Great location, close to everything, just a minute walk to the beach. The place is very comfortable, nice cotton sheets, AC, fridge, decent wifi, extra towels. Really appreciated the mosquito spray!

The unit is very clean and has all you need for your stay. The AC and internet worked great and I really enjoyed having a private balcony. The staff are very friendly and responsive and even found a yoga mat for me - which I so appreciated. For me, the address does not come up on either Google or Apple maps, but Casa Sofia, which is across the street does. If you enter that, you will find the property no problem. The streets are often tore up, so I suggest catching a taxi from the ferry the first time so your aren't wandering muddy streets/ broken sidewalks with a suitcase. The island is very walkable and I liked that the neighborhood was more quiet than centro- do know that you are several blocks from the center and pack good walking shoes. This unit is great especially for longer stays and if you like to cook, not just go out. I felt very safe and welcome.

We were a group of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Casa Sou. The bungalows are easy to find and close to the downtown area of Holbox, making for easy access to the beach and restaurants. Flor, the property manager, lives onsite and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The bungalows themselves are comfortable and clean and we enjoyed the outdoor soaker pools (perfect for cooling off on a hot day!). There isn’t a common area so additional outdoor seating would have been appreciated by our group. Also, the property is located on a busier street, with lots of passing ATVs and delivery trucks, so expect some noise at night (would recommend ear plugs for lighter sleepers!). We didn’t have running water one morning but Flor was able to quickly resolve this for us. No filtered water onsite so make sure to bring along your own! Overall, we loved this property and would highly recommend to others :)

We loved this place! It’s only a few blocks from everything on Holbox and it was well-stocked and very comfortable. The host was accommodating and friendly. It is next door to a restaurant but we didn’t mind, Holbox is a lively place with a lot of hustle and bustle all over the island. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. easy access to the beach or town but still far enough away to be quite and peaceful.

A very quiet place but only ten minutes to walk downtown. A hammock behind the house to relax. Thank you very much Ramon for helping us with our questions and concerns.

Great beach house! convenience store right around the corner, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. you can also walk to downtown in about 20/ 30 minutes, and everything feels safe. Synda was very friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend!!!

Everything was very good with the home and the attention from Monica, only there was a lot of flies and that made it unbearable to go out to the pool and every time we asked for a taxi we had to run out because in front and on the side there was a lot of grass that attracted the flies in an exaggerated way.

We came with our three children for a week. It was a little nerve wracking, as there aren’t pictures of all the spaces so we didn’t know what we were in for. But it was an open-floor plan living area with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Each one had a spacious bath, and there are two half baths. So many outdoor spaces to hang in, and the pool and garden were terrific; so shady and beautiful! We enjoyed coming back to the house during the hottest part of the day so the children could be out of the sun or nap. The walk to the closest beach is a matter of minutes; we used Cafe Del Mar many days to eat and use the beach chairs. We definitely felt welcomed and the helpers on site were fantastic. The house needed a lot of airing out when we arrived, it was musty and that was hard to get used to, running the ac units helped a lot, but if your sensitive to that kind of thing it may be a deal breaker. Town is about a 15 min walk, coffee shop 8 min. Over all we were very happy.

The accommodation met our expectations, I felt at home, I could do many activities around, as well as shopping. I recommend it 100%.

Very well located and secure apartment... with beautiful pool... very comfortable apartment.

Talia gave us clear instructions for arrival and our stay, nice apartment faithful to the images, clean and tidy. Definitely a good option to stay this super nearby commercial square.

I had a nice stay there. The hosts even gave a bottle of Tequila because I’m Australian.
