We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been better—quiet, secure, and just steps from the beautiful beach. The gated community gave us a sense of privacy and peace. The property itself was spotless and exceeded expectations in cleanliness. The pool was fantastic—heated, well-maintained, and just a short walk away from our unit. It was the perfect spot to relax. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, answering Questions we had several times during our stay. The condominium itself was exactly as described in the listing—cozy, comfortable, and family-friendly, perfect for our group. We found everything we needed for a great beach vacation. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful, enjoyable beach retreat. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at this Airbnb from Jan 1-8, 2025, with two young kids (4 & 2.5), and it was perfect. The space was exactly as pictured, and the host was responsive with clear check-in/check-out instructions. Highlights: *No side neighbors (only above), great for families with kids. *The beach is right outside the patio, and often empty. The pool is a short 2-minute paved walk (3-4ft deep). *The water directly outside was rough, but a 10-15 minute walk west led to calmer waters for the kids (with life jackets). *A car is needed as the nearest main road is a 5-10 min drive. *For toddlers, we loved the Vereda Angelito trail in El Yunque – a short, peaceful hike ending with a river to swim in (bring sandals/water shoes). *The Kioskos in Loquillo were amazing for food, though the beach itself was a little dirty. Nearby restaurant favorites: *El Océano En Tu Mesa (best meal) *Bungalu Rest & Bar (near El Yunque) *Terraza Montemar (nearby, good food, pricier) *The roadside kioskos, all excellent.

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Aquatika Beach Boho home for my best friends bachelorette. We had the best time in this property. It was so well equipped, clean and spacious. Looked like the pictures. Offers a private beach and swimming pool. They also had beach mats, pool noodle, floatie etc in the house. Definitely would stay here again if I go to PR.

We just spent a week here, and enjoyed it immensely. The home is just as pictured, very clean. The complex was fantastic with so many great pools to choose from, and the beach access was wonderful. Cesar provided even more beach/pool items than we expected, which my kids loved. The kitchen was probably one of the best stocked we’ve ever stayed in, in terms of meal cooking items. And the roof patio was a great bonus. The area is pretty equidistant to San Juan, El Yunque, the bio bay, and the ferry to Culebra. It was an epic vacation for our family, and a big part of that was having a nice, comfortable place to stay! We would definitely recommend to any travelers.

If you’re thinking about booking this place DO IT! The apartment is super clean. Spacious and has everything you need! Jessica is super thoughtful and leaves all the condiments, spices and little things you don’t realize you need in the kitchen. Plenty of beach items, shower items, lots of games. The upstairs loft and outdoor patio are literally perfect as well. The Frigidaire tabletop ice maker and Margaritaville machine are great for making drinks! The property is private including the beach, 5 pools and playgrounds and mini golf. We felt very safe! Parking is close to the apartment and easy to find! This place is easily the best Airbnb in the area! We will return soon!

If you are looking for a place where you can be at peace and feel cozy, this place is the place you need.

I must say this was a 10 out of 10! I loved everything about this space! The pictures don’t do the space any justice in my opinion! The view is amazing, the beach and pool was available and in eye view. The privacy and amenities of the balcony and roof top were exceptional. I would for sure return and recommend. (The only thing I would take away was when it rained or we just stood in , we could’t get the WiFi to work so we could watch much tv so we just listened to music instead. However Rafael did assist and was very responsive on how to try and fix the WiFi)……..The only other thing I would suggest to, is to rent a car as there are not many things to eat or do nearby unless you are ok with uber everywhere.

Ricardo’s place is situated in a great location, close to many activities. The community itself was gated and we felt very safe there. My kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court. The apartment was beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful amenities that helped my family and I be comfortable. We had a great stay!

Nice place to stay about 45min-1hr from San Juan, a few minutes from the rainforest. The apartment was very spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. It is right next to the pool and path to private beach. In the apartment are pool and beach accessories to use. We felt safe both inside the gated community and out. The apartment comes with 3 reserved parking spots and has the convenience of self-check in.

Must stay if you want to relax and feel like home. Host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice apartment near local attractions with a great community pool for the family. Enjoyed our stay to visit family in the area. The place was great for our family of five and the apartment was really clean and modern looking. Would stay again in this place with the family.

Our family of four had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, the bedrooms were comfortable. Plenty of clean towels and gear to use from a basketball to beach chairs. We loved all the pools at the complex, and the small beach was nice too. Enid was very responsive. It was the perfect home base for a PR vacation, great value too.

Glenda was a great host! Her place was well stocked and you could tell she wanted to make sure all needs were met. Plenty of beach supplies, huge beach towels, water, fully stocked kitchen, AC in every room, bug spray and sunscreen! We enjoyed the private beach as well as the board games she left to play! El Yunque and Luquillo Kiosks were not far away! Her place was very clean! On top of all this, Glenda is super friendly and attentive to all your needs! Thanks for the great stay Glenda!

Thank you for a beautiful place! We loved all the personal touches. We loved the beach cooler, the beach chairs and beach bags. The pool and being able to walk to the private beach was a plus.

Excellent Host and place. My 5th stay in las Dolores and everytime its a blast Very peaceful place to stay.

This is a great location outside the hustle and bustle of San Juan while being about 45 minutes away from the city, El Yunque, and Fajardo. The apartment is a short walk from the private beach and has several pools for swimming, two of which are heated for a comfortable evening swim. When we arrived, unfortunately, all of PR was experiencing a power outage, but Maribel and Ben were proactive in communicating this before we arrived and made sure we were taken care of by supplying us with battery-powered lanterns and fans. The lodging was the perfect size for our family of four. Everything was clean and well kept. Would stay here again, 5/5 stars!

Aquatika was a great choice. My kids loved using the pools, mini golf, and tennis and basketball courts. While we didn't eat immediately in the area, it was 20-30 min from a ton of activities and restaurants. The place itself had plenty of room for our family of four. It has a great beach vibe to it and all the equipment that you need. Norka was also extremely responsive, even over the holidays.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Jorge was a great host. He was very responsive, accommodating and friendly. The apartment is beautiful with so much space. Love tho upstairs as well! Private beach was wonderful. Wish I would have stayed longer!
