Staying at Chilies was great. It was close to amenities, safe, and so easy with use of the dive shop. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a very nice time for our two night stay. Hernan who was always on the property was very nice and attentive. The property is close to town, about 1 km on the road going towards Celaque, but preferable to go in a vehicle. The property has 5 cabins and they each have two full size beds, hot water and ceiling fan. Very quiet and cool at night. We had a great rest. It has a rustic feel to it but the interior was tile floor and beds and linens were new and clean. Would recommend if you're thinking about relaxing for a few days in Gracias. We are very satisfied with our stay! We loved the apartment so much that we even extended our stay. The place feels like a small paradise, and we truly wish we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately, we couldn’t change our other bookings anymore. The owners are very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Nice quiet place off the main strip. Good views. And we got a nice little breakfast. Barbara got some good tips on how to make pizza too.

We did not get there until very late and left early, but we slept very well!

I am really appreciative of Talia accepting my Puerta Azul reservation at the last minute. My flight was canceled on a carrier that flies yellow planes from San Pedro Sula which required me to book with the largest carrier in the world to get back to the United States. This caused me to desperately need a nice and comfortable place to stay at the last minute since my previous hotels were completely booked. Talia was able to prepare a delicious dinner for me at the last minute of coconut shrimp, rice, and salad which cost $23.00 for one person. She offered filtered mint water for dinner and breakfast and water in a pitcher within the room. The bed and linens were PERFECT!! I had a good nights rest before heading back to the USA. Talia even offers the option of having your clothes washed at Puerta Azul for the price of $10.00 per load. This is definitely a must stay if you are looking for a secluded peaceful location with free breakfast. I feel very lucky to have this opportunity and experience. Thank you!

This place was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed the relaxed-down to earth vibe. The clear ocean pool was amazing…you could see tons of fish, crabs, and conch without even using snorkeling gear. I will agree with other reviews that it was like summer camp (with cocktails). We met so many nice people and wished we would have skipped the Westside (tourist area) of the island and just explored the Eastern side instead. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful stay! Great value, the food was spectacular (seriously, way beyond our already excited expectations), and the staff were patient and helpful. A true gem was Joel, our enthusiastic hiking guide who knew so much about the flora and fauna. Also, we did the steam & mud spa experience, was was super fun & relaxing! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a more secluded, relaxing couple of nights.
