Rly lovely host, enjoyed our stay

Well done CYP! Good value, great situation. Kitchen well serviced and maintained with everything you would need if self catering. Large dining area/social area if in a group. It’s a short walk into town for shops and restaurants. Would stay again.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone working there was so accommodating, kind and friendly. Simply perfect throughout. I feel so blessed to have been able to stay somewhere so great in such a beautiful setting.

Me and a mate stayed here nice hot clean showers and toilets, almost seamed brand new. Bunk bed was comfortable with nice fresh linen and the room was tidy with a wardrobe and enough space for a few bags. Communal kitchen with drinking water and sinks, also a nice cooked breakfast in the morning.

Stayed with my partner and a friend. We booked a space for ourselves and had our own bathroom. It was clean and we had a nice time.

Fantastic spot with cosy interior. Friendly staff and it even happened to be one of the staff member's birthdays and they inclduded anyone and everyone who wanted to be in a friendly celebration. Would reccomend this spot to anyone who wants a warm, family friendly and fun place to stay.

My stay at Rougey Lodge was wonderful, the sea view from my room was a bonus. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. It is basic hostel accommodation but very clean and comfortable. I liked the do it yourself breakfast concept and having access to a kitchen so I had the choice to cook for myself or eat out was definitely a plus. It is extremely good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again when visiting the area.

Our stay at the Old School Hostel was utterly wonderful. Myself and a friend stayed after climbing Ben Nevis and it was exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, super warm, plenty of amenities and a great host. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic place, clean tidy easy to find and a great location…very easy access and great communication with Elizabeth….railway inn pub nearby is spot on,friendly staff and food lovely Would highly recommended the bunkhouse to anyone and I am sure we will be back

One of the best hostels I've stayed in Great location, very clean, pods were great. Bathrooms were actually great - clean and good facilities Only issue would be that I had a small bag (hand luggage sized) for this trip but if I had my normal large pack it wouldn't have fit in the lockers provided

The bunkhouse is perfectly situated in Aviemore, right next to a lovely pub and burn. It's a perfect place to recoup after multi-day wild camping or mt biking. It's my go-to accommodation in Aviemore.

Everything very well organized. The location is very central and close to main places at walking distance. Very well recommended.

This is the third time we have stayed at the Old Monastery Hostel. But it is the first time that we have stayed in the Gatehouse. It is really fantastic! It has its own bathroom. There is a space heater, fan heater, and electric blanket to keep you toasty. The hostel is not a hotel, but it is a wonderfully warm and welcoming environment for all ages.

We had a beautiful stay at Ronan’s place. The room was very cosy and all worked perfectly. The place is super close to the ocean which was great. Would stay again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with James's hostel. It was extremely neat and clean. Good value for what I paid. James was extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending The hostel to other guests.
