We had a wonderful stay at Marijana's place. She was so patient, helpful and friendly even when we got lost because we did not take the time to read her instructions properly. This property has an amazing view and is perfect for those travellers loving an off-the-beaten-track experience. The outside pool is just as wonderful as the beach not far from the property. There is no pharmacy close by, so take emergency medication with you. This property is recommended if you are a confident driver as the roads are steep and narrow. It is perfect if you do not mind a steep 10-minute walk from the beach. All staff helping her are super friendly and helpful. Marijana deserves her Super-Host status.

As long as you receive exact address from the host/hostess you will have spotlessly clean accom with great view especially in evening and at sunrise. however beware the airbnb map directions are NOT detailed and only take you the neighbourhood. Disappointing airbnb doesn’t promote whatthreewords app as promoted by international emergency services

Magnolia Apartments was a great place for our 3 week stay . The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the decor and fittings throughout the apartment are quality with every thing you need. The location is close to the beach promenade and restaurants and bars . Ivana is very responsive to all questions and gives recommendations on restaurants and activities if you ask . Her mother looks after the Apartments when Ivana is not there and she is always willing to help as is the hosts sister. We would not hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Herceg Novi with my friends, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better – everything was within easy reach, from charming local shops and cafes to beautiful beaches and historical sites. The balcony was a true highlight, offering stunning views and a serene spot to enjoy morning coffee or a sunset drink. The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail seemed carefully thought out to make guests feel at home. To top it all off, there was a barbecue area perfect for hosting a delightful evening dinner with friends. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this apartment has it all. Highly recommended!

Great location, newly-renovated apartment, very nice and attentive host - what more do you need from your vacation place? So, we spent a week there. This is the 1st season for Mirjana and her husband and they do their best. Moreover, they have a lot of plans and are constantly developing their property, so taking into account the growing interest to Lustica bay, I believe, they will always have their guests in a future. Some details: you need a car to leave their, Plavi Horizonti is in 8 minutes by car, Tovar and Kotor is in about 15 min by car. The apartment is rather small but very well-equipped and ready to accommodate 3-4 persons. Thanks Mirjana and all the best.

The lady in the greeting was friendly and very helpful, and the 👌 room was very clean, and it was very clear that the staff was right. It was about 40/50 minutes away from Kotor, but the pros of the place we stayed made the distance… It was within walking distance to the sea and grocery stores. We were very satisfied and left that way. Thank you very much again. Best regards

This place was awesome when we stayed there. The apartment had everything we needed. The rooms and living room were huge, and the TV was a good size, which is great on rainy days. The location was good, with a bakery and shop nearby, and free parking was available. The host was very friendly and helpful. She even let us check in earlier. Thank you!

The apartment is lovely and immaculately clean. The bed very comfortable, the shower powerful. Ivana was always easily reachable. Her Mom Daniella was there for anything and everything you needed. She was very sweet, kind and thoughtful. We just loved her! It's a great apartment and just a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and all restaurants to both Igalo and Herceg Novi. We highly recommend.

For us was the perfect place in the right moment. I love this place! One suggestion it to have a car ( rented or personal car).

We had a very pleasant 15 days in the apartment, in beautiful surroundings. Even if it was out on the countryside everything was within 30min driving distance. The apartment was clean and well furnished, and it was great to have access to the pool. The host was warm and welcome, and was easy to communicate with

Tanya is great host and she will do everything to make you feel like at hone. Place was clean and everything was as on pictures. Only minor disadvantage is that place is not close to the beach but Lustica is packed with wild beaches so it is recomended to go by car.

Everything was on time. Very friendly host. Regarding location: It's very close to the airport, so took about 15 min to the destination. Very comfortable apartments. On the territory you could find golf-cars, which could help you to reach clean beach with free lounger. Regarding registration: Host helped with all questions in very short time.

This place was amazing. Very quiet and fantastic to stay away from the crowded places like Kotor or Budva . The apartment was super clean and had all kitchen equipment-including coffee machine ☕️ and delicious coffee. Swim pool was very nice organised and so peaceful place to relax after exploring the country best spots 🌄🏰🗻🌳. I would definitely recommend going there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you .

This is a great place! Alexander and his wife are very helpful people. We went to a country we knew nothing about and thanks to these people, we had no problems. These apartments are a little far from the center (20km) , but if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday, this is the right address! We stayed in apartment C and loved it there! Shared pool, double air conditioning, plenty of towels... everything you may need is available! thanks a lot
