Vacation rentals in Hauai Bay

Well equipped kitchen, big spacious house, great for our group of 5. At least a 10min flat walk to the beach, however a beach cart was needed if taking a beach cabana and chilli bins etc. We opted for a short drive to the beach when we were going for a few hours. Nice walk up the hill through bush to get to Whale Bay which was beautiful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the stunning location, we enjoyed fishing and had lots of space. Definitely recommended 👌

Not only was our stay more than enjoyable… We’d love to stand in line to buy this home. It was fully stocked, well taken care of, and the views were absolutely incredible. Phillip and Sharron were very kind and responsive. They answered questions. They made sure we were comfortable and it felt like we’ve always been friends. I would recommend this place over and over again to any friends or family looking to come and spend an incredible vacation in New Zealand.

A very clean and tidy place with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Good view from the house. Within walking distance of the town centre and the beach. Should have proper charging points by the beds though, that's the only suggestion.

Great space and the pool was a nice pleasure. Great ground level unit as well we’re travelling with an elderly friend. Fantastic sunrises and very private!

Amazing stay with Malcolm and Penelope, breath-taking views with a short trip into town for lovely food and drink. What more can you ask for!

A great find! - Accommodation location and views were amazing, especially the sunsets over the bay. Everything you would need is facilitated at the Bach, private and secluded. Loved the bay couch area, where you can sit and relax with the amazing views. Enough seating to soak up the sun during the day, with three 'picnic' benches to sit at as the sun moves during the day. Property is on tank water, which wasn't an issue, beds were comfortable, where Antony set up the second bed on request at short notice. Long Beach is a great safe beach to visit as well as historic Russell with day trips from the wharf. Heard kiwis most evenings, which was great to experience. Loved the Bach - would recommend to anyone. 5 stars!!

11 out of 10! This place ticked all our boxes and absolutely exceeded our expectations! Private, gorgeous views and had everything we needed for a weekend away! We loved having an evening drink on the deck and watching the sunset in the hot tub! Silv and Steve were such wonderful hosts! They were friendly, genuine, generous and really walked the extra mile for us. Could not recommend their beautiful place enough!

Adelle should be a Gold Star Superhost! She has a lovely Airbnb in a beautiful setting & couldn’t be more helpful. She generously provides many breakfast items in a very well stocked kitchen. Nothing is too much trouble & she and Ron welcomed us with kind & generous hearts. The location is ideal for outdoor lovers.
