We had a beautiful stay at this cottage over Christmas! We loved the interior, they had all the amenities possibly needed for self catering. They even went that extra mile and left us a christmas card and mince pies which made us smile! Bed was super comfortable, surroundings are lovely and easy to get to. We loved the fact there is a river right outside the kitchen window, which added to the atmosphere. Hosts were very responsive and gave us recommendations of nearby places! This really did feel like a home away from home, very cosy, very comfortable!!

We stayed here on New Year’s Eve and had the best time! The hot tub was pre-heated as requested and the house was absolutely beautiful. Very quirky, interesting interior and spotless. We always stay in this beautiful home when we stay in Ross on Wye! The house is nothing short of perfect! Awesome location…..all walkable….everything you would want! Zoe is always there if you need her but honestly, it is so well setup and comfortable, you won’t need a thing. Zoe it wonderful!!! It is a home away from home!!!

Faye’s place is really convenient. The location is really close to the city center and the train station. So easily walkable. Saves having to drive into the city and find parking. The parking space provided is useful. Like the description better for a smaller car. Ours fit perfectly. The instructions for check in were straight forward. There was plenty of information Faye left for us in the house on how to work the heating and various other bits. Once we got the heating on the place warmed up quickly. Had plenty of amenities. Overall it is a very comfortable and central place to stay. Would happily go back again next time we are in Cardiff. Thank you Faye.

Mike’s lake house is lovely, fully equipped for a restful stay but close enough to civilisation to be able to reach one of the nearby towns within 20 minutes to stock up. We had a fully restful stay and will be back!

Stayed here for a training placement at the hospital, really convenient location for this less than 15 mins walk and a beautiful spot right next to Roath lake. Lots of thoughtful touches around the place. Underfloor heating was also lovely to have on a cold evening, and lots of choice for breakfast and coffee. Kathryn was a super friendly and helpful host as well, would definitely visit again. Thanks!
