Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hoàn Kiếm

Was here 14ish days. Location is the best! So close to everything in Old Quarter. On weekends you step outside and its the night market, but it isnt loud. The place is away from the street so noise is drastically reduced. I did several day or multi day toirs and the location was convenient for pick up. With the night market they would just drop off a block or 2 away, still super convenient. Bed was great, shower excellent! TV already had a netflix account attached. Duy was a great host always responsive, had a minor issue with wifi on the first night and he was quick to resolve it, with no more issues. Will def stay here again.

The apartment is at a very good location and the hostwas very responsive to some issues we had. House was super clean and spacious enough for 3 couples. The only negative thing I would say is the lack of sound isolation especially in one of the rooms and the sub-par hair dryer. All-in-all a pleasant stay.

Great location - quieter than Old Quarter but close enough to easily walk there. Easy to walk to nearby sites. Very responsive hosts with good recommendations and tips. Communications were always prompt, helpful and friendly. They really care that you enjoy your stay. Note that there is no elevator which may be an issue for some people.

The host communicates well and accomodated all our requests. It's a plus point that there's a security guard whom we got the keys and surrendered upon check-out. We had late check-in because we came from Sapa and she arranged it very nice. Please be aware that there's no elevator, only stairs. I managed to bring my luggage on the 4th floor since I'm used to bringing heavy luggages. The location is far from old quarter, but it's peaceful. If you like walking, this is the best for you. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Great spot, little outside of old quarter but liked it wasn’t as crowded and could walk everywhere. Washing machine was so good after a week of travelling and everything was clean and tidy / matched the pictures.

We were looking for a hotel in Hanoi for a long time. But none of the value for money could keep up with this apartment. The apartment is large, very quiet despite the central location and the hostess is very friendly. She wrote to us on the last day that she has no guests for the following day and therefore only let us check out in the evening. Thanks. We would definitely be back

The place is hidden behind houses so it is quite silent eventhough it is located near a roundabout and a big market (Hang Da). The location is exceptional because you can almost walk to different sightseeing spots and alot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, but be aware it is small, the bathrooms are also small and there is no separation between shower and toilet, however it is almost like this everywhere in Vietnam old housing system esp in the old quarter where of typically small and quirky houses. So beware if you value a good shower! The rooms are pretty cold in winter and the mobile heater is pretty loud. However the host is super responsive and make it feel smooth with everything. It would be nice if they provide some tea and coffee in the kitchen. Nice rooftop and washing machine/drier for laundry. All in all i would still rate the place 5 stars because of the price and service.

The location is at walkable distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Anna's place was very clean with added amenities. We had everything we needed during our stay. She was also very responsive throughout. The neighbourhood felt very safe especially for us women travelling at night. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Su Casa’s place! It was perfect for our big family gathering, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged to accommodate both adults and kids. The common areas were spacious and cozy, making it easy for us to spend quality time together. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for a large group. The location was also ideal – close to The Cuisine Street, yet peaceful and private. Su Casa team was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth and memorable stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our family trip. Highly recommend this Airbnb for large families or groups looking for comfort and convenience. We’d love to come back again!

Tùng was very nice and gave clear instructions. He even made an earlier check-in possible which was quite convenient. We were provided towels, bed linen and toothpaste and toothbrush. Even though it might not reach European standards, this accommodation was clean and quite central, very few walking minutes to Ho Hoan Kiem, offering a cozy place to sleep.

The rooms are a per image shared. So aesthetic and picture worthy. It is complete with everything, you can just bring yourself and clothes to check-in. You can cook, you can wash and dry your clothes, simply like home. But I guess it is suitable for youngsters since the house has 4 levels and each room is located at each floor. Which was fine for us. Oh and the fact that there were so many coffee shops nearby, we were happy. Overall, a great stay indeed!

It is a very easy place to stay. There are also famous pho and bun cha shops nearby, so you can enjoy local gourmet food from the morning. You can get to the old town quickly by Grab taxi. The room had everything we needed for our stay, and I was glad to have wine glasses. Shared washer and dryer are located on the ground floor. You can communicate with the owner right away, so you can discuss various things. I stayed for 9 days and it was great. I'll stay again when I go to Hanoi.

A light-filled, clean room with full facilities and luckily it is located right in the food neighborhood of Hanoi with many famous delicacies that need not go far just a few steps to the famous restaurants and beautiful places of Hanoi: West Lake, Truc Bach Lake, Tran Quoc Pagoda, Cua Bac relic, Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Sword Lake & Old Quarter area. We stayed here with our two young children. This was a fantastic apartment in a great area of the Old Quarter. The place was bright and clean and had a nice little balcony. Tuan, the host was very responsive and helped us to get checked in early. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

One of the best units we've stayed in, it feels like a home instead of a rental property. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and allowed us to check out late since we had an evening flight. The building felt secure with a guard and rolling shutters at night. The location is ideal for walking, with Train Street in one direction and the Old Quarter in the other. Wifi was fast and stable throughout the unit, more than enough for work and video calls.

Lovely place. The staff at the building were all very nice and considerate. I'd choose this place over newer apartments without room service and concierge service any day. The serenity is also hard to find in Hanoi.

The Apartment is fine. The neighborhood is entertaining and includes some great restaurants (El Gaucho was outstanding and Happy hour at the Metropole was a blast). However, Hanoi is vastly over-rated. Crowded, loud, dirty, and very unhealthy air. Use Grab for Taxis.

Had a good stay at Kevin’s place, easy checkin, he was super helpful and even offered us early checkin, during our stay we had an issue with geyser, and he promptly responded and send someone to fix it immediately. Even though the area of location was great, everything was very accessible, the building was quite old with no lift so had to climb 5 floors. Overall great experience.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!
