The Cozy Cottage

Benita and Mike were one of the best hosts I’ve hade. They were very responsive and helpful during my stay. There was an issue with the washing machine , and before it was quickly remedied, Benita and her husband made sure I was able to do my laundry was taken care of after hours. Truly excellent hosts and very hospitable. I will definitely be reaching back out when I return to Owensboro. 10/5 stars.

Midtown Cottage- Self Check-In & Centrally Located

During our stay, it snowed and Brandon came over to make sure our sidewalk was shoveled...at 6am. What an incredible gesture and very thoughtful. Most appreciated!! The house was very cozy with plush thick towels! We loved the Copper Drinkware! This home boasts of comfort. Very well decorated and apportioned. Very nice homey feel.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in the cozy, fun styled camper. Moonlight Hollow was a gem. The hosts are informative, gracious and friendly. The location is quiet and peaceful . The beauty of the farm and nature de-stressed. Very clean with comfortable bedding. I left with farm fresh eggs and contentment.

Easy, keyless entry. The listing was as described- great location, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, beautiful river views and walking distance for fun in O’boro. Bettie was a friendly host and communicated well. We’d stay here again.

Kelsey and Tori were both amazingly helpful and kind hosts! The house was spotless, they always answered my messages within minutes, and went out of their way to make us feel at home! We were there to throw a Taylor swift birthday party and it was every swifties dream come true, there was even a mirrorball! Without a doubt I would rent from her again!

David's place was an absolute treat to stay at! Visiting family in town, it allowed the kids to be entertained! David made sure to be a phenomenal host and had snacks readily available to make you feel right at home. The sleeping arrangements were of an abundance, and the mattress quality was spectacular! We look forward to the many bookings we will acquire with in the near future!

Amy’s place was awesome! So close to Holiday World. It had everything you need to stay. Kitchen with plenty of dishes, pots & pans,bakeware, washer/dryer, nice bathroom with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Not to mention a propane grill! We had a great time and will definitely stay here when we return to Santa Claus ,IN.

My family stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect. The game room/second living room was a perfect area for the older kids to hang out at. The place is very accommodating with everything you need. The location was perfect to go to holiday world and secluded with no worries about traffic with kids outside. Would definitely recommend staying here!
