We liked the apartment very much! Everything as advertised, everything clean and in order. We recommend this apartment very much for short and long-term stays.

We had a very nice stay in Leipzig. The appartment was super fine and perfect clean. The location was easy to find and there were a parking house just 100m away. The appartment is right in the center but still the neighborhood is very quiet. I can only give my best recommandations.

Absolutely wonderful - there is nothing more to say about the house. We had an extended weekend in the Seedatsche and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Quiet, located directly on the lake. The decor is very tasteful and loving and everything you need. Special highlight: record player on site! We can definitely come back!!!

I spent five days in the apartment in Jan 2025. Everything clean fine, large rooms, sufficient equipment for cooking, good water pressure, water and heating immediately warm, mattress firm, really totally quiet at night. Pretty neighborhood. A good 10 min walk nice path stairs/via Chemnitz to the city center or other towards the industrial museum. Landlady in the same house, very nice. Highly recommend overall.

It was, as last year, a great stay.

It was a wonderful, quiet and relaxing holiday with Claudia and Jörn. The apartment on the first floor is very well equipped with the essentials and no frills. There are many hiking trails in the area right outside the front door - I was able to send my dog immediately:D Forest and field alternate. I could even watch a horde of deer. I only met Claudia, who is an extremely friendly and always helpful landlady. +++A note for dog owners: Over New Year's Eve, it is definitely less than in the big city, but not bunch-free, as you can still hear the pops surrounding villages.+++

We were completely satisfied with the accommodation. Everything worked out for us and we would recommend the accommodation at any time.

Definitely the best apartment in Leipzig. The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated and in a quiet and convenient location. Tobias is a great host.

Fantastic location right on the lake. Great for small and big things to do. The house with the great view was ideal for relaxing. Gladly come back.
