Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Hocking County

We loved staying at Dan & Lara’s place in Hocking Hills! We stayed with another family and there was plenty of space for everyone. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved having a place with a hot tub and game room! So fun for everyone! Beautiful home with beautiful views! We would definitely stay here again!

Our short stay was absolutely everything and more! The cabin, water, and area in general were so beautiful, everything was so clean, and it truly felt like a safe space to relax! The hosts were fantastic and responded quickly and kindly every time. We plan to be back in the future and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect location! Super clean and organized. Tammy welcomed us with a happy anniversary card and rose petals! We were even lucky enough to have three deer pass through while we were on the front porch! We will definitely be recommending Tammy’s place to our family and friends. We hope to return soon!

Spacious, peaceful setting for a family gathering. Clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Close to Old Man’s Cave and the wonderful beauty of the State Park. We would enjoy returning to this property again.

It was an absolute perfect place to stay! Very spacious and a great spot for exploring the town! Highly recommend for a getaway to Hocking Hills!

What a great stay at this cozy home in Logan for Valentine's Day weekend. We spent two nights along with our dogs and despite the almost constant rain, we loved every minute. Caleb was an *exceptionally* proactive host and responded quickly throughout the entire process. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, and the space was easy to feel comfortable in. We just had 1 couple the first night and a second couple that joined us for the 2nd night, but this would also be an excellent place to stay as a family and I hope to bring my daughter back sometime soon to do some hiking in the area. I live in the Columbus area, and this was just an hour drive but felt like a different world. A perfect distance for when you want to get away, but don't want to spend too much time in the car. Thanks for everything, Caleb! We hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay between Hocking Hills and Athens! Hosts were super helpful and very responsive, couldn’t recommend them more! The place was also very clean!

Great location in downtown historic section! He was able to accommodate us with a very last minute request to book. Nice space, and had everything we needed. Looks just like the photos - cute decor. There are two flights of stairs to navigate - one to get in, and one up to the bedrooms. Bathroom is upstairs off the bedrooms. The actual address and door number is 87 1/2, not 87. They should clarify that in the listing/ check in instructions. We ended up parking on the street which was fine. Cute coffee shop just down the block for breakfast.

I came up for the week to hunt stayed at Kelsey’s apartment felt right at home, the pictures listed really didn’t give it justice how better it looks in person, will most definitely try to stay for future visits!!! 10/10

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

I would highly recommend this to anyone! This place was phenomenal and quiet and peaceful. Christine and Matt went beyond what anyone would expect. A lot of extra’s that you would not expect, like smores for the fire out back, snacks and drinks, a cheesecake, tooth paste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Extremely clean, extra blankets, pillows, robes, many towels, this place is extra clean, quiet. There is a hot tub, and a fire pit for the relaxing evenings. We will return without hesitation. Thank you Matt and Christine you two are the best, and very appreciated more than you know. Thank you again.

Such a sweet and cozy cabin in the woods! Our dogs loved exploring g the property and we loved soaking in the hot tub! It was peaceful, scenic, comfortable and enjoyable! Would stay there again!! Thank you for the wonderful visit to Hocking Hills.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Stephen’s home. Beautiful, clean, and spacious. Just wish there was a tv in the main living space so we could have watched the ball drop from the living room. We would love to stay again.

Jami’s home was absolutely stunning. The home is well appointed with everything you would need for your stay. The decor and lighting were comfortable and relaxing making a great space for our girls retreat. The home is set in the woods and that created the most picturesque backdrop. I cannot recommend this home more.

Every year I book a cabin for my boyfriends birthday. (Seems to be the only thing I can get him- he’s very hard to shop for). This place is beautiful, quiet and roomy! The dollar game was so fun to find and re-hide! My boyfriend spent most of the weekend in the hot tub! Thank you a million Natalie & Delbert for the beautiful cabin!

With Audrey's instructions, the cabin was easy to locate. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing, reset weekend away. Absolutely lovely cabin with all of the creature comforts one could hope for. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and all of the outdoor furniture (I especially liked the swing). The furniture inside was very comfortable (and again, I especially liked the rocking Iove seat). The scenery was lovely, we enjoyed all the birds and peekaboo with the horse next door. We would be thrilled to go back again.

My family and I love this place so much! we plan on returning for many years to come. The property is so beautiful and vast that there isn't ever a time that we were bored.

We had 6 adults sharing the space & it was plenty of room. Everyone loved it. Very clean. Well stocked. Great hot tub. Would book again in the future!

Our 2nd stay here and it was great just like the first. Always fabulous hiking right on the property. Hot tub was perfect with a great view! We go with a group of 6 and there is plenty of space for everyone. We have already booked for next year!
