Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Hood River

Descansa has always communicated well when we ask questions. The house is clean and well maintained and is close to great food. I would highly encourage people staying here for the safe area and good parking as well as the access to local food and quick access to the interstate.

This was our third time staying at Ryan’s place for a cozy girls weekend and it solidified our desire to keep coming back! Proximity to great wine tasting and hiking is a plus, but you could also spend the whole weekend at the house and have a great time. Already looking forward to next year!

Chris’s home was super comfortable with well stocked kitchen and anything you’d need for a getaway. The setting by the river is magical- we saw bald eagles and other waterfowl even in midwinter! Imagine relaxing in the hot tub after a day of snow sports with a view of the river. It’s a perfect spot to get you away from the rat race for a little while! We hope to check it out in warmer weather soon

First the pictures do not do this place enough justice. If you are wanting to stay close to Mt. hood and feel like you are in your own private Forrest this is the place for you. She provided local recommendations and everything to do within the surrounding towns. We walked to a local coffee and breakfast joint every morning. She was the most responsive host I have probably had. The wood fire pellet was such a bonus that we didn’t even know we wanted. Totally loved everything about this place from location, to convenience, to walkability to restaurants.

Perfect place to spend the night with friends and family. Fun area to explore with great bars and restaurants in walkable distance. Jacob is an extremely flexible and responsive host! Spacious property with beautiful view of the mountains.

I've stayed here twice now and each time it has been lovely. It's a perfect place to relax, cook, sit on the deck and enjoy the river go by, or read a book by the fire.

We had a great stay at this property! Initially, there was a bit of confusion with the door code provided in the instructions, but the host was very responsive and helped us get in quickly, which we really appreciated. The interior of the home is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the hot tub—it was clean, fully functional, and a great way to relax on a crisp autumn evening. Overall, a wonderful experience with a helpful host and a lovely property. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at many airbnb's and this was definitely one of the most convenient and comfortable, as well as thoughtful places we've stayed. The beds were comfortable & all the seating in the house was so comfy. We had a day where after we got back from the mountain, we lounged around on the huge sofa and watched movies, it was wonderful. The layout of the home was well suited for our two families to enjoy. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great location and a beautiful view. Even though there are a few cabins next door, it feels completely private. All the windows face a beautiful forested area and creek. The hot tub was wonderful and the house is clean.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway with our family at this cozy cabin. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The cabin was cozy and warm. The couches were not very comfortable, that might be something consider, and you have to pay extra per-person if it’s over 4 people even though it’s a cabin for 7, so that felt a little misleading if you have a family or group of more than 4 persons, be aware of that extra charge. The house and kitchen were well stocked and comfortable bedding. Hot tub was in good condition. Overall a lovely stay.

Ryan was great to work with, responsive and any questions were answered. The game room was exactly what we were looking for added fun during our stay. place was clean. downstairs bathroom renevoted recently and was beautiful.

Google Maps initially took us a route to a road that dead-ends but we were able to look at the map and figure it out. As other reviews have said, stairs are steep up to the bedroom so something to consider. The driveway is also steep and we arrived during a snowstorm but Shane gave us plenty of warning and our AWD vehicle was able to make it up. Again just something to consider. If you are looking for something simple and cozy this is good spot. Perfect for a quick trip. We enjoyed the hot tub and feeling like we were high in the snowy trees.

Awesome cabin! Would definitely stay here again. Fireplace, hot tub and record player make for a very cozy get away.

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was so cozy and peaceful. It was perfect for 6 people and felt so spacious. The deck is very pretty and very well taken care of. I would recommend 100%.
