This house is truly a gem, and we are so glad to have the opportunity to stay here. All my conversation with Mr Tam was always so pleasant, he is very polite and friendly. The house is so clean, comfortable and safe. Water pressure was excellent, bedding was so so comfortable, the boys in our group enjoyed the snooker table especially. We explored the area by foot and within 10-15 minutes walk you can find local food & spa, the beach is also a short walk away. Mr Tam was very kind and even make the initiative to share events happening in town that weekend when we were there, thanks to him we managed to visit the Danang food tour festival happening that particular weekend we were there, the extra thought and initiative means everything. I highly recommend this house, you can never go wrong because it truly feels like home away from home.

We had a great stay here! The apartment is very comfortable and had what we needed. The view from the balcony is really spectacular -- the beach and hills and city. The host was very responsive and kind and helpful. We would stay again!

Phuong went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay as a family. His place is very peaceful and perfect for a family. Our kids loved swimming in the ocean and the pool. The beach is very quiet and private (not at all like the tourist beaches in Danong). Would come again! Thank you Phuong for everything you did for our family.

Ha is very friendly and proactive. He forgotten bottled water and we had exhausted our shampoo sachets and he immediately sent them over, without delay. He went to pick and send my family from airport too. Super grateful and comfortable with his hospitality!

We needed a peaceful escape for a few days and this house was perfect. The house is huge and allows everyone some space and privacy. There were easily walkable coffee shops and restaurants - we ate so well and never had to use the beautiful kitchen.. Easy to get grabs and go further if you want. A really perfect stay for us

we have stayed at many airbnb with great host around the world but kristine by far is the best! she is kind, super friendly, excellent in communication, quick respond for any requests or questions and recommended us with many good local eats. highly recommended! altara suites located just less than 5 minutes north of the center of my key beach but it’s a perfect location if you prefer peaceful and quite living. it is far enough from the loud music playing from many bars at night but yet easy enough to reach by foot. best part of staying at the altara is wake up at 5:30am and walk to the beach to witness the locals swim, walk, run, exercise and play balls. the apartment is slightly dated and needs some tlc but kristine managed to keep it sparkling clean and free of clutter. the apartment is also big and very comfortable with hotel’s quality bed, pillow and linens. we enjoyed our stay very much and will return in a heart beat!

Amazing hosts! They helped us with everything, from booking car rides to Ba Na tickets, even getting us food when it rained. The place is very nice and so close to the beach

The villa was huge and located on the rice fields near Cua Dai Road, and easy bike ride to Old Town and the local market. Nana was very responsive and helpful, which made our stay easier and more enjoyable. Like many villas in Hoi An, it needs a little maintenance after the rainy season, but nothing that affected our stay. The beds were super comfy and the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet. There's a beauty salon at the front of the property (this villa is set back from it) offering fabulous hot stone massages. Overall a good value stay for a family, especially if you're after something spacious with cooking facilities.

Tuyet’s villa was perfect for our 5 days stay for 2 families. Tuyet arranged our transit from the airport and we were greeted on arrival. The villa was spotless and cleaned daily. The quiet location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and great quality local restaurants (100m away). Pool was very refreshing. Easy Grab taxi ride to Hoi An in 10 minutes. Little extra touches like ice in the freezer, daily fresh fruit and a water filter were an unexpected bonus. Would definitely recommend and return next time.

First time in Danang and very satisfied with the stay! Yen was very helpful and helped us get a driver from the airport to the place and to surrounding areas such as bana hills and Hoi An! Place was also clean and there was cleaning service during one of the days (we stayed 4 nights) Location was walkable distance to My Khe Beach. Would recommend to stay here!

It is also the best location to get around the city.The hosts are really the most friendly.The response was quick, and I was so grateful that they waited in the hotel lobby even though I was checking in late. After checking in, I was so grateful that you went to Munyeon Mart with me. C. One regret is that it may be the weekend, but the loud singing on the beach continued until late at night, so it was difficult to rest peacefully at night. Other than that, everything was good.

This is the most amazing place. Hoi An is so pretty and Mei’s place is absolutely perfect in every way. Mei is super helpful and could not do enough for us. We had a barbecue on one of the nights and Mei helped us with charcoal. The house is absolutely beautiful and was just what we needed for our last few days of a great family holiday. The local area is close to the beach and the market is a short bike ride away.super chilled and perfect vibe. Roi’s bus bar around the corner is the best. We enjoyed a month (February 2025) in this wonderfully equipped apartment. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies on the kitchen table and toiletries in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was ever changing and amazing to watch over the time we spent here, great location for peace and quiet but still easy to walk to the beach or on 2nd street for numerous shops and restaurants. There was nothing we lacked here, the kitchen had all we needed to cook, the bed was as good as home, the towels were soft and more than we expected. The cleaning lady was exceptional, (we don’t clean this often at home) I think we counted 6 cleaning days in 4 weeks (sheets were changed weekly), windows, vacuuming and mopping, the whole place was spotless. Thank you for a great stay Hien, you’ve raised the bar for other Airbnb hosts, we wished we could have stayed longer in Da Nang.

We had a wonderful stay . Jenny, the host was super helpful. We had breakfast and lunch, both next-door and across the street as well as down the street at a local bakery, so the location is great. About a 15 minute Grab ride to old town which we did almost every night. We had laundry done, which was done within 12 hours by someone host provided Definitely recommend

My stay here has been perfect. big room with a big bed and medium couch. has ac and a floor fan, a big fridge and a full kitchen even a clothe washing machine. The dining table is cute, the desk is awesome! Windows are big and fill the room with light. If you want to keep the light out there are blackout curtains. The host and her husband can help with anything you may need. They helped me get a bicycle and scooter and even brought me food to eat. And of course you cant beat the location! Its right across the street from the beach and close to monkey mountain!

Perfect 10 day stay. I will be returning for more multiple week long visits. The location and house are perfect and with Tan's assistance I felt like part of the family and community. What an incredible stay.

Excellent communication from outset. Ha arranged a transfer from Da Nang Airport which worked perfectly and very affordable. Excellent accommodation right on the beach. My extended family - 8 people from ages 4 - 76 stayed at the Villa over Christmas and New Year’s. It was perfect for our large group. Leading up to arrival communication with the host was excellent. While at the villas on site staff helped us to arrange many things including tours and laundry. They were so friendly and attentive. The location is walkable to so many restaurants, spas and the beach. Make sure to check out early morning local market and Mom’s Restaurant up the way was a favourite for us.

Linhs place faces a quiet beach and has great view from the little balcony attached to the bedroom. Linh was the perfect host, she arranged for daily breakfast as per our choice, saily cleaning, helped us hire a car, and even arranged a guide to show us some amazing art galleries. The place was spotless clean and spacious. Linh responds to messages within minutes! Although the entrance from the parking area is a bit dingy, one can easily walk to end of the road instead and walk in from the beach end through Papa Shark restaurant. Staff at Papa Shark was very friendly and flexible too, we had some great food as well as drinks delivered to our place.

I've been looking forward to it since 6 months. This is an accommodation that was as good as I expected. It was okay not to use the shower filter There were some ants, but I didn't see any other bugs at all. I left a good memory.

Have nothing bad to say about this place. It was near the beaches and everything we wanted was around from food to atm to shopping to bars with pool tables to greens to bikes to all. We rented cycles and rode to old town. You should try it. Damn fun. The room was very nice and comfy with a sweet outdoor area and beautiful bathroom. There was room cleaning, self laundry, and the host even suggested places to go to. Highly recommend. 5 stars!
