Jose was the best. Whenever we needed him for anything he was always available. The Apartment is nice and spacious and very clean. We loved the openess and all the natural light from the windows. The sunroom is a great place day or night to enjoy a meal. Jose had a great recommendation for breakfast. We went 3 times 😁 He took us to the beach and was waiting for us when we were ready to go. Overall this was a great place to stay and we will be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality Jose.

I'll be going back. I tried two different apartments they have listed... right next door to each other. both are great. private and very secure. Can't wait to go back! Volveré. If it’s your first time to Cuba, then you should understand that your expectations may be high for what Havana has to offer. Spacious and comfortable with great views of the windows. It’s on the seventh floor. It is fully clipped with everything that you need and there is a fantastic restaurant recommended by the host right across the street El Biky. They can have a bit of attitude sometimes.lol. The post Carlos is available whenever you need him to help in anyway, he can, and is a super nice guy. I should warn you, however, that being on the seventh floor with an elevator that doesn’t work which I was aware of and was given an additional discount can be challenging for people that aren’t in excellent shape . Seven flights of steps can be challenging at the end of the day after you visited Havana. That Would be my only warning to you. The mini split rooms worked very well. We experienced no power shortages, which is very rare in Havana. We’re very happy about that and all in a great st

In Cuba you definitely need someone like this host, very helpful and supportive in everything, hospitality was top and at anytime, the host lives in the same building and will get you anything you want in terms of goods and services We were pleased to stay in this house and the location is amazing and near by everything We will definitely staying here again and would recommend this apartment for everyone who is looking for nice vacation with friends and family. :) Thanks alot

I really liked everything. In the house, the Internet is very important for Cuba. Transfer from the airport was organized. Ana cooked very tasty breakfasts. My flight was delayed, but Rafa waited for me,met me, told me everything. The location is very good,everything is nearby. I recommend it.

The check-in was very easy with a warm welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable and perfectly clean. We had access to the kitchen which is very well equipped. In front of the house there is a small supermarket and a bakery, on two streets there are fruits and vegetables. Very nice and helpful hosts. The area is very peaceful and clean. It was a very pleasant and quiet stay.

Very satisfied with the stayed I enjoyed ever single minute of the house and the host Yeli was great besides everyone else that came to take care of the house. I recommend this house 100% and definitely will come back to it. Thank you for having us.

The home is pretty much the best that you will find in the area. We stayed in nearby Guanabo several times, this area is for families and no question the beaches are far superior. There are ample places to eat. the challenge is limited transportation from the home. Arrange taxis during the day for evening rides, taxis aren't found at night time. The home is a good 15 minute walk to the restaurants and beaches. For us it's ok, we put our kids to work. That may not work if you have young ones and strollers. Otherwise, it's a great home and the beach area is really good.

I’ve stayed at Air BnBs all over the world and this is one of my favorites. Having now spent four days in Cuba, I can’t imagine doing it any way other than at Luca’s place. It is absolutely the most beautiful beach house with the best of views. I think Cuba would have been quite difficult to manage without Luca’s house and connections—Isabel and Laura are responsive, trustworthy, and kind. We were able to exchange money, get taxis, and have them cook dinner for us. This neighborhood is a slice of Cuban life. We made friends with the neighborhood coffee lady, dogs, and people. The house is perfectly appointed with a stocked fridge of beer, soda, and snacks. The water was great for snorkeling and there was a quietly assigned security person at our gate overnight—something we honestly probably didn’t even know we needed. This house is the way to see how people really live in Cuba. Thank you, Luca, Isabel, Laura, and everyone else for making the this a truly memorable trip.

Idenia’s place was wonderful. It was a great place for my family and I to stay and spend time together. Every bedroom had air conditioning which a major plus especially during the summer months. Patricia, her maid, was friendly, responsive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. If we needed anything, we were able to contact her and she helped us (Thank you Idenia and Patricia). The apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and the Malecon. I really loved the location and outside of the construction noise (which I was notified about beforehand) it was great. The noise was only during the workday and week. I loved that the apartment was secure and had elevators especially with a baby and a stroller. If you are wondering where to stay in Havana, Idenia’s place is a wonderful place to rent. I hope when I visit again, it will be available so we can come back. Thank you!!!

This my second stay . Great location . Wonderful comfortable beds . Host very attentive . I will be back again . Great facilities. Washing machine plus dryer . Great fridge , coffee machine , toaster , gas cooker plus microwave. To was great with Netflix and YouTube
