer months. Close to Paignton, only a 10 min drive. This time was only a quick visit but we hope to stay again. :)

Fantastic stay for a big group. Each bedroom was set up for double beds with en-suites which was ideal. The kitchen and dining room was perfect for a social dinning experience. The lounge was big but was very cosy (also a great tv). The parking was tough but some of us parked right up the road in a quiet neighbourhood for free. Plenty to do in the local area, 3 pubs, monkey zoo, secluded beach, Teignmouth with much more across the river. Would highly recommend for a big family or group of friends. 👌🏼

Beryl’s house is full of light and has stunning sea views from both rooms. It was cosy in the evenings and we loved sitting on the terrace enjoying the sunsets. The location is fabulous for the coastal paths and it is an easy walk to Hope Cove. We also enjoyed our trip into Salcombe and a delicious lunch at the Crab Shack. Thank you for a wonderful break.

Very comfortable and useful extras eg bread, milk, orange juice, biscuits and cereals which saved us having to go out for essentials

Wow, Kristin's place is absolutely dreamy! It's so close to town and the train station, and every detail has been carefully thought out. We really wish we could stay longer!

We had a great stay here, a perfect spot to get away and relax. Susan was a great host, very responsive and some great recommendations on the local area. Would definitely stay here again if i am in the area, thank you!
