The Annex is a newly renovated apartment which is situated at the rear of my home with its own keyed entrance set in a convenient location 1 mile from Bangor’s town centre. The Annex is a fresh, double bedroom apartment with a pull out chair bed. It sleeps 3 very comfortably so is perfect for a family with 1 child or 2-3 adults. The living area is fitted out with a wall mounted LED television, electric stove fire with table and chairs. Fresh towels, linen and a hairdryer are also provided.

Self-contained with its own entrance the flat is fully serviced (includes heat/wifi), has private off-road parking and access to a mature garden.
