Vacation rentals in Hickory County

We have stayed in literally dozens of vacation rentals the last 25 years or so, and Trisha's Little Cedar Lodge is one of the best! Beautiful, quiet setting and lovely cabin. It's actually more charming than the pictures, and had everything we needed. We would like to return in the warmer months to enjoy the porch and firepit. Trisha is proactive, responsive and friendly. Really can't say anything bad about our stay. She even left us homemade cinnamon rolls! Note that it is in an area without a plethora of restaurants (we WERE there in the lake off-season), but there are good ones nearby. We enjoyed Pomme de-Ritas and Pittsburg Pub and Grill. Also, Warsaw is about 30 minutes away with several options.

Completely exceeded our expectations! We were able to put in our phones in the lockbox & genuinely relax! From a fun night around the fire with the s’mores kit, to waking up and cooking up breakfast with the radio playing in the background. I truly think we may have unlocked a new addiction & are now on a mission to book a stay at every location possible! Over 10 of my friends and family have plans of booking trips just from seeing post from our stay. Can’t recommend enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(5/5)

this property was awesome. had everything we needed. a nice welcome basket with snacks. host was very responsive and friendly. only down fall was the beds are way harder than I prefer and cell connection and wifi were spotty at times at the property but all in all amazing

This was a great stay for my bachelor party! Great location and Kerry was very kind and helpful. Just what we were looking for.

This is the perfect spot if you’re just wanting to get away from the city.

Everything was just as it looked very clean! She was super helpful with everything and easy to work with! Hope to make it back again! Highly reccomend!

We appreciated the response time of the host when the keypad to the house did not work, she was able to get us in the house quickly. We really like the fenced in backyard for our fur babies. Plenty of space, we had two people and two dogs and we were never crowded. It is very close to Lucas Oil Speedway, about a 10 minute drive, and there’s a really nice cafe down the road that had really great food. Only downside is there is no internet (though we were made aware of this) or cable for entertainment when you are in the house. Overall, we would stay here again!

Great place for a quick lane getaway! The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed! Convenient to boat ramp and restaurants.
