Perfectly clean place. Bed is comfortable and good functioning air conditioner help making deep sleep. Convenient location to busiest area by taking train for 10 to 15 minutes. Good restaurants in the neighborhood recommended by host. The yakitori restaurant recommended by host is the one of the best I experienced in Japan. Bath room is a bit small even in Japan standard and need patience to adapt. Kitchen is simple and not expecting guest to make full meal. With so many good restaurants in the neighborhood, really not necessary to make your own meal.

It was large and very beautiful!There was also Jenga and cards, so we had a pleasant time!I was able to use it very smoothly with a kind message before and on the day of my stay.☺️

Clean and tidy, everything is new! Love this place. One thing is that there is no free parking. I parked at the opposite and it cost 1800yen (22:00 - 11:30). But overall this is a nice place to live in.

The place was really nice and pleasant! I took my grandmother and mom on a trip to Hyodo, and they were so satisfied! Don Quijote and the convenience store were close to the accommodation, so it was really nice to use it. I stayed for 2 nights and went back.

My family had a wonderful time staying here. The place was very comfortable and the decor was great. Our flight was delayed and it took us a while to get our rental car and drive up for check in but Jun was still able to meet us for a late check in. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful seaside getaway.

Good access by city bus from Tenjin and Hakata stations! Recommended for sightseeing and business!

Convenient transportation, 3-4 minutes walk from the bus stop, easy access to Tenjin and Hodo.10 minutes to Gaomiya Station, convenient to Kurumi and Yanagawa. The room is long and old, but there are other daily necessities (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be prepared by yourself). The balcony puts three bins, resulting in no place to dry clothes, but also dry in good weather and easy to dry clothes. Overall, I'm satisfied.

This was my first stay in Aijima, and it was my fourth time.I appreciate the very polite correspondence before my stay.They also explained the facilities and evacuation routes in case of a disaster. The cat also came to play on the terrace. It was fun.
