The cottage is located in a natural garden, with small "beach" and natural pond, on the Lutherweg. It is 6 km to Karl's adventure village, 4 km to the city center of Döbeln. Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (eating/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and heatable, therefore highly recommended for winter.

Your neighborhood is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but you are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.

Holiday apartment in a nature reserve & proximity to the city

5min to the motorway, only 20km to Chemnitz, 60km to Leipzig, 90km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, peace and the relaxing sound of the water. The apartment is located away in the middle of the forest! Afterwards, please do not rate us 4 or less stars due to the idyllic & quiet location. Thank you.
