100%would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. - great location in Kandy: on a hill, so close to some really nice views and very central so walkable into the city - great amenities: washing machine, hot water, clean kitchen and clean bathroom, microwave - spacious - free WiFi (but it's a bit slow so I wouldn't rely on this) - nicely decorated and comfortable house - really responsive, communicative and friendly host - will give local recommendations and even cooked for us for a little extra money !!

Staying at Muditha's place was wonderful. The apartment is a little outside of the city center but can easily be reached by Tuktuk. There are a few local markets nearby, we found a grocery store and a local bakery with tasty snacks that can easily be reached by foot. It is surrounded by small temples and lots of greenery, which makes it a good location for peacefull strolls around the neighbourhood. The apartment is very spacious and clean. There is no AC but there are fans in the bedrooms and since the location is a bit higher up, it's not too hot at night. The hosts were very honest and warm people. They gave us privacy but answered within minutes if we ever had a request. They even showed us their garden and let us say hello to the chickens 🥰 They helped us with our every need and even made sure we got on the local bus safely on the day of our departure. I would definitely recommend staying at this place if you are spending a few nights in Kandy!

Typical Kandy living space with charm & quirks. Spacious, clean with a cute garden. Thoughtfully set up. The host arranged a cook at a additional pay . She was phenomenal with Srilankan food. Convenient for families short or long stay.

Gayantha is a very helpful host who guided us to his house. It might be a bit difficult to locate, but locals as well as the host was extremely helpful with directions. The location is away from the city centre. The house is very neat and tidy with all essentials provided and fully furnished drawing/dining & kitchen.

We had a nice stay overall , the accommodation is spacious and clean, a barbecue available for grilling. The advantages: beautiful view from the heights, large house, spacious, clean, adorable and available concierge, barbecue, comfortable beds. The least: it lacks an extra bathroom to make it perfect, pay attention to the cleanliness of the pool that was not treated ( so not able to swim), lack of general equipment for the kitchen, general outside noise ( dog barking all night).

Rooms are beautiful with mountains views with balcony. equipped with AC, cable tv, hot water and all the things you're looking for. The staff, always with a smile, provided service that surpassed all standards. Wonderful modernist villa filled with art and interesting objets. This was the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed at. We loved the pool for a cooling dip and our host, David & team, couldn’t have been more obliging. They cooked us a delicious Sri Lankan fest on the second night. We all wished we had more time to stay for longer. A++++

Our stay at Somaland was an incredible experience! We were treated like royalty yet felt completely relaxed and like at home. The colonial mansion is very beautiful. Impeccably preserved and kept, luxurious and comfortable, it’s huge and full of exquisite furnishings. Such a rare opportunity to be able to stay in such a magnificent residence with such history, surrounded by peaceful gardens and lush landscape. Our trip was only enhanced by the divine attention and service of Nilani and Gamage. They welcomed us into the home and looked after us like special family members. So thoughtful and kind and fun. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an extraordinary and wonderful experience. Pieter the host was incredibly helpful and attentive with many extra tips along the way. Amazing place! A running tea plantation from the 1900s, located 1hr away from Kandy. Great base to explore the tea region.

We Absolutely loved our stay at the drummers abode!! The house was exactly as described, with a beautiful antique touch that added so much character. It was fully furnished and equipped with all the basic amenities, making it a comfortable and convenient stay. The hosts were always available on texts and was very helpful..Highly recommend!!

Our family stay at Dinithi's place was exceptional. It's tranquil location and immaculate maintenance made it an ideal escape. The place was beautiful! Had everything we needed for the whole month stay. It was very clean and tidy and was exactly like in pictures shown in Airbnb. The location was perfect and convenient to all shops/Kandy town and in a well secured area. The host Dinithi was amazing! Their family was so helpful and kind, felt like we stay with our own family. They were definitely the highlight to our already outstanding stay!! We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

Very beautiful place with a great view to the mountains. The lady was super friendly ordering tuktuk for us and helping if we had any problems. Her daughters were also helpful and nice. We were served really good breakfast every morning with fresh fruit juice, coffee, toast etc.

Great place to have fun with family and friends… the best part is they had the bluetooth speaker with vocal mic!

Surangi's place is a wonderful spacious independent accomodation which is easy to find. It is on the first floor with personal entrance. there is a great deal of privacy, coziness and comfort. it is a remarkable place if you are travelling with your family. comes with all necessary amenities. Surangi is an excellent host. always cooperative and took great care during the stay. go for it.

the location is superb in terms of views, tranquility and away from traffic and commotions. The kitchen was well equipped and had all the desired amenities as well. There was a spare room available which was used by the driver. The kitchen had most of the amenities but not much of stock in terms of food grains or eggs which you have to have beforehand. Kandy town is 14 km away. Otherwise it was a pleasant and refreshing stay. wish we had more days to spend here. Also the main bedroom has a breathtaking view. In short loved it. Had some trouble finding the place initially as the address given by Airbnb and that by the host separately did not match.
