Vacation rentals with a patio in Holyoke

Jen and Courtney have a beautiful place in an ideal location for Shelburne Falls. It worked out perfectly for our family visit. Will certainly be looking to stay with them again!

We loved our stay here. We spent the night after being out in Northampton for NYE. It was the perfect place to spend the night.

We had a fantastic stay at Elisa's place! The space was impeccably clean and the pictures don't do it justice. The attention to detail was amazing. The beds were so comfortable with the space having so many supplies and amenities we wanted for nothing during our stay. Perfectly located with access to restaurants and local artisan shops, it was convenient to downtown and had ample free parking. Elisa was incredibly accommodating with quick responses. As first time guests with Air BnB we were beyond thrilled and will definitely book with Elisa again and explore the town! Peter and Beth

This AirBnB is terrific in many ways. All the rooms are spacious: 2 bedrooms with Q- sized beds; spacious kitchen & bath; Great comfortable tv / living room; and large dining area. The bathroom is also light and spacious. There is an extra working area room that the picture doesn't do justice, as it is more spacious and more of a room in it's own right than what the picture suggest. When I book an AirBnB, I look for 3 things: 1. a place to have a good night sleep. Both beds were very comfortable and roomy; nice pillows and comforters; quite neighborhood; darkening shades. 2. Kitchen with enough amenities to make various things where I don't have to purchase items I will only use for a few meals (had seasonings, oils, butter, condiments etc. And of course, COFFEE!!. 3. Clean & roomy bathroom with great water pressure; lush towels.

Chase was a great host! The place was just like the pictures. It was extremely clean when we got there. Very private, could not hear neighbors. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. No washer or dryer (as described in listing) but there is a great laundromat nearby within a 4 min drive. Kitchen is fully stocked. Shower gets extremely hot. Wi-Fi is good. Chase was responsive and left food recommendations. Lots of things in the area within 15-30 min drive , good mall, movie theater etc. Aldi and other grocery stores nearby. Overall a great stay, would recommend!

The apartment was beautiful! Exceeded our expectations! It was immaculate and comfortable with great amenities, such as heated floors in the bathroom. Lindsey was a gracious and responsive host. We will absolutely stay there again, as we come often to visit kids and grandkids.

A Very Special Space located in an area of great natural beauty Christine and David’s apartment is an exceptional place. Immaculately clean, everything in there has been considered with your utmost comfort and convenience in mind. The response to any queries is a response by return! The most helpful and charming hosts who want your experience to be a good one. The apartment has a very comfortable bed, great couch for relaxation and lounging about, bathroom with good shower in the bath frame, well appointed kitchen with lots of crockery and cutlery and a patio area outside with a bistro table and 2 chairs to enjoy the views of the woodland encircling the house. Really quiet and peaceful. Bonus on finding a washer and dryer which was so useful. Additionally a pizza in the freezer if you couldn’t get up enough energy to go out for food! We would definitely return and thank them for a lovely stay.

If I could give more than five stars I would! We adored our time at John’s place. It’s beautifully done, there’s an excellent attention to detail, everything is top-notch and stocked, and it feels comfortable and warm. We stayed with two young children and it fit the family perfectly. I hope we can visit again soon!

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

Was working locally for a few days and place was reasonable and fit our needs. No problems

A group of us stayed here, it had plenty of room and we appreciated the cleanliness throughout the space. We were able to take advantage of how close downtown was and could walk around both nights to get food and drinks. Everything worked as intended, and Debra reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. If our group is able to come back next year, we already decided in agreement this airbnb would be our choice to stay again. Recommend!

Great place to stay with a family. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Sahra was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. We felt safe and comfortable! Location is perfect, quiet dead end road but right off of the main road so everything is very close by.

Perfect house for traveling with a toddler and family! Beautiful backyard with views of Mt. Tom and lots of books and toys for our kiddo.

Nathania's Sunroom Lake House was great for my family of six (three generations). The house has super views of a small and quiet lake, which can be enjoyed from lots of deck spaces, the sunroom, an entertaining space with grill and bar, from a hammock in a gazebo, or even from one of the four kayaks (life jackets provided), or from the dock itself. Lots of fun and relaxing features in the house. Everyone got caught up in playing brass ring, and several of us got into doing the jigsaw puzzles. The house had plenty of space, including a large and well equipped kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms with great beds, and two baths, and a classic trundle on a large landing area that the grandkids loved. Nathania was super-responsive both before check-in and during our stay to any questions that we had, really a superb host.

Beautiful location and the place looked even better than the photos. Very private and just the right distance away from stores & restaurants. Very good instructions for the wood stove and the radiant floor heating system (which was awesome to a person who suffers with cold feet!). Had a snow storm our first night there and the driveway was plowed first thing without having to ask about it. Looking forward to visiting again.

We stayed at Andrews place for the holidays and it was very comfortable for us to stay while also visiting family. The stairs are a little steep and the bathroom is on the first floor so I wouldn’t suggest having little kids alone upstairs. Other than that, it was well equipped and Andrew checked in frequently to make sure that we had everything we needed.

Had a group come out to CT for a Commercial Flooring job laying carpet. Space was perfect for us and very clean. Definitely fit for a group here on business.

Place was exactly as listed. Clean and very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Having the driveway was great too! Close to everything downtown We will stay again

We had a nice stay! The place was clean and the property the air b/b is on is beautiful.

Very responsive to my questions and reservation changes! The condo was spacious and cozy, we had a ton of room and it was nice to have separate rooms between the people staying with us. It was great to spend Christmas there - and even have a real tree provided!

I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.
