House vacation rentals in Holualoa

The house was beautiful. Located in a great neighborhood with a really nice porch where we loved to have our meals, look out at the ocean and watch the sunset. Only ten minutes away from a really nice beach and a grocery store right down the road. The house had all we could need for the beach and more including a cart, cooler and beach toys! Paul was always helpful and responded quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and thought the price was a steal!

House was clean on arrival and had pretty much whatever we needed. We cooked on the grill most nights and enjoyed our time out in the “Lanai Vortex”. Great neighborhood, centrally located whether you wanted to explore to the north or the south.

Sandra's home was very nice and has a beautiful backyard. We rented the downstairs portion (with the private pool). We really appreciated the extra amenities provided (beach chairs, body boards, wagon, cooler). We used all of these items when we went to the beach. The yar d, fruit trees, and view are immaculate. We were able to pick fresh fruit each morning (star fruit, guava, oranges). This is definitely an experience that you can not replicate at any hotel, our family really enjoyed this. FANTASTIC! One of my favorite stays ever. I usually prefer to book airbnbs that offer the “entire place” but it was truly a joy to meet Marilyn - from the banana bread to fresh fruit, sweeping views and refreshing pool, to the spotless tiny home, this was the perfect place to spend a week working remotely. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

We stayed there with another couple—perfect for that! Easy to get to a lot of sights and beaches. Parking for 2 cars. Great trash service. We all had a wonderful time!

I recently stayed at Justin’s Airbnb in Kona, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, Justin was incredibly welcoming, offering great recommendations for local activities and making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a perfect island retreat. One of the highlights was the pool – it was pristine and provided the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the island. The outdoor area was fantastic, with plenty of seating, and we enjoyed several evenings watching the sunset from the lanai. The location in Kona was ideal, with easy access to beaches, dining, and shopping, yet the house felt like a private oasis. We felt truly at home during our stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. I highly recommend Justin’s place for anyone looking to experience the best of Kona in comfort and style!

Thank you for hosting us! We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean and well-maintained the house was. The location and amenities were great overall. One important note for future guests: while the pool is nice, its floor has a rough texture that could potentially scrape or scratch skin if you're not careful. This might be especially important for families with children. Regarding check-out time: 10 AM feels a bit early, especially when trying to pack up and clean with a family. A later check-out time of 11 AM would be more comfortable for guests and is more standard for most rentals. But the host was very nice and let us stay till 11am, we really appreciated it Despite these minor suggestions, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this property to others, just with these small notes about the pool surface and check-out timing

We had a wonderful six-night stay at Halia Hale. The view and the grounds were stunning, and the home really complements its natural surroundings - we found ourselves drawn to the huge windows and the glorious vista much of the time. Besides its beauty, the house was peaceful, clean, comfortable (bed and pillows included) and had everything we could possibly need. The location, being up and away from the hubbub at sea level, was perfect for us - and allowed us unobstructed views of the gorgeous Hawaiian sunsets - but it's close enough to town that nothing is too far away. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Nicki!

My husband and toddler stayed at Kendall's place and it was perfect for us. They had kid friendly plates, a pack and play, plus a high chair for us, and recommended a toddler friendly beach area. The place was so comfortable (slept great!) and had a beautiful view. We all loved Meow Meow and the farm animals. We had my son sleeping in separate room and the blackout curtains made nap time a breeze. It is a short drive to the White Nene coffee place (sooo good!) and about 15 mins from Target and town. Definitely recommend!

Cute little house close to town but still private with a great view. It’s 15 from town. They provide some beach items and the house is more spacious than we thought! Great for 4 people

Lovely location, thoughtful amenities and a wonderful Lanai, (porch) where we were able to sit and have breakfast or best, view the sunsets every night.

This is a GREAT place to stay near Kailua-Kona. Great location, spacious, great amenities, responsive hosts. I highly recommend.

The accommodation was spacious and clean. Joe, the host, was really kind and welcoming. I had a great experience trying Jiu-Jitsu. It was very informative, and he taught me a lot. If you’re interested in yoga or surfing, be sure to ask Joe! I highly recommend it.

The upstairs was awesome and had great views. There was plenty of room for our family of 13. Location was great and easy to access. Down stairs was good for anyone who can't walk up stairs and is great for wheelchairs. Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kona. Thank you Jun

Had an excellent stay. Very nice resort. Great location next to Ali’i drive. Had everything we needed. Within walking distance of the downtown area. Upper pool has a 1.5’ depth kid section, which was great for our toddler. A reliably great stay.

Home was super comfortable and great location. Pamela and Sofie were wonderful hosts and co-host. Very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Everything was perfect! Highly recommended.

Great set up for a family to have extra space with a kitchen. The host family was fantastic and our kids really enjoyed playing together.

The most well stocked home I have ever rented. From everything you need in a kitchen, to spices and condiments, a closet full of sunscreen, first aid items, etc. Most importantly, everything this family of four needed to spend the day at the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel kits, etc. House is just as described and close to everything in Kona. House was spotless upon arrival and had great decorative touches. Sheri and Gary are lovely hosts. Very responsive and welcoming. Thank you both for providing a home away from home for our family getaway! Mahalo!

What a wonderful stay and place. Hot tub was a great addition at the end of the long fun island days. Location worked great for our itinerary. Highly recommend.

House is higher up the mountain which allows a great view of the ocean. Close to town and the airport and the Belt highway which makes it easy to go north or south on your travels. We had 3 couples and the house worked great for us. It's also in a residential area that was quiet with other similar nice houses. Would highly recommend if your staying in the Kailua Kona area.

We live part time here on Kona- my partner and I planned a small wedding and chose this place to stay during that period so we could be close to some of our visiting friends. The place was spacious, clean, and has an amazing outside area to connect with those staying together. We played karaoke at night and made use of the fun popcorn maker which made for playful moments. Kyle the ground keep was very friendly and helpful. He took care of all of our needs right as we asked him. I didn’t realize he would be staying in the room right outside of the kitchen… if I knew someone outside of our planned guests was staying there in the main house with us I may not have booked…. Thankfully Kyle was fabulous and we loved having him there to assist us as needed - and appreciated his genuine personality, and thoughtfulness in the space as we passed in rare moments. You rock Kyle!!! I would happily stay here again, and I will remember the beautiful moments getting ready for our wedding in

Loved our stay! Very central, 10 minutes drive to Kona, 10 minutes to the turn towards Makalawena beach and about 35 to Hapuna, Beach 69 etc. House is clean and very well equipped.
