We were pleasantly surprised by how great this location turned out to be. After a night off the Zócalo, we were happy to move to a quieter neighborhood. Not only was it walkable to a lot of the places we wanted to visit in Roma Norte, it's also just a block off Ave Amsterdam, which circles Parque Mexico, and is a beautiful option for a morning walk and visiting many cafes. We found great food, shopping, and even a gym within a few blocks. The apartment itself is as advertised. The floorplan is unique, but not an issue as long as you expect it. We loved spending time on the patio upstairs. The apartment is off the street, so pretty quiet, but the courtyard is open-air, so you will hear some street noise and birds in the morning. It was a bit cold at night, but Nadezda made sure we had heaters, which completely solved the problem. The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets.

Dave and Nats place was amazing for a big group. The house was beautiful and had amazing outdoor space for the group.

We visit CDMX the whole family that we were 8 adults and 2 children. Lorena's place is perfect as it had 5 rooms and a terrace. The house had a garage square to store a vehicle and the 2nd rented vehicle we left in front of the house(no pay). The area where the house is located is Colonia Napoles which is very chevere, safe and with plenty of restaurants, parks, cafes and supermarkets that can be reached on foot. I recommend the accommodation for everyone who is with groups and wants to know the best of this great city. 100% recommended and Lorena's treatment is always attentive and pending. We will be back

I traveled to Coyoacan with a fellow teacher and three 13 year old students from Canada we were participating in the Flute Festival at the UNAM. Casa Bola was the perfect choice for our group. I needed a super safe space, close to all amenities, where we could also come back to rest after a long day in classes and concerts. This was the perfect place. Were were really lucky that it was available. I would highly recommend Casa Bola to any type of visitor, but specially people looking for a quiet, private and peaceful stay in Coyoacan. This house has the best possible location, which is around the corner from multiple restaurants, including one of the best vegan restaurants in the entire city. There are two of the best taquerias just one to two blocks away, but the tourist centre of Coyoacan it's just far away enough that the house is super private and quiet. We did not find a good supermarket nearby, but we recommend getting groceries delivered by Walmart! We loved Casa Bola!

We had an amazing 2.5 week stay at Ricardo's home! It is super spacious and perfect for families or groups of friends. The location could not be better -- right in the heart of Condesa with so many coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, and ice cream shops within a few minutes walking. We were also very close to several parks. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. Ricardo was very responsive if we ever had a question, needed help, or there was an issue at the home -- it was always resolved very promptly. I would definitely recommend this home!

Safe and quiet location.

The stay at Kyra's was very nice! The small garden is a real treat in such a big city! Kyra was always available and very helpful and friendly.

Overall, a great place for our trip to Mexico City! Important to note that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is actually off of the roof deck so you need to go upstairs and outside to access it, which was unexpected. Some plumbing issues and one of the showers didn’t put out hot water. Good location. Can hear traffic from the nearby main streets all night. Roof deck is amazing! Plenty of space to hang out in the whole house.

We stayed at the Airbnb in Mexico City during the Christmas week thru New Years. Communication and access was seamless. The location was perfect to many restaurants, the city park and importantly breakfast nooks. Easy communication and entrance to the building, felt very safe. For my family of 4, the accommodation was perfect for us. Clean kitchen with appliances. Bathrooms were clean, hot water was an issue but infrequent. Water pressure drops as other people use the water. Not a big issue. The bedrooms were spacious. The comfort of the beds were suffice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.

Excellent apartment, like home.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable, spacious and clean. The only con would be as stated in other reviews is that it can be noisy , especially at night due to the traffic outside your window and there is a busy restaurant below. Sometimes the restaurant has performers playing outside your window. Fortunately, the restaurant closes at 10:30pm. But having the restaurant nearby is convenient and the food is very good. We really loved the Condessa area and its proximity to Roma sur and norte. We stayed in January so the weather was pleasant and did not need heat nor cooling. There is no air conditioning.

We had the absolute best time staying at Luis and Lisi’s apartment! The apartment is on a quiet tree lined street with coffee shops and delicious restaurants. When we didn’t feel like adventuring around the city the rooftop was the perfect place to relax and read a book. We cannot wait to come back and share this place with our friends!

Have stayed here on several occasions and ALWAYS had a great experience from booking to communication with host.

Loved our stay here! We were in unit 7 which meant that we had access to our own private roof terrance, which was actually significantly bigger and better than we expected. The place was big and lovely, check in was a breeze, and Carla was super responsive. We loved that someone came to clean the apartment halfway through our stay and everyone we met who worked at the building was incredibly kind. The bed it a bit stiff, but we found a big comforter in the closet that helped. That's really the only thing I could say as a drawback here. The pace was so warm, welcome, and lovely. We stayed for two full weeks while we worked and explored. The location definitely cannot be beaten. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment for your stay in CDMX and especially recommend Carla as a host.

This is a great place to come visit CDMX, because it's so well located. The apartment is brand new and spotless. The host even left us a complimentary bottle of wine. Definitely would come back.

Jude & Philippe’s tree flat was a dream! I loved staying here as a solo traveler and would certainly return. Clean, quiet, the doorman makes check in super easy and the building feels very safe. There were plenty of towels. The windows and outdoor space add a lot of vibes. The location on the edge of Roma and Condesa is amazing, very walkable and convenient to groceries/basic necessities as well as cute restaurants, bakeries, and boutiques. Jude & Philippe provided lots of recommendations on the neighborhood and were friendly and proactive about communicating. Their flat is highly recommended.

The place is well located, decorated nicely, and Esther was great to work with. Very comfy spot to come back to at the end of long days walking. Kitchen well-appointed, we loved the plate-ware. We arrived well after check-in and the cleaners were rushing to finish up, which meant that the apartment just wasn’t clean. The floors were super dirty and or soapy. Kitchen items shoddily cleaned. The cleaners just threw their dirty rags under the kitchen sink, and those began to smell. No broom or mop available to us, so we had to just kind of live with it… Overall, a pretty little apartment in a great neighborhood. Would stay again.

Sergio’s home was a great stay for the week. While the pool was not available due to maintenance, everything else was just as described. Ubers were super convenient and the location felt very safe. Check in process was simple and Sergio was very communicative.

Perfect place from which to explore the city. Close to everything and super comfortable and clean. The private rooftop deck is also a great place to unwind!

Amazing place in Condesa. The unit was large and had more than we needed on our trip to Mexico City. The rooftop was beautiful and the view pool was heated. We wished we had brought out swim suits. There is a fully stocked grocery store about a block away. Also walking distance to everything Condesa and Roma Norte have to offer. I would happily stay here again next time I am in Mexico City!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was comfortable, private, and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. It was plenty of space for two couples. The location is great, with restaurants, cafes, markets, and bars nearby, and easily walkable to everything in Condesa and Roma Norte. Public transit is also close and Uber was easy from here as well. The security staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the large, private patio with lots of beautiful plants. We would recommend this place as a great home base for exploring Mexico City.
