Very clean convenient house with all the amenities of a spa hotel and the most comfortable mattress I have even slept on!! Great fenced backyard and very convenient to horse show.

Our stay was very nice! The house was spotless, smelled like an essential oil diffuser which I've smelled at expensive hotels. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of items that we could possibly need, including a line up of spices and paper goods (I had small kids with me so plastic cups were perfect). I was plesantly surprise when walking in to see how new the place looked given some of the house wasn't captured in the pictures and there wasn't an outside picture. I honestly don't have any complaints and I'm very picky on places I stay. The neighborhood looks very new with plenty of houses in the subdivision. Paul was very proactive in his emails and instructions were very clear. I would recommend staying here.

Check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The outside area was very comfortable, and the pool was a little chilly this time of year, but we still used it and had a great time! Our only issue was the bed. It was listed as a queen but was actually a full/double. Being 6’4” and 280 lbs, staying with my other half, this made it really difficult for us to sleep comfortably. We ended up purchasing an air mattress to use instead. We didn’t bring this up to the host since we were here for a family emergency and didn’t have the time or energy to address it. However, I’m confident the host would have been very helpful if we had reached out. This is a fantastic place with great hosts, and we would recommend it to others—just double-check the bed size if that’s important to you!

Hands down one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in! Super clean! Great amenities - including a stocked coffee bar. Perfect if traveling with pets or kids. Plus it’s in a great location! Will be booking again

This place was beyond what we were expecting. Only thing that would have been better for us would be more parking. We had a 19 foot boat and had to park in the road to hook up and unhook the boat. But that is to be expected anywhere really. Most drive ways are not long enough to support a 19 foot boat hooked to a full size vehicle lol. We loved it and will be back to stay here very year!

Natalia couldn’t have been more gracious and welcoming. When I asked for a much earlier check-in time so I could book a local excursion she readily agreed. The house was spotless and much bigger inside than i expected. Everything was lovely and I appreciated having a dishwasher to use plus a washer/dryer. My dogs and I were very comfortable our entire stay—even when we turned on the heat in the morning and the A/C in the afternoon. 😂. If I’m back in this areaI’d love to stay here again.

Our stay was great and this was exactly what we needed for accommodations. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The fenced back yard was fantastic since we traveled with our small dog. The location is super convenient to everything. Having lived in the Lutz area for 15 years, I can assure you that this location is minutes from anything you’ll want to do. Our host was super responsive and even came out and replaced a washing machine on a Sunday - well beyond what I’d expect. We’d definitely stay again!

great communication and a perfect set up for our family visit. the pool was wonderful and the home funky and inviting. close to everything we wanted to do in Crystal River

The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, linens and towels were soft and plentiful and there was tons space for everyone to relax. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool - which is exactly what you want when visiting Florida! The kitchen is very nice and although we didn’t cook there’s everything you would need to prepare meals. Communication with Sandra was great too!

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Chelsea’s beautiful Airbnb. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. We spent countless hours enjoying the pristine pool, which quickly became a favorite spot for both the kids and adults. The waterfront views were simply breathtaking. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, making meal preparations a breeze and allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals together. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had a great time at this place. Christopher was always responsive to our questions and very helpful with suggesting anything we needed. Games were really fun for us since we have not played them in a long time and we did not have kids with us. Loved beating my husband at golf since he beat me really bad at pac-Man.

ABSOLUTLEY THE BEST!!! A MUST STAY!!! The way Rome has made this place feel like home is incredible down to the squeaky clean environment, pool time luxuries and the decorations! Rome has been responsive and so workable to adjust to the changes in our schedule and always responsive to us! Rome treated us like family making changes for us that she didn't even have to do, due to our flight delays. The heated pool provided us such a relaxing time. This is located in a peaceful community, quiet and laid back yet less than 3 miles to all the happenings of Crystal River Manatee tour attractions, restaurants and shops. Rome has a detailed book of local recommendations that was so helpful and were able to make quick decisions without having to research on our own and wasting any time. We definitely will be back!!

The house is everything that is listed and more. It’s beautiful and very clean. The bathroom is amazing. The pool is incredible. All of the outdoor seating is wonderful. Even though a couple ranch hands live on the property it’s still large enough to feel private. My wife and I loved it here and will definitely return.

This place was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

The house is just a few steps from the water and getting out on the kayaks was amazing. Nice quiet street with no noise at all! Great house if you’re in the Crystal River area!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hosts were very accommodating with any questions I had, and our group absolutely loved kayaking to Homosassa river straight from the Airbnb! The location was so beautiful and lush, and I would definitely stay here again.

We booked with Travis when we thought we would need to evacuate for Hurricane Milton. However, when Milton stayed further south than expected, we decided to stay put and not use our reservation. Unfortunately, we made that decision after the cancellation deadline. That said, Travis was very kind and fair with providing us a partial refund. We will definitely consider booking his property again in the future. He is a very responsive and professional host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rick’s Ranch! The home is cozy, but very spacious inside! Clean and beautifully decorated! Lots of windows from every room to see out to the beautiful grounds surrounded by peaceful woods and only 5 minutes to town. We were only there for two short nights but next time we will plan to stay longer as there is much to do very close by including shopping, parks, and plenty of great restaurants! We will definitely choose Ricks Ranch in the future! Highly recommend!

Great location, super private, pet friendly would definitely rent again!! Went for my daughters birthday, location was minutes away from rainbow springs. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to play football and tons of area for the dogs to roam. Post was very responsive and very helpful. We would definitely return again!

Second time I have stayed here and love it every time. Super comfortable and love the atmosphere. My dog and I loved the big yard!! Hope to come back next year!!

Kristina and Beth, who managed the property, were the kindest and most pleasant hosts. They made us feel right at home and let us wander around the property anytime we liked. The horses, cows, chickens, and especially the dogs, were so much fun. We could interact with them as little or as much as we preferred. The cottage was well equipped and very clean. We had a fabulous time! It was a great peaceful getaway and we can't wait to come back! One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever!

Krista’s home was more than what her post showed. It was a magnificently peaceful spot. She was quick to respond for any questions. I could sit outside for hours watching the birds. Fire pit was great she had plenty of wood for us. There was plenty of games outside for kids to play. My son played basketball, volleyball and used the hammock. There is inside games as well. Plenty of room for 10 people. We had our own space to relax. The neighbours were quiet and friendly. Shades were great in upstairs bedroom used a remote to control them. Best advice buy water to drink because it’s well water. BBQ grill is perfect to use. You won’t be disappointed! I didn’t want to leave. Thanks Krista!!
