Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Hanoi

this place is perfect for getting out of the hustle and bustle of the city. All employees are very friendly and super accommodating. When I didn't go so well on the day of departure, we were also allowed to check out later. On excursions, we were always helped directly to organize a car. It is really a very nice and quiet place. the food is also super delicious.

What a great host! Excellent communication, great advice and organised our airport transfer. Perfect English communication. Location is very central, tucked away off the street down an alleyway - you may wonder where you are going, but it's worth the winding path to the door. This is definitely a Vietnamese home over 3 floors, so be prepared for a lot of steps.

We had an amazing time here!! Firstly, we were hesitant when booking as it had 0 reviews, however we were completely put at ease when communicating with the host who kindly explained everything to us, all the facilities and features, and that it's new hence not many reviews. The host is super kind and fast at responding, even arranged a fruit gift for our special occasion. The space is exactly like the photos. We loved how open we could make it feel, every window and door opens, it felt very bright and breezy and nice. You can also close everything for privacy. The movie projector with access to Netflix and YouTube is great. Kitchen facilities adequate for cooking meals, and the outdoor charcoal BBQ grill was good to use. Many seating options both inside and outside the room. Property is well managed and cleaned with staff sweeping the deck for us when we arrived. We were allowed to use the washing machine and dryer which was amazing. Only thing was bed a little hard, but not too bad!

The location is at walkable distance to all the attractions and restaurants. Anna's place was very clean with added amenities. We had everything we needed during our stay. She was also very responsive throughout. The neighbourhood felt very safe especially for us women travelling at night. Highly recommended.

Nam’s place is beautiful.. it feels like you’re staying in a farmhouse It’s just they don’t provide cleaning everyday rest every thing is amazingly good

I had a wonderful stay during my trip back home. Despite booking during the Tet holiday, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite things was the sunny balcony—it was a great spot to relax. The place is also very quiet, offering a peaceful environment. Its location near the Old Quarter is perfect for easy access to the city's attractions. The host also recommended several local eateries nearby, although, due to Tet, I didn't have the chance to try them all. Highly recommend this place for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

Perfect location. Extremely quiet especially at night. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Just make sure that your showers are 5 minutes maximum because even with the boiler turned on for hours, there’s literally only 5 minutes of hot water at the most. For me, this wasn’t a problem because I know how to take very short, yet effective showers. I would definitely stay at this flat again. Again, perfect location!!! Very comfortable bed. Thank you!

Really nice cozy place, much nicer outside than in the picture. The owner is very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended! I will come back next time I visit Hanoi.

We had an excellent stay. Check in instructions were clear and they let us store baggage after checkout for a few hours. The house was clean and had lots of natural light and space. The location was terrific — walking distance to old quarter and French quarter. Would definitely recommend

Apart from the bland environment close to a horrendous road, this is an amazing experience from start to finish, including assistance with affordable transfer from and to airport at any time. The responsiveness and friendliness of the host is exceptional and highly appreciated. The room is actually a studio and you can even wash your clothes for free. The so called gym was a bit of a disappointment and ended up not using it. Overall still one of the better home stays in Hanoi!

From check-in to mid-cleaning, it was so good. The location was good, so I never used a taxi or Grab ^ ^ I think I'll visit again if I go again next time!

We are so happy we chose to stay here! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—bright, cozy, and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and long stay. One of the highlights was that it’s located on the top 5th floor, and we absolutely loved the high ceilings—they added so much space and charm! Another detail that stood out was the window in the bathroom—it’s such a nice touch and made the space feel even brighter and fresher. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality. The neighborhood is newly built, peaceful, and perfect for walks—the streets are beautiful and quiet. On the ground floor of the building, there’s a place where they make amazing Pho Bo and Pho Ga. A 10-minute walk away, there’s a modern shopping mall with a big supermarket, and the area is full of charming coffee shops serving fragrant and delicious coffee. We absolutely loved our stay! ❤️

A comfortable and convenient spot with proximity to an atm, coffee spot, and eateries. The room is clean and has everything you need-fully finished kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The host is incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you might have. I will highly recommend for both short and long term stay.
