Family-friendly vacation rentals in Homestead

We were a group of six and enjoyed our five days in the home very much. The location was perfect for us with shopping and markets within walking distance. The house was large, comfortable and very well-appointed. We happened to stay during cold weather but the heating was very good and we had plenty of lap blankets for additional comfort. Winston was very responsive to our few questions and was clear with instructions and tips. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at this clean and comfortable Airbnb. The main house was very comfortable for me and my daughter. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Living room: comfy couch, fun swivel chairs ; smart TV so I could log into my own streaming services. Kitchen: Well stocked - finding utensils was not obvious, but we found them - look for 2 hidden drawers. Very efficient space, dishwasher, nice sink, nice counter space. Elec stove, microwave, etc. Some appliances too, which we didn't use. Bedrooms: Comfy beds, very comfy linens, blackout shades (which I love), ample closet & storage space. Bathroom: very nice with ample storage and good enough pressure. Extra suite - we did not use this, as there are only 2 of us, but was well furnished and nicely done. Would be a nice mother-in-law suite or good for an extra couple looking for some privacy. Backyard: A true oasis - lush vegetation, perfect pool (good temp), ample seating, nice lighting, etc. This place is a true gem!

Arriving from very cold weather up north, Claudia’s warm welcome was just what we needed! Her lovely home felt like our own mini-resort—from the pool and hot tub (which she turned on each evening for us) to the fresh flowers and potted poinsettias, the pickleball court, comfy beds and sofas, beach and bath towels galore. She even supplied beach chairs and a cart for us when we headed to Biscayne Bay for a day. Claudia’s hospitality was truly exceptional, and her home perfectly located for exploring favorite spots: Vizcaya, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Wynwood walls, a trove of great restaurants, and more. We had a wonderful time!

Our family enjoyed our 9 nights at Andrew’s Airbnb, especially his beautiful backyard with heated pool and hot tub. The neighbourhood was quiet and we could safely do our morning walk in the neighbourhood. We were able to explore the Keys and especially enjoyed Key West, so much to see. Andrew was very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend his listing.

Wow ! What a tropical paradise ! My husband says it is your ‘private oasis’. We felt right at home . Both Paola and Benoit greeted us with smiles and tips and were readily available for anything we needed. The cottage is so cozy and cute . But the cherry on top of it all is the yard . The pool is lovely and the yard is enclosed when a variety of palm trees and tropical plants . It is completely private with a tropical cabana. We had quiet , sunshine and water . What more could you ask . Oh … how about the ocean and beach only a short car drive away . We left feeling rested and relaxed !

The house was perfect for my 50th Birthday celebration with 7 friends. The pool was nice and relaxing. The location was perfectly placed between the beach and downtown so it was walkable in all directions. We had an issue during our stay, but Valeria quickly responded and handled everything. It is located on a main street so there is some traffic noise but everything else made it worth it.

Eddie’s place was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It was my daughter’s bachelorette weekend and we wanted warm outdoor space. The pool was perfect and there were plenty of places to sit and relax in the warmth. We spent the majority of our time there, only going out for groceries and brunch. Had a hibachi chef come for an outside dinner and there was plenty of room. Moved tables together and we all sat together. Plenty of beds and blankets and the beds were comfy according to most. We will def come back again. Plenty of what was needed in the kitchen for a large group (plates/utensils). But most of our time was enjoying the outside weather with each others company. We had one issue with a coffee maker and Eddy was right there. Looked like previous people melted something, but we wanted them to know. There were two coffee makers there to begin with. Also the outside fridge was perfect for beverages! We will be back!!!! Thank you the perfect house for us 🥰

The place is fine. It’s two level apartment. Functional kitchen, dining room. Beds are ok. I like the Host is responsive flexible.

We stayed here for a week. We got this house because my boyfriend had to have a surgery in Hollywood FL and we are from Arizona. The house was so cute and clean! The backyard was my favorite part about it. There was a mango tree and avocado tree in the back yard and I saw a lizard the size of a house cat way up in the big tree. So cool! The house is very conveniently located. Close to the beach and tasty restaurants(CAO Bakery is right across the street and has amazing pastries)within walking distance. It is a busy neighborhood but we felt very safe and suprisingly the house was very quiet and sound proofed. It's a really nice place to stay. The host is very reachable and friendly and the check in and out are so much easier than other air bnbs we have stayed at.

We were looking for a house outside the center with a private backyard and Tim's house was a perfect choice. It was spacious and very comfortable, great for our longer stay. The beds were super comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook at home. The fridge comes with a cold water dispenser which was very handy. Tim is an excellent host. He replied very quickly when we had questions or issues and followed up to make sure each of the problems was resolved. Internet connection (once we were provided with access to a second network) worked well throughout the entire house and even in the backyard, far away from the router. The neighborhood is safe and green. You're one minute away from the highway but no traffic noise reaches the house. The worst part is that there's regular noise coming from leaf blowers and lawnmowers (and other noise generated by landscaping companies), but that's common in Miami and doesn't depend on the host.

Best AIRBNB ever. The house is at a great location, just by the beach, and has everything you may need to enjoy your vacation. Michael was very kind and helpful. No better choice in Miami. Great value for money, specially considering the free parking.

Wonderful location for park and the beach. Quiet at night, parking available. Perfect for a family. Close to the South Beach highlights but outside the noisy area. Pool and exercise room were great. Lovely host.

Amazing place to stay. Kitchen fully stocked with anything you may need. Description and pictures fully match the reality. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. I definitely would like to come back here.

Can't get much better than this! Excellent location, super fun mid-century decor and very straightforward check-in. Highly recommend this gem in Coconut Grove!

Great host, great location and amenities, convenient building, unit needed to be cleaned better before arrival as floors were dusty/dirty, otherwise no complaints

Lovely little place and a great value for the price, while being located near everything in the very upscale neighborhood of beautiful Key Biscayne. I was traveling solo and always felt safe out and about, even at night. The accommodations were cozy and clean with warm decorations and artwork. Comfortable bed, great shower. Big closet with plenty of linens. Nice ceiling fans with good A/C. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys and books too. The private patio was relaxing and peaceful. The public beach and two grocery stores are within walking distance. There is a golf cart rental place also within walking distance and they are handy to rent for visiting the beautiful beaches, sunsets, and restaurants at the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Miami-Dade county offers great Ecoadventures and I enjoyed kayaking. Ginny is a very friendly and responsive host. Her communication is prompt and she works to accommodate you regarding anything you need. Highly recommend it!

Great stay! Mona provided a crib for my baby, and we love the playground one block away. Relaxing in the jacuzzi after running around Miami was a treat. Very cute backyard that my kids loved. Will book again!
