House was right on the canal to the river. We kayaked to the park and saw manatees. House was very clean and had everything you need.

Ronald’s place was homey and comfortable! There were lots of nice touches, including toiletries and coffee. The place is quiet and the beds are comfy.

It was my second stay at Flamingo House. And, the second was as fabulous as the first. Immaculate/ comfortable/well-equipped home. The neighborhood is quiet with extremely well kept/maintained homes and yards. The back yard opens onto a small farm with friendly horses who visit on a regular basis. You can't go wrong and will absolutely love a stay there!

This is the greatest spot in Florida and Paul is such an understanding and great host. We will be back every year...BT

We had a great stay at Karen's place in Zephyrhills. I appreciated Karen's responsiveness to my pre-visit questions and to the seamless check-in process. The home was nicely laid out for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms and two fully stocked bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen (appreciated the Keurig coffee maker and pods), lots of towels and linens, and fast internet made for an excellent stay.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

This place was beyond what we were expecting. Only thing that would have been better for us would be more parking. We had a 19 foot boat and had to park in the road to hook up and unhook the boat. But that is to be expected anywhere really. Most drive ways are not long enough to support a 19 foot boat hooked to a full size vehicle lol. We loved it and will be back to stay here very year!

Really thoughtful and well done renovation. Very comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Hot water was great, and it's semi secluded with no neighbors really to contend with. Would easily book again. Great proximity to the Florida Horse Park.

We stayed for 5 weeks visiting with local family so we got to know the area we'll. Any questions we had for Jesus he got back to us promptly. The patio area and pool were big enough for us. The pool was clean though we didn't use it as it is not heated which was fine as we traveled the area.

Our family loved this vibrant home during our one week stay in Crystal River. Chris has designed a beautiful and welcoming space that comfortably accommodated dinner and games for three generations of our family - from 2yrs old to 60+. The eldest members of our family and I stayed here, using two of the bedrooms for sleeping and the third for remote work. Family local to the area were able to visit for dinner with our littlest members and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Everything we needed to cook, rest, and entertain each other just like we would if we were all back home was available and accessible to us. It’s a place to take pride in caring for while you’re staying there. Chris is extremely kind, responsive and hospitable and we highly recommend you book your stay with him whenever possible. We hope to come back again. We loved our experience and were able to make incredible memories while visiting our Florida family because this wonderful place was available.

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Leslie's rental was exactly as advertised. We stayed for approximately 6 weeks. It was great to get away from Wisconsin's snow and cold. The back yard was a private paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay.

Our family had a great stay! The house is very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as extra linens & pool towels. The furniture all seemed new and was very comfortable. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and was great for preparing meals. We loved having the heated pool right out the back door, & it was peaceful to look out on the canal & enjoy the birds. Rick was very accommodating and communicated with us well before we checked in and throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again! A few local recommendations: Crystal River Watersports is just two minutes away and was fabulous for our manatee tour. We also enjoyed Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park, Crystal River Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center (lots of great info about Manatees!), & Fort Island Beach. Our favorite food spots:Abound Coffee (great coffee, smoothies, & pastries); Skinny Tortuga Food Truck (excellent for breakfast/lunch); and Shrimp Landing was great for lunch.

We felt right at home! The kids loved the pool, games and art desk. It was close to shops and a good central location for us to explore Weeki Wachee Springs, Crystal River, Clearwater Beach, etc. We would definitely stay again!

We spent a week here and it was fabulous! The kids swam everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house is spacious, clean and was in a great location. The kids liked the fuse-ball table and connect four game. We swam with manatees in Crystal River and we made many memories at this house. We would stay here again.

Very nice quiet, private, location. Nice fenced in yard for an Airbnb that allows pets. Enjoyed using the large, clean, modern gas grill on patio in the beautiful backyard setting. Plenty of towels and linens for both kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. On site laundry was huge advantage. Kitchen was equipped with utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. Plenty of counter space for pre-preparing and cooking in the kitchen. Updated and comfortable furniture and appliances. Nice spacious bedrooms with plenty of drawers and closet space for your clothing, shoes, and accessories. Ceramic tiled floors throughout were very nice. TV, Internet, and Wi-Fi along with all appliances worked very well. Just a short drive to good restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend Donald’s place. Also would love to stay again.

Second time I have stayed here and love it every time. Super comfortable and love the atmosphere. My dog and I loved the big yard!! Hope to come back next year!!

Regina was an amazing hostess, including giving us homemade chicken salad. The unit was exactly as described. The location was great and easy to get to the many activities in the area. We would highly recommend staying here.

What a great place ! We stayed for 3 nights while breeding our Maltese and it was awesome! Perfect spot to walk our dogs, have a fire in the evenings, grill out. They have a great little washer/dryer space as well…nice to bring clean clothes home, and nice to know I can pack lighter next time!! Rodney gave us some recommendations for a little fishing, and was very responsive to questions. We’d love to come back for a longer stay next time…it’s a great area!

loved being close to anything we would need. the park for the community was so beautiful especially in the evening when the birds are active. I found that the fishing was best actually with a purple worm in the afternoon between 12:00 and 2:00

What a beautiful house and setting. We were in town for a wedding so was very nice to rent a house where our whole family could stay and socialize together. The house was lovely, comfortable, with a pretty view of the 4th hole of a golf course. We got to see two huge herons playing around the hole. The hot tub was great (weather was a little too chilly for the pool). The kitchen was easy bc all the drawers were labeled with items. Easy to find, close to restaurants and things to do. Would definitely recommend Vivian’s place!

Rebecca's home was lovely and decorated very well! Linens were very comfortable and ample towels were provided. Her instructions were clear and very generous. She had numerous special touches that are not often seen in a rental property. Also - there was easy parking and thankfully it felt a little secluded.
