Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hérépian

Small cozy studio very clean with all the necessary amenities. Located at the back of the hosts' home which was a plus for us because we like to be quiet and secluded. The center of Marseillan-Plage is a 5-minute drive with its center and port. It is a beautiful place that I highly recommend. 🤩 Béziers is a 30-minute drive away with its new halls and is also a place to visit. Sandrine is very nice and responds very quickly. I highly recommend it. 👌🏼

We spent 1 week in the accommodation and frankly everything was perfect, very well maintained house, frankly I highly recommend the accommodation you will not be disappointed, we will gladly come back😀 We were able to meet the owners Loic and his wife but also Ingrid who were great from start to finish, frankly, what kindness.

The photos don't do the space justice enough, which is really great! Bright, well appointed, large and very nice, we loved our stay! And the outside is beautiful! Thanks to Christophe for the clear instructions and flexibility 🙏

We loved our stay at the house. It had all that we needed for a comfortable visit for a family. The house has been sympathetically restored and the gardens are also very pretty. We had great weather during our stay so we could enjoy the garden, pool house and table tennis. The walks around the area are to be recommended, with helpful maps at the house for different routes. Also a visit to the wine cave next door. A wonderful place to stay. We hope to return again soon :)

A really enjoyable stay in this particularly warm house. The large covered terrace is really nice, we were able to spend our week outside even on rainy days! The swimming pool with its small beach is excellent, petanque court also, all away from any prying eyes It's a very quiet place and we were able to take many walks in the surrounding vineyards. I recommend it!

Great location, seeing the sun rise from your bed is priceless. Thierry and Sophie welcomed us very warmly and do everything they could to make you have a pleasant stay without worries. Everything is available for a great stay.

Beautiful place! Charles' house is perfect for getting away from everyday life and creating magical memories with family or friends. A Nordic bath, trees as far as the eye can see and the gentle sound of the river... Thanks for the few days!

Another great stay in Marseillan beach, and more particularly in Sand's home which we found very cocooning🥰. Very nice, quiet, clean everything was perfect👍. Thanks again to Sand 🤗 who was responsive and very clear in her explanations. Recommended++++++❤️

The apartment is as described. It is pleasant. There is a bus stop (line 15) about 100 meters away. During this period, 1h30 between 2 buses which did not correspond to my treatment schedules. Due to our mutual availability, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Florence; nevertheless, she was easily reachable by phone, attentive and caring. I recommend her apartment.

Sylvain was great to communicate with. The place was in a great central spot. Close to restaurants, groceries, the bus etc. The view from the deck was great.

Very nice apartment within walking distance to the middle of Béziers, and a nice strip of shops and restaurants near the old arena. Very compfortable bed, living room, and dining room. Kitchen was very nice, with dishwasher, microwave, and even a relatively new induction stove top. Virginie was an excellent hostess. She met us in front of the apartment, communicating with us on just when we expected to arrive, and even saved a parking space for us. And on checkout, she was immensely flexible for us. (Traveling with a 4 year old can be tricky!) Very pleasant interactions with us, all around.

We had a very nice week in a clean and very well-equipped apartment. A big plus for the shaded terrace and the delicious figs! The accommodation is very well located, close to beaches, shops and the port. Everything is in walking distance. What a pleasure! Very friendly welcome, very well located accommodation in secure residence and breathtaking sea view.

Warm and helpful hostess. Everything in the apartment makes you want to stay there and you can feel the love of the owner for these occupants. This goes through flexible hours, the 50-page book handmade on all the activities around, small extras of comfort or even essentials like a toaster or sanitary tampons in case of forgetting. We feel the generosity and kindness in these little things. Really try and start again. Again, thank you for this vacation.

Ideal stay, carefully renovated apartment, very clean and well-equipped. La Roquille beach and small convenience stores next door, no need for a car. Sandrine and Celine are very responsive, and the exchanges are more than cordial, thanks to them. I recommend it. 8-day stay in September 2024

This is such a cute place. I felt very comfortable and would stay here again. Not far from the beach or Beziers. We went to both while there. Valras-Plage is a super nice beach with lots of sand! Very helpful, responsive host!
