We highly recommend this accommodation. The hostess was very welcoming, the place is lovely, and we enjoyed the opportunity to do yoga on site, even though we didn't have time to enjoy it. The place is beautiful, in a very good location in Bavaria. Don't hesitate!

The apartment is very clean, the linen is fragrant, there is everything you need for a stay. The location is a ten-minute drive to the center and is convenient. Great private parking. We are very satisfied.

Comfortable apartment, close to the Rosshutte lift (about 10 minutes walking in a slow pace) and close to the Seefeld city center (about 10 minutes walking), which is a charmy city with good restaurantes and stores in general.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Everything was perfect and clean. Nina was so nice and responsive. The house is located at a peaceful place with a beautiful view.

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

The place is highly recommended. We had a great vacation there. The location is very quiet and a great starting point for excursions in the region. The apartment is perfectly equipped and even more beautiful than the pictures. A highlight is the fireplace, which made the winter evenings really cozy. Hubert and Ines are great hosts, very friendly, always available for questions and yet pleasantly reserved. We will be happy to come back.

It was a peaceful location with easy access. Everything was as per the description, and Sebastian was very responsive to our queries.

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

Elizabeth's apartment was absolutely fantastic in every respect! And Elisabeth herself couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. It was really a dream holiday for us. Thank you Elisabeth! God Bless you!

The apartment captivates with its fantastic location overlooking the Nordkette and the Inn Valley. It is completely quiet and unreasonable, including the beautiful terrace that has sun all day. The apartment has a very cozy atmosphere and is equipped with everything you need. Christina and Ernst maintain a very personal and friendly relationship. You feel really welcome!

Very nice apartment which matches the description. Everything you need is there (Kitchen, towels, etc.). Merlies is very nice and came by to check that everything is okay. She helped us with local recommendations. We felt good and can definitely recommend the place.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views. The bed and furnishings were all very comfortable. We would stay here again. While out of the main downtown area, the train and bus stops were right by the apartment and very convenient to hop on (& free with the welcome card which was great.)

We had a great stay! The apartment is extremely clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The garden is fantastic, right on the edge of the forest. We were able to relax very well and there are many interesting places / lakes to discover in the area. Sabine was always available, contact was very friendly and very helpful. We felt very comfortable.

We (family with child) highly recommend it. Very accommodating host, clean and very pleasantly furnished apartment and good location. We felt more than comfortable and would be happy to come back.
