Perfect stay in a peaceful and very conveniently located place. Very nice and discreet hosts Quiet neighborhood close to the Etang de Thau, super nice for walking. I highly recommend for a stay in Sète.

The host welcomed us super well, we went around the stable which is well maintained, free to travel throughout the estate, the tiny house is eco-friendly, self-sufficient, clean and in a remote and quiet area. In the morning, Philippe brought us breakfast on the wooden deck and let us leave when we wanted to, his kindness, his energy and his good humor were at the rendezvous. I would recommend it 100%.

We had a great night at Alrik's place! Listing matches your listing photos and description! Beautifully decorated and very original! Clean and quiet place! Booked space right in front of the property in a parking lot secured by a gate. The birthday surprise for our son was a success! He loved the concept of the hanging net and the layout of the bicoque… between cabin and boat after him! Alrik was very responsive from booking until we checked out and even after when we had to come back because we had forgotten a bag that was 🤦🏻‍♀️ also very accommodating for check-in and checkout times. And above all, incredibly kind!!!! 🤩 We will be happy to go back and recommend ++.

This week in "Restanque" is the best experience in a cottage for me and my wife. Rouba welcomed us very warmly, with a smile and is very good advice. The cabin is located in the middle of the trees (with the squirrels;)) on the side of Mont St Clair (the slope is steep!) 700m from the market halls and the canal, i.e. 2 steps from the center while you feel like you're in the forest. The view of the harbor, the sea is superb. And what about the cabin, it is beautiful, comfortable, tastefully decorated, a large terrace is located in front of the kitchen (2 sun loungers available and wooden garden furniture), which allows you to benefit from a very pleasant exterior, you can also lie in the shade under a hammock in a small garden adjoining the living room. We went to the pools twice because the temperatures this week were a little fair but bravo for the layout, it's beautiful too! And what a view! Perfect little home with a very nice garden and the possibility to eat outside. The street is super quiet and I slept really well. You have to go and park in a parking lot about 300 meters away, which is not a problem for a young person but be aware for someone who has trouble walking. As for the rest, it's a little piece of heaven.

Clean mobile man, very well equipped with all the necessities. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Quiet location. I recommend it.

A natural bubble, authentic and absolute calm… an ideal place to recharge your batteries just a few enclaves of urban life. The cottage, backed by the stone, is charming and the bedding quality. As for Anne, she is simply very attentive. We already plan to come back soon and test the massages. Thank you Anne for this welcome, the fresh eggs and the little asparagus in the garden.

A dream stay for us! Charming and exciting hosts that we would love to see again. We talked a lot but we also felt very independent. Lovely cottage, ultra functional and amazingly clean. Simply exceptional pool and outdoor area. Ideal place to travel the area on foot or by bike like us (new greenways). In short, we can't wait to come back!

When you go to Patrick and Nanette's cottage, you come for rest, nature, silence, calm and tranquility. But in reality you find all this and more, this corner of paradise is so authentic and the presence as well as the conversation of the hosts so pleasant that it only gives one desire!
