This was a great location in Tampa for us. Place was clean and baby friendly.

This place is amazing! Very spacious, clean, modern and well decorated unit. They thought of every detail in terms of supplies within the unit. The location is awesome, so many restaurants and bars around. Close to the water and close to some fun areas in Tampa. View is awesome from the 23rd floor. Host was responsive and instructions and access were easy. The gym is amazing- way better than hotel gyms. The pool and party room were also awesome and nice to have. I never wanted to leave! I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Tampa, it would be hard to find better!

It was a very clean apartment in a very quiet building in downtown Tampa. Within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive to any sporting events! I’ll definitely book again next time I come to Tampa!

My family and I had a great time at Sara's place! we had a last minute change of plans and she was able to accommodate an extra night for us. Sara was really responsive to all of my questions and made us feel very welcome. The place was clean and comfortable and there were many shops and restaurants close by. we spent a lot of time relaxing outside on the deck. We definitely recommend it and would be happy to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving break! Great location and comfortable accommodations with modern amenities! We would book again! Aaron is the perfect host!

Jennifer’s place was literally perfect. My reservation was very last minute and she was able to accommodate me in less than 5 hours after booking and after she had a month long reservation before me. It looks just like the pictures and the balcony was private and clean. It’s close to the airport and central for Tampa. Don’t think twice, just book it!

A lovely apartment situated not far from the airport and lots of amenities. The apartment was clean and furnished with comfortable furniture. Fully recommended for those travelling, the gym had a good selection of machines.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

John’s Pass was so close we walked down almost every night. The balcony had a great view and we were able to watch the sunset from the master bedroom. The heated pool, hot tub, and Florida sun overcame the chilly January weather. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys for the kids. We’ll definitely consider visiting again in the future.

Traveled to Clearwater area for a beach volleyball tourney in Clearwater Beach. The split bedrooms were perfect for us and the daughter. Only about 4 miles to Clearwater Beach and no traffic (13 minutes). Due to our schedule, we ate out every night, but “Seaside218” has everything you would possibly need to cook a meal. Abe’s Place (across the street) was an excellent breakfast joint. Will definitely stay here again when back for next year’s tourney. In-unit washer and dryer was also a plus. Highly recommend (not when I need it, though)!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

From start to finish the experience with Kristin’s place was excellent. The location is fantastic, the unit was adorable with everything we needed, and Kristin was a great host. I highly recommend this property and host. Right now.

We absolutely loved the stay! The condo was clean & liked exactly like the pictures! It was so peaceful & quiet. I slept so comfortably! It wasn't hot while I was there but I appreciated the beach equipment & went to the beach that was only a 10 minute drive. This is definitely on my favorites because I would definitely stay again. Perfect condo in a perfect location! We'll be back!

This is our third time staying at Rick‘s place. It is perfect! It is beyond spotlessly clean. And, it has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay. Rick is an incredible host. He either picked up the phone when I called or he got back to me immediately! We are going to book soon for a fourth stay. love this place!.

Had such a wonderful stay! Host made sure to be available to answer any questions we had, and they have truly created a wonderful experience for their guests. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfy, and the pool was so fun! I would recommend this place to everyone I know, the location was perfect and the services provided were stellar.

Our stay here was above and beyond expectations. House was immaculate, clean, well equipped and larger than expected. Great location, beautiful quiet beaches within walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops. The golf cart was so much fun and a nice addition. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. Kurt was extremely responsive to any questions we had and flexible with early check in. Would highly recommend Kurt’s place!

Beautiful location, charming house, extremely helpful and responsive hosts. Our dog loved the fenced yard. The ceiling fans in the back porch space were perfect for evenings and I didn’t want to leave this house! Only a very short walk to the bay and very convenient to Tampa General Hospital- our reason for being in town.

Great host and great house! The Host Kimber was very responsive and went out of her way to resolve any concerns I had during my stay. Simply, SUPERB customer service. The House The place was very clean and equipped for long term stay for multiple guest. The decor was pleasing to the eyes and the pool was a bonus. The Neighborhood The house is conveniently located minutes from major highways. The street was quiet and private. Overall, highly recommended.

Brent’s place is absolutely incredible and we will be back! We were in Tampa for a conference and his home offered ample ways to destress and decompose after a day full of educational sessions. He was an incredible host!! Always available, friendly, helpful. His home was even better than the ad suggested d you should consider yourself fortunate should his place be available on your next visit 😊

The only negative thing I have to say is we wished the heated pool got hotter. But it was also an extremely cold weekend and that probably had a lot to do with it. The space itself was large and clean and the pool patio was perfect for our large group. We were able to fit all our friends comfortably in one place. It’s a great value for the price. I would book again for sure!

Joel was a great host and you could tell that he has worked hard to make his home very welcoming. He communicated frequently and offered plenty of useful and friendly information and recommendations. We will definitely stay there again the next time we’re in town!!

Great house and very responsive hosts. We had a wonderful stay at Tom & Jodie’s place. The neighborhood is perfect for those seeking a peaceful mature community. The property description and amenities are accurately listed. We felt right at home upon arrival. Our stay was extra special because of the community’s absolutely gorgeous Christmas decorations. We drove through the neighborhood several evenings just to enjoy all of the wonderful lights and decor. We would not hesitate to stay at Tom & Jodie's place the next time we are in the area.
