Lake house vacation rentals in Hill Country Village

Highly recommend! We spent several wonderful days enjoying this property – relaxing on the upper deck and around the areas closer to the water. We enjoyed watching the deer roam around the property and watching our dog watch the deer. We also saw lots of monarch butterflies and a fox. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the property is so serene. We were also pleased at how many great restaurants there were in the area. Pamela and her son, Sam, were very nice and helpful and responsive.

Great place to stay with the family. The outdoor area had a lot of space and nature around. Felt private and hot tub was nice and hot! :)

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We booked this trip for a Christmas getaway and to make vision boards for the new year. We felt refreshed and comfortable staying in this beautiful home. It was a bit confusing at first to understand how to pull in for parking but it was very simple once we figured it out! The lake was absolutely stunning and peaceful. There's also nearby restaurants and a place to play pickleball. The location feels like you're in your own little town. We ran into two maintenance issues (one completely out of anyone's control) but Jen was so responsive and everything was resolved quickly! We loved our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Our stay at Shelley's place was lovely! The house is so spacious, was sparkling clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the grill and amazing views. It's located in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect to relax and have a good night's sleep. When I first saw the listing, I was a bit concerned about how comfortable the sofa bed in bedroom 4 would be. It turned out that I picked this room for me and my husband: it's spacious, has its own bathroom and the bed is VERY comfy, in addition to the best views! The other bedrooms were also great, cozy and with perfect levels privacy. Everyone was incredibly pleased with the accommodations. Communication with Shelley was excellent, she is a fantastic host!

Siren's Cove was a great weekend getaway! It had everything we were looking for in such a beautiful location. The host was easy to get ahold of and was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. I would highly recommend this place for anybody that's looking for a great/quiet weekend trip!

The house is great for large families. Plenty of rooms, large living room fun boat dock by the water and water toys for days. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!!!!!

Absolutely Perfect Stay! Melinda is truly an amazing host! From the start, her communication was excellent, providing clear instructions and wonderful recommendations for the area. The house has fantastic amenities and a breathtaking view that made our stay unforgettable. The home was well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had all the accessories we needed to cook delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality family time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home, Melinda’s place is the perfect choice. She’s definitely a super host!

This place is beautiful , very peaceful and relaxing , beautiful views, very clean, place have everything you need , such a kitchen supplies, etc. was such a wonderful experience feed the deer. Looks exactly like the pictures on app. Will be back . Great place

This now the 4th stay I have at one of Conlen and Jennifer's homes. It's always easy. This home is laid out nice for family or work trips. You have Lake Dunlap right there and a great restaurant. Everything in New Braunfels is 15 minutes or less away. I'll definitely continue booking with them.

Excellent stay! Even thouhj the lake is dry, we had a blast exploring the dry lake bed and just lounging around the house. The hosts were wonderful - quick to respond and so accommodating! Great spot for our 3 families for a long weekend.

Our group of 6 had a great time ringing in the new year at the Kickback Cove! The kitchen had all the things I didn’t think to bring (aluminum foil, spices, oil) and all the dishes we needed. The house had great features like a record player, an Alexa, and a Willie Nelson nook with cowboy boot shot glasses. But by far our favorite part was the outdoor area with a covered patio, a fire pit (complete with wood, fire starters, and marshmallow sticks), and the relaxing hot tub. We loved our stay here and Denise was super responsive before, during, and after our stay. Highly recommend!

We love this house! We have stayed here several times. The house is cozy and clean. Very peaceful place to reset. The deer are so much fun to feed and eat out of your hand.

House was clean, big backyard with cool swimming pool which the kids loved. It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs wich was big plus. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. HEB and other restaurants near by. Would stay again.

We visited here for 2024 Thanksgiving holiday's stay with 5 families. I think that's best place to take a rest in the nature and to make good talks & good play each other. We made good memories and good feelings. We can recommend this place for big family for happy time

Just a beautiful place. Perfect for our group of 7 to celebrate Christmas. Spacious and beautifully appointed. We came from all over, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Arizona and Texas. weather was great and even had rain so no burning ban . Fire pit was great. Wonderful huge swing which this 70 year old loved. Bed. pillows, linens were great. Our very favorite thing..... The master bedroom shower was incredible!! We all used it. Just fantastic. It was a great stay. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home!

Excellent location. Great outdoors. Great experience. Host extremely helpful. The interior could do with some less clutter, updated linen, dust n cobwebs dealt to.

We had our wedding in this airbnb and it has so much space the photos don’t do it justice! The views are gorgeous and much bigger in person! It felt very private and safe. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our family and friends!

Wow! What a wonderful place to stay in Texas Hill country close to Lake Travis/Colorado River! Erik and Jenn’s home was just as described and more…so many amenities and little touches that made our stay a joy! Home was spotless and inviting…swim spa and deck were great to relax and watch the wildlife. Kitchen had everything that we would ever need to prepare meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were meticulous and comfortable…the extra pillows and blankets were a wonderful touch - primary shower was amazing! If you are looking for a peaceful retreat to get away and relax (or attend a wedding nearby like us), Erik and Jenn’s house in Lago Vista is perfect! We would definitely stay here again if in the area!!

House was a good choice for our large group of people! River front was quiet and peaceful with lots of outdoor space to relax. Location was convenient to downtown New Braunfels, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Would recommend and would stay again! Chad and Gaby were great hosts!

Cathryn’s place was really nice with a beautiful view. She was very responsive prior to the visit and also during if we needed any assistance. Her place is well maintained and between her library collection and games —- great family hang out. Highly recommend
