Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hoa Xuan

Amazing house and team! We really enjoy the location, peaceful and with a lot of restaurants and amazing spa nears. The breakfast included was really good, also the transportation from the airport (we really appreciate it). Lam coordinate everything for us, she was an amazing host. We definitely will back!

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

This is a big house with 2 floors. We only used the first floor. Nice space, decorated well, good beds. A woman came in the morning to make breakfast for us. We decided to make our own breakfast the last 2 days. Eggs and bread were provided. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Very clean. Host was always responsive to our requests.

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

We loved our stay. Thank you so much. The pool was so clean and even though it was cold, we managed a lovely morning swim. The location was nice. Away from the hustle of old town but still lovely places to explore all around. The bikes were in good condition and we loved being able to bike everywhere. Thanks

Jules and Matt's place was wonderful. High praise for the delicious breakfasts, wonderful staff (thanks Yen!), luxurious linens/towels/bedding and the overall ambiance. We also really loved the sitting areas--it was quite enjoyable hanging out and relaxing with family/friends. Note: staff is included with this house including security guard, cleaning and guest relations manager, however you can determine how much or how little you’d like to see them. Overall it was a great stay!

The condition of the apartment is very good. It felt like a hotel with daily cleaning and replacing supplies. Of course, simple cooking and laundry are also possible, so I didn't feel uncomfortable living there. It's a resort with a pool and a private beach, and it's all free to use. However, it's a pity that there are no commercial facilities such as grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this place if you want a quiet retreat with your family.

This is probably the most difficult and easiest 5 star rating i can give It is the most difficult 5 star because I 100% want to gatekeep this place. The ambience and privacy of the neighbourhood is already excellent, but the room and its amenities is simply worth every penny, and exactly as depicted in the photos. The only things to take note of are the lack of lifts, and you will have to climb 3 flights of stairs so dont carry heavy luggages; and there is drinking water provided but its hidden out of sight above the sink. TL;DR, Love love love this place, many stairs

The apartment was great. Enough for my family. The communication with host was quick and very nice. We would recommend this wonderful apartment! The host is very helpful! The pool on the roof is super! Only the elevators can take some time. Thank you for everything, maybe see you next time!

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.

Had a perfect 2-day stay at Hien’s place. The place is spacious, clean, walkable and has everything you’d need for a stay. Everything in the apartment is high-quality, from the bed and mattress to the sofa and the shampoos/ conditioners and towels. Heck I could even see myself living at her place for a long time. Highly recommend Hien’s place!

we loved our stay in Hoi An at Hien’s place. their accommodations definitely made us enjoy our experience even more. originally, we booked here for a week. we ended up staying close to two. the room was super clean and had what we needed and the hosts were awesome. they set us up with our motorbike, helped us exchange money, and let us buy the big jugs of water from them. The place is situated right in the middle between the beach and old town. Recommend renting a motorbike to get around. highly recommend!

Green Tea Villa was highly recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. Sen and her helpers took care of our needs and our room was palatial and overlooks the lovely infinity pool, which I love swimming in. Breakfast was a la carte and many great choices. Easy walk 1 km to old town or borrow bikes for free to explore. I would go back anytime!

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Perfect for a big group. Had bottled water delivered everyday to the house, which was wonderful. The host was attentive and house was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay!

The place was very clean, tidy and well stocked with amenities as described. The room is spacious, comfortable, and carefully taken care of, making it feel like home. The location of the house is extremely convenient, just a short distance from Hoi An Ancient Town, very easy to stroll and explore the city. The host also thoughtfully prepared bicycles for free, making exploring Hoi An a lot more enjoyable. Cycling through small roads or watching the Hoai River is truly an unforgettable experience! The host is very friendly, enthusiastic and always available when needed. This is a great place to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Hoi An. I will definitely go back if I have a chance and highly encourage people to choose this place when coming to Hoi An!

Nice location near the rice fields. Lots of options for the breakfast and wine. Especially we like the cuisine offer in the house. The kids really like the house. The manager HOA is nice and offer good suggestions and help us book the local restaurants. The pick up service is professional. Really recommend to stay here for the holiday in Hoi An.

The stay at peach house was beautiful! Not only was it located five minutes away from the amazing beach but the house owner was also very very nice. The breakfast was very good and she did go out of her way to make us feel good. Once I was late for breakfast and she still cooked me eggs. I also forgot my passport and she directly contacted me and sent it to my next destination without any problems. I would always come back there again! Thanks a lot for your hospitality!!!! Can 100% recommend!

Flame Flowers Homestay is nice homestay! Every thing is perfect. Location; host; and room so clean and quiet; the best wifi connect i got at my travel. I really high recommend for all people.

Nhi's place is the best accommodation we've had while traveling in SE Asia. Nhi and her family are very friendly and super helfpul, we felt like being home. Nhi provided so many local recommendations, we cannot thank her enough. The room and her home were so clean and cozy. Best mattress and pillow we've had!
