Absolutely fabulous holiday home! Louise&Ian greeted us on arrival, they were lovely. They had put up some birthday banners for my husband, as it was his birthday. It was a really kind touch - along with the delicious homemade scones and dog biscuits which our dog loved! Louise&Ian were really accommodating with our 6month old son. The views were gorgeous and the walks along the beach were brilliant. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Louise&Ian!

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

Perfect getaway, perfect location, perfect host. Now the family is all grown up buying meaningful Christmas presents is hard This part of Cornwall holds a special place in our hearts so I got the idea for the whole family to have a long weekend together. Something very chalenging given the hours we work and that we don’t live particularly close to each other. I found this property on the site and was drawn not just by its location but the picture of the big dining kitchen we could all eat together Also it’s accessibility for my 83 year old mom. Then there’s the views Wow From this location you get the benefit of being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset over the sea. The house was so homely we immediately settled in and Mark was so accommodating of everything we asked. It was glorious waking up together and playing board games together late into the evening after we came back from the Inn on the Shore which is a five minute walk A true gem We will be back

We loved our stay at the cottage. It’s on a really quiet road, but was only a 2 minute walk from the centre of Dawlish and the seafront. The property itself was lovely, very clean and furnished to a good standard. Would definitely recommend!!

Really enjoyed our stay, considering we booked last minute, Matthew was hugely responsive and flexible allowing us to squeeze in our booking during February half term. The property was clean, well presented with a welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The beds were extremely comfy and views are fantastic even in February. The wood burner/fireplace offered some cosy comfort in the late evening. Local restaurants are walking distance as is the beach. Highly recommend the Beach House as a place to eat / drink.

Freyas place is absolutely stunning inside and out. We loved every minute of our stay, helped by the gorgeous weather we had. The views are quite incredible, it is so quiet, and the inside is very cosy and comfortable. What a treat it was. We can’t wait to come back! What a gem. It must be the best cabin on Freathy Cliff!

Helen’s places was one of the most comfortable and well equipped places I have stayed in. A short distance from the costal path and within walking distance of Brixham harbour. I would highly recommend it.

Berry cottage; our Christmas miracle. It is very comfortable and cosy with everything you need. We didn't want to leave, we even booked an extra 2 nights.

Excellent communication with Emily from the get-go. The place was as described and you didn't want for anything appliance wise, as it had everything available that you needed. Really nice touch with the biscuits and toiletries. Excellent arrival instructions, which were clear and concise. Would definitely stay there again if we were in the immediate area.

The house was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It was extremely well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The beautiful beach was within easy walking distance and there were lots of local pubs and takeaways.

We spent a relaxing few days at the Beach House which is in a lovely spot with fabulous sea views. It was cosy and warm during our stay in March. It's perfect for coast path walks and the Village Pub in Thurlestone is only 10-15 minutes on foot.

A lovely find, perfect for a quiet visit to Plymouth. The ferry ride across to the Barbican was fun where we found some lovely individual shops, restaurants and bars. We will definitely return, as Sophie’s accommodation was perfect. The best welcome hamper I have ever had, including the toiletries and slippers. Spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Parking space was a bonus.

Another great stay here! This time, for a longer period of time, additional cleaning and replenishment was offered throughout. A very proactive and helpful host who obviously takes pride in their property and guests. Would highly recommend to others and consider using again in the future.

Amazing spot will definitely be returning, the views are amazing and plenty things in place to make your stay comfortable. The place was completely spotless. Plenty coastal walks around.

We had a fantastic couple of days at the Crow’s Nest, visiting family who had also rented cabins on Freathy Cliffside. The weather was absolutely beautiful, allowing us to fully enjoy the breathtaking views and outdoor space. We would have loved to stay a few extra days, but unfortunately, it was already booked. The cabin had everything we needed, making it perfect for a peaceful retreat. If you prefer to simply relax with a good book and soak in the tranquility, you could easily spend days unwinding without needing to go far. That said, beach access is easy to navigate, and a walk along the shoreline at low tide is an absolute must.

We stayed for a 2 night stay to celebrate my friends upcoming wedding. Communication with Simon & Charlie was great and they were very understanding and clear in communication. We arrived at the property following very clear instructions and we fell in love instantly! The property is decorated to perfection, perfect for those that like a modern decor. The small pub in the property elevated our stay and is a perfect ‘gimmick’, we enjoyed playing darts! The bedrooms were spacious, clean and with all the amenities needed! Again, perfectly decorated! The en-suites and bathrooms were pristine clean and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch. We were greeting with a small welcome box of some biscuits (perfect with a cup of tea!), crisps and a bottle of Prosecco which we all enjoyed! We enjoyed meals at two of the recommended restaurants too, the food was delicious! We are already planning our next get away! It was perfect! Thank you so much both!
