Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hobart City Council

My family loved staying at Richard’s home. It is a beautifully designed, light filled house that welcomes you from your arrival. It’s well equipped, and the furniture is practical , comfortable and beautiful. The beds and pillows are super comfy. It’s in a perfect spot, with framed views from all windows. You can walk to all the markets, and the dock. Great pubs and cafes abound. The house has lovely communal spaces but also smaller areas where a few or one can sit quietly. Very happy to recommend Richard’s house to you!

Ambers place was just like the photos. It was very easy for us to get around as we rented a vehicle. I do not know about the public transportation around this place. It was easy for fuel and groceries. There is a beautiful children’s park close by which will suit you if you are looking for something to do with toddlers.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed in Hobart. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay - generously stocked with everything you could want. Spacious accommodation with excellent furnishings inside and out. The gardens and views are amazing. James responded to messages immediately and even welcomed us with some new kitchen utensils ! I will be recommending this house to friends and family and if I am lucky enough to ever return to Hobart I will definitely try to stay here again !!!

Lovely quiet accommodation. Highly recommend and would stay again. Stuart was very responsive when I ask to stay an extra night. Everything we needed and plenty of room. Super comfy beds and loverly outside area.

Stuart's place is spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for our family. Great location with awesome cafés nearby (highly recommend Hamlet Cafe) and walking distance to the city centre (15 min) and Battery Point (20 min). The nearby walk along the Hobart rivulet track to Cascades Womens factory is also lovely. Well equipped kitchen and off street parking. We would definitely stay again!

Cozy and comfortable place to unwind after each incredible day in Tasmania. Julie is incredibly responsive and promptly arranged a handyman to fix a curtain the same day. It’s conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the CBD. Highly recommended!

Communication was quick and easy. Self checkin went smoothly. Parking access was welcome. Joanne provided a nice chocolate biscuit treat which was enjoyed by all the fellows. There were incidental condiments available. House was comfortable. If you have knee issues and can’t walk a short distance comfortably consider car hire. Our stay was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay and it’s an easy still to the waterfront, and just around the corner from OGEE. Huge apartment which would be great for two couples or a family and felt completely luxurious for my sister and me. I left a shirt behind and they organise to send it back for a small fee.

Easy 15 minutes to down town. Quiet. Nice bathroom. Highly recommended

The Red Door Penthouse was a good fit for our family of 4 adults. The apt. was just what we expected from the photos and Airbnb listing. Nicely decorated. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor deck was a nice extra. Pretty, quiet area and walkable to restaurants and shops. Not far from CBD and other sites.

Dave’s place was ideal! Spacious, very clean, private, and centrally located—perfect for our group of four. Bonus points for the high chair and portable cot, making it super family-friendly for those who need them. Would definitely stay again, especially next time with the kids!

wonderful stay, one of the sweetest experience in Hobart, quiet and comfy, it’s actually way more better than on the pics, very modern and convenient facilities with great water and mountain view, and pademelon in the garden, wish to come back someday

The guest unit is a wonderful space to relax and enjoy your time in Hobart. I enjoyed all the little touches they provided and appreciated the use of some items to wash my rental car. The rooms were well decorated and the furniture and bed comfortable. I walked everywhere from the unit and it was about 40-45 minutes to the wharf area. Others my want to drive or take the bus. Highly recommend.

Great location, close to Salamanca area, large unit, lovely and clean with plenty of extra items. Will definitely stay again.

Jodi's place is fantastic, especially if you're traveling with family. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need to start your day. The surroundings are peaceful, and shops are conveniently located nearby.

A great location with some good local cafes and a pleasant walk into Hobart. Accommodation was comfortable and well equipped. James was a welcoming, friendly host and quickly dealt with any queries.

We enjoyed our stay in a very comfortable and spacious unit that is located in a great position only minutes from the Salamanca and waterfront areas of Hobart. It would be harder to find a better location. The owners, Peter and Trisha were very responsive and helpful.

This place was a beautiful beach stay. Right across the road from Kingston beach. Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with the interior. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great Airbnb in the heart of Hobart city, beautifully renovated & appointed throughout; not to mention very spacious as well! Plus point: - flexible check-in time - digital lock that is easy to work with - the space is pristine clean and clutter free - powerful reverse ac in the lounge + heating panel in both bedrooms & heater light in the bathroom too; all very crucial for chilly Hobart and made our stay that extra cosy! 🥰 Thank you for being our safe landing in Hobart x

Coralie and Costa are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. It was lovely to chat with them on a few occasions; they are both very knowledgeable on the area and gave fantastic, local recommendations. The location, view and provisions are spectacular, and the place is very comfortable for a couple - the type of place you can enjoy some tranquility between outings. Excellent sound-proofing from the adjacent apartment, which is a little larger if you need more space or have a small family. The detail and care taken made us feel right at home — from the ample supplies including coffee pods, snacks, milk, butter, wine and cooking essentials in the fully kitted out kitchen, to 6 towels enabling us to alternate each day without fussing over laundry. Thank you Coralie and Costa, we hope to see you again! 💙
