Absolutely loved staying here, the name is a perfect match as it had the most stunning garden. Beautifully decorated, great amenities and Tom and Amy were very responsive. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Fox cottage is the most beautiful home in a picturesque setting overlooking stunning views from every window! We only stayed for a weekend but didn't want to leave, it felt so homely and had everything we needed. The hosts Andy and Gina have clearly put in so much thought to the set up and every little thing you could possibly need is provided and more! It was so nice to have everything there already for my 2yo daughter (cot with mattress + linen, high chair, box of lovely toys, even toddler cutlery/crockery). Gina even left us out some chicken feed so my daughter could feed them in the morning and it was the highlight of her weekend! The hosts also saved us from a toddler meltdown when we realised in the morning we'd forgotten her breakfast cereal - a weetabix and porridge delivery within minutes saved the day! They truly do go above and beyond to make your stay as smooth as possible, would highly recommend and definitely return in future for another stay.

Gorgeous flat, very clean and well equipped for everything we needed. it's in a great location to get to the peak district and also 5 min walk into leek. Sarah provided helpful instructions for check in and left the heating on which was appreciated as it was a cold day! Lovely added touches such as bread, milk and home made jam ☺️

Our first stay on air b&b and it has set the bar high! very happy with our stay, felt like we found a little hidden gem and will be looking for similar places in the future (fingers crossed). very cosy, modern, clean and private. felt very satisfied with what we paid and cannot complain! Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Ruth's cottage, we felt really welcome and at home. Ruth had lots of information about local walks, pubs, restaurants etc and was really responsive to messages. We stayed over Christmas and Ruth had decorated the cottage with Christmas decorations which was a really lovely added touch. We had a fantastic break and would definitely stay again.

A lovely home from home close to all the amenities of Bakewell. Gemma was a great host and very responsive to any questions. We really enjoyed the treat of going out for breakfast everyday.

Great stay in lovely cottage. Michael was very proactive in providing information prior to the stay and gave a lot of information including parking, access, and contact details. the cottage was as described, had great features and all amenities that I needed for a stay.

A lovely little place to stay for a spot of solo hiking in the south of the Peaks. Peaceful and quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean, instructions were clear and communication excellent. 5 minutes walk from a pub with friendly staff and home cooked food. Well located to other parts of the Peaks. Thank you for having me and all the personal touches which I enjoyed.
