This stay was great! We staying during the winter - the fireplace was great for evening movies and the hot tub was enjoyable! The home was very clean. There were ladybugs in the home, but this Airbnb it was located in a rural location and they are harmless so it didn’t bother us any! This host was super responsive to anything we needed! Overall, great stay.

We had a wonderful long weekend in this cabin. Despite the deep snow and bitter cold we were warm and snug inside. Clean, bright and plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed hiking in beautiful Adams county, lots of games of pool, the hot tub and also family time inside around the fire. Thanks for having us!

Our stay at the Opal cabin was so peaceful! It’s the perfect place for a little getaway. We enjoyed the cows and the hot tub was just what we needed for a relaxing time! The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Thank you Billie & Joel for a wonderful stay! We can’t wait to come back!😊

This home was perfect for our family weekend. We had space for everyone to enjoy time together. Games for the kids and adults to play. The place was clean and had beautiful views. Our dog was welcome and played with the dog next door. We came on a snowy weekend and the driveway was well plowed. The hot tub was a perfect amenity. We were all comfortable in our beds.

A wonderfully-located, quaint & cozy little cabin! Perfect for our weekend in Augusta and Maysville activities. Neat, clean and very nicely equipped… it is great for 2-3 people or a small, young family. (The hot tub and fire pit were fabulous additions! ) The cabin is compact, but best-suited for walking to many other nearby activities, shops, restaurants etc. I would like to stay there again for a gals getaway weekend !

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. Very peaceful. Sent instructions ahead of stay to be able to find the cottage and once there the home has been well kept and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved our time here! The house was as advertised, spacious, lots of amenities for kiddos and adults. Comfortable beds. Clean. Very quiet and the bedrooms were DARK in the morning with all the trees. Lovely cabin in the woods.

We did not want to leave cabin because of peace and clarity of experience it offered . Morning with symphony of crickets ,evening with cicadas and night with glamorous night sky . We drove 7 h to relax for two days but left wanting to come back for 7 days and 24 h of cabin time . I can verify that my being ,my body and soul found refuge !Thank you Wayne for being best host . We are coming back !!!

Joe was an amazing host. He had thought of everything you could possibly need and it's there. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Clean, cute, comfy. We fell in love with this place and hated to leave. Everything about it was exactly what we were looking for, for a weekend of quiet time before the hustle and bustle of Christmas. The property was breathtaking. And for us one of the best features was Joe's dogs. Three dogs roaming the property. Super friendly. Calm. Very loving animals. they spent almost the entire weekend with us in and out of the cabin. They escorted to the shower house and back nearly every time. 💗💗💗 The weekend was very cold unfortunately so we didn't get to explore much but Joe happily provided us with multiple movies upon our request to pass our time relaxing in the cabin. Joe was also very proactive in insuring we had ample wood to keep the fire going in the fire place or entire stay. Thank you Joe. We definitely plan to return this summer.

4 ladies in their 60’s got together there and enjoyed every minute! The hosts were very attentive when we asked for help. Great place for hunting, sleeping, being together with friends. We plan to return next year!

My wife and loved this cabin!! The cabin was perfect with all the amenities and extra goodies. It was very cozy and clean. Loved all the bear decore. Having a solo stove camfire on deck was a plus and awesome to enjoy next to the jacuzzi. Paula was super nice & answered all our questions. We would definitely come back. Perfect price and secluded location. We highly recommend this place. Thank you for everything!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean, reasonably priced and conveniently located near Hillsboro.

This cabin was clean, cute, accessible and great for a couple!! There was a picnic basket with 2 robes, wine, glasses and even some snacks! Also supplied cocoa and cookies!! Plenty of linens!! Host does a nice job of making it a pleasurable experience!! definitely would stay again

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the Eyrie! My boyfriend and I take a lot of nature vacations and we were not disappointed! It was Memorial Day weekend but the trails weren’t overcrowded and the snacks from the general store were perfect for the short stay.

The cabin was very quaint and peaceful, promptly greeted by the host upon arrival. The stay was extremely comfortable and homey. Very clean, and had plenty of useful supplies for the duration of the stay. The roommates (2 lovely ducks) were a bonus! Highly recommend, not a cabin you would want to pass up!

Super private, quiet, just the right size for our Mother/ Daughter Get Away! Loved the scenery. Felt like a cabin up in the trees. The museum was like a nature brain snack - 20 mins to read and appreciate info of surroundings. 2 trails just right for us, 1 mile, 1/2 mile we did both one after the other! Wear the right shoes, be careful, beautiful Rock Fork Gorge! That's where the word gorgeous MUST come from! Outdoor drama Tecumseh was 30 mins away- added so much to the meaning of trip! We walked where native Americans lived in harmony with the land. Admire and respect this nonprofit for investing time, treasure and talents to preserve and restore thus natural habitat. Thank you doesn't seem enough!!! Highlight of our summer for sure!!!!!!

A very nice cabin near a large lake. Being winter and cold, we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor fire pit but some of our group enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch. Thank you very much! We definitely would stay here again!

The cabin was cute and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked with items often forgotten. During our visit we watched a buck walk through the property, loved on a very friendly kitty, watched a lot of birds and squirrels scampering around and had many Amish buggies pass by. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning sometime in the future.
