100%would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. - great location in Kandy: on a hill, so close to some really nice views and very central so walkable into the city - great amenities: washing machine, hot water, clean kitchen and clean bathroom, microwave - spacious - free WiFi (but it's a bit slow so I wouldn't rely on this) - nicely decorated and comfortable house - really responsive, communicative and friendly host - will give local recommendations and even cooked for us for a little extra money !!

Gayantha is a very helpful host who guided us to his house. It might be a bit difficult to locate, but locals as well as the host was extremely helpful with directions. The location is away from the city centre. The house is very neat and tidy with all essentials provided and fully furnished drawing/dining & kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Stunning view and very well decorated. The caretaker served delicious traditional Sri Lankan dishes and the host even surprised us with a beautiful New Year’s breakfast. We were taken care of in the best possible way. My warmest recommendations.

It is really amazing relaxing place far from noisy road. The room with full-length windows is amazing! View of the jungle and rice field. Also the room was clean and all we need was there. Pool is nice! The host Sakula is very attentive and caring! You can contact him with any questions. He is also interesting person to talk with. His family and staff are very kind too! So we felt like home! I would like to recommend Sakula’s place everybody!

We had a nice stay overall , the accommodation is spacious and clean, a barbecue available for grilling. The advantages: beautiful view from the heights, large house, spacious, clean, adorable and available concierge, barbecue, comfortable beds. The least: it lacks an extra bathroom to make it perfect, pay attention to the cleanliness of the pool that was not treated ( so not able to swim), lack of general equipment for the kitchen, general outside noise ( dog barking all night).

Grand Hills is a fitting name for a villa with amazing views of the surrounding hills and Kandy area. Don's team at the villa were helpful and (especially Mr Chaminda); we were given local recommendations and they were very responsive to any requests or questions. The villa is a good size - our extended family had plenty of space and most rooms have a private balcony. The children enjoyed watching the monkeys on the roof in the morning. The Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and we were able to walk to the neighbouring resort for lunch and dinner. Pool was pristine.

Our stay at Somaland was an incredible experience! We were treated like royalty yet felt completely relaxed and like at home. The colonial mansion is very beautiful. Impeccably preserved and kept, luxurious and comfortable, it’s huge and full of exquisite furnishings. Such a rare opportunity to be able to stay in such a magnificent residence with such history, surrounded by peaceful gardens and lush landscape. Our trip was only enhanced by the divine attention and service of Nilani and Gamage. They welcomed us into the home and looked after us like special family members. So thoughtful and kind and fun. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an extraordinary and wonderful experience. Pieter the host was incredibly helpful and attentive with many extra tips along the way. Our family stay at Dinithi's place was exceptional. It's tranquil location and immaculate maintenance made it an ideal escape. The place was beautiful! Had everything we needed for the whole month stay. It was very clean and tidy and was exactly like in pictures shown in Airbnb. The location was perfect and convenient to all shops/Kandy town and in a well secured area. The host Dinithi was amazing! Their family was so helpful and kind, felt like we stay with our own family. They were definitely the highlight to our already outstanding stay!! We would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

Surangi's place is a wonderful spacious independent accomodation which is easy to find. It is on the first floor with personal entrance. there is a great deal of privacy, coziness and comfort. it is a remarkable place if you are travelling with your family. comes with all necessary amenities. Surangi is an excellent host. always cooperative and took great care during the stay. go for it.

Our host couple Indira and Lakshman are very attentive and helpful people whose hospitality comes from the heart. We stayed for six weeks in their beautiful house, which is situated in a lovely garden on a hill in Sirimalwatta. Our flat with kitchen and two bedrooms also has a terrace where we always had our meals as a family of four. We liked it so much that we will be staying here again temporarily on our next visit to Sri Lanka in the autumn. Lakshman also helped my husband a lot with one of his local projects and arranged an appointment for him with the local governor.
