Family-friendly vacation rentals in Haslemere

Me and my family stayed here for my mums birthday for the weekend. It was absolutely the most perfect place to be. Beautiful, spacious and modern house. With 3 bathrooms & robes for all of us. A very generous ampunt of cookery, pots, pans, glasses for us to use, which made it easier to cook in the kitchen. Also had salt, pepper, tea and a few bits of food for us to use. We travel a lot, and this is more than any other airbnb host has given us. The Jacuzzi was the highlight of our trip, so relaxing and easy to use. The rooms were neat and the beds and beddings were so soft and comfortable, I had a great sleep here. The house had a good heating system, an easy to use oven and cooker. The location was perfect. In a quite street, but a few mins from busy areas, shopping markets, the mall, the beach, and good restaurants. The host George was also very responsive. I have so much more great things I can say about this place. I highly recommend anyone to come and experience it for yourselves.

A fantastic get away location. We enjoyed this house as a group of 5 friends. Peaceful and quiet surrounded by countryside. Andy gave us some advice about walks and we decided to head to Chichester harbour. From there we walked up the harbour to Apuldram where there is a great pub, the Crown and Anchor, with excellent food. The house itself is well equipped, bathrooms were nice and kitchen had everything we needed. Last but not least - the hot tub! We enjoyed this every evening of our stay.

Lulu and Russel were both very welcoming and accommodating during our stay. The place has everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was a great addition! The place is in a great and peaceful location with a lovely pub just up the road and only 5 mins from the beach. We would definitely recommend to others!

We had a great stay over new years. We were two small families and found the space to be ideal. We ate at the local pub twice during our stay which served good quality food. It was a nice break

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

We wish we could have stayed longer. A gorgeous hideaway in an idyllic part of the country we knew little about. Cosy and restful, very comfy bed and the views are spectacular. Louise and Andrew were attentive and responsive before we arrived when I had any questions and it was lovely to meet them briefly before we left. Gorgeous walks and a really yummy roast close by. Can't fault this trip. Just sad we didn't stay another night.

We had an amazing stay. We were there for a quick 3 day trip from the states to visit family in billingshurst. It was absolutely perfect for us as a family with a small toddler. The location was ideal for seeing the family and the parking was incredibly convenient! I honestly think it was even cuter in person than in the photos. We will definitely stay again for our next visit!

A very charming stylishly furnished converted barn. Fully kitted out kitchen with everything you’d need to cook a huge dinner. Everything very clean with good quality bedding. Stunning views over 3 acres. Very peaceful surroundings. Close to Petworth and lots of fabulous old pubs. We visited friends over Xmas in Petworth and it was 5 mins by car. We would have loved to savour it more and stay longer if we had the time! Can highly recommend!

We loved staying at the Turkey House this autumn. Straight out of the house you can walk through the beautiful woods up the Ashford Hangers and to the Poet’s stone. It is cosy with the Aga - never used one before but so easy and efficient to use. There is an electric stove but that wasn’t needed. The house has a ‘lived in’ feel. The well-stocked spice cupboard was very useful.

Spent a wonderful few days celebrating a special birthday. The cottage was wonderful in an exceptional location for walking and recharging the batteries and enjoying a relaxing time away. Would fully recommend the cottage and location for anyone wishing for relaxation and taking time out. The scenery is enchanting and changes throughout the day. Loved everything about the time away. This was my second visit and met all my expectations. Set in the midst of a beautiful meadow surrounded by fields and woods yet a short distance from Ryde and fab beaches. It is a great location to recharge and reset. The All Seasons yurt is clean and well equipped for the cooler weather with cosy wood burner and a super comfy bed, and plenty of throws. The Kitchen is adequately supplied and Sarah provided a hamper of fresh produce on arrival. Sarah and Sue are warm and approachable. They clearly take a lot of pride in the upkeep of the yurt and surrounding meadow. It was all beautifully maintained. Very dog friendly too. There is plenty of parking and wheelbarrows to take stuff down. The shop is well stocked with extra logs, charcoal, wellies, homemade jams, chutneys, smoked garlic, marshmallows and freshly laid eggs. I cant recommend Fernhill Meadow highly enough, the perfect retreat. I will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the Party Barn. Katie was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and letting us use her lovely warm pool (set hours in the late afternoon, but she also gave us lots of flexibility during the day around her swimming lessons). Our kids loved visiting the pigs and sheep. The barn was very comfortable and we felt right at home there immediately. I'm sure we will be back. Thank you Katie!

Miranda's cottage is very well situated and set up for doing as we did - enjoying the local area, taking advantage of hot summer days by the pool, and walking in the woods with kids. Highly recommended for families of 4 or even more if you're prepared to really use the space. My kids were very happy sleeping in the twin beds, and we were able to use every inch of the place.

Just loved our stay at Susies cottage. Really comfortable and welcoming., and the table tennis table and pool table were a definite hit. There are lots of games books and a lovely garden. Cosy fire. Susie is a lovely host..

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

I had booked a week long stay to bridge the gap between selling my home and moving into a new place. Owing to the Christmas and New Year bank holidays I was unsure whether the transaction would go ahead on the predicted day. Ali very sweetly offered me the option of staying an extra day if needed. It wasn't required in the end but it was reassuring to know that that option was available.

Wow! We absolutely loved this 3-day break. The pool exclusivity was amazing; all the facilities are brilliant and the accommodation is extremely comfy and cosy. Our sunday roast at The Gribble Inn was a real highlight. The kids loved the loft room (the stairs as advertised are steep!) and the beds were so comfortable. We are already planning our return for 2025. So impressive.

We stayed in the barn for 3 months, and it was a perfect home for us. Rebecca was very friendly and helpful with all the check-in details, and was always on hand if we had any queries. The barn was very cosy, and perfect in every way. It was well kept and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We were regularly greeted by a lovely dog and made good friends with the cat! The surrounding areas were great for country walks and there’s a lovely local pub as a treat.
