Places to stay in Hazelton

Fantastic cabin! All the basic necessities. No TV which was great! We were able to un plug. Relax by the wood stove. Read. Walk on the frozen lake. Town is less then 15 mins away which has everything one would need. I have no complaints. The perfect retreat

Had a great stay in New Hazelton! The space was perfect for our trip. Beautiful surroundings and friendly people in town. Hope to be back again next year!

Loved my stay. Beautiful cabin inside and out. I enjoyed hearing the sound of the creek below. Had everything I needed inside the cabin and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Loved this place! Nathan was super responsive and helpful. The location was awesome as it’s on a lot of land and really private. The whole place had such a unique feel. The road in was frozen so mud was no issue, would seem like it would be challenging if you were in a small car in some places. The only problem we ran into was the power turning off and having to turn the generator on, but even that was no big deal as we have knowledge on how those generators work. One heads up that wasn’t in the description was there was no running water as it’s below zero. For it being -10°C we stayed nice and warm too. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Nathan!

We LOVED Jen's home. We were in town for a wedding and it accommodated our large group of family and friends just beautifully. The open concept first floor let us gather together to socialize and eat meals. The kitchen was very well equipped and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. Great backyard to dine al fresco, and the large garage kept bicycles accessible and safe overnight. Lots of parking space in the driveway. And did I mention that the air conditioning kept us all cool during a really hot spell?! Communication with Jen was superb. Highly recommend this lovely, modern home for a visit to beautiful Smithers. (There are trails by the house which we did not get to experience but look forward to on a return visit!)

Cute clean little cabin. Beautiful view. Mostly just spent the evenings there. But Phil had it all set up for a fire outside if we wanted. I think it would be really nice there in the summer time when u can fish. We had a good time, thank you guys!

Despite the very cold snap while I was there, had a great stay. The duvet was super cozy and made it hard to get up to go to work each day! Slippers, extra heater, and great throw in the living room rounded out the winter "bonuses". Kitchen was well equipped, but lots of great eats a short walk away. Bathroom set up is a touch odd, but absolutely workable.

We had a lovely stay in Kelly’s beautiful home ~ the space was private, spacious and serene. We had all the peace and quiet we hoped for. The large kitchen was a pleasure to cook in and inspired some terrific meals. The landscape of snowy fields and mountains were magnificent. Kelly was a very friendly, patient and kind host. She was very easy to communicate with. We would love to come back next time we visit Smithers.
