My newly remodeled Duplex is located in Sun N' Lake Golf Community. We live in the SNL community and Airbnb 1 side of the duplex and have family stay on the other side during off season. What other great way to enjoy the sunshine state then to spend time on a Great Historic Lake in central Florida! The house has a spacious layout, having the master bedroom on the first floor, and the second floor having its own living area along with the other three cozy bedrooms. The play room is off the garage and is climate controlled separately from the house, where you can play pool, foosball, air hockey, corn hole or a game of cards. The hot tub is through the game room inside a Gazebo.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun in the sun. 3 bedroom 5 beds. (1 king 1 queen 1 full and twin bunk beds.) 2.5 baths. Boat house with slide into the lake. Big shade trees. Screened patio on the 1st floor front and back patio. Just outside the master bedroom is a private oversize balcony with the more than amazing views. You can see the tower in town at night. Come check it out. Maybe make a memory or two.
