Gorgeous place in a perfect location! It’s above an optics shop and the staff in the shop is so friendly, elevator out the back takes us up to our rooms. Clean and spacious rooms, best air conditioning units we’ve had in Vietnam! Kept us so cool. Great location, lots of food and coffee available as you step outside. Our hosts were amazing! Very responsive, and provided us with all the information pre arrival, such a smooth check in. My favourite airbnb!

Great location, super cosy. Walking distance to the train street and markets. Really clean and tidy. Comfy bed. They organised our taxi and the food recommendations were amazing.

I was careful about chosing my hotel and am so glad I chose Aviary hotel! The location is perfect - it’s in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, yet the hotel was very clean, the furnitures were comfortable and most important of all is that it was quiet inside. I couldn’t hear any noise inside the bedroom. Having a peaceful and clean place to rest was so important. I was told that the hotel was recently renovated. Also, the staffs at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Gave me some great spots to try some delicious food. Am so thankful, highly recommend!

I stayed here for 4 nights,the comments are below. 1.The host is very friendly and helped me booking the airport pick-up service.Self-checkin instructions are very clear and can easy to find the location. 2.The room is clean and comfortable.Have a small kitchen and there are washing machine and dryer on the 6th floor. 3.Although the location is outside the Hanoi old quarters,it’s still easy to get there by grab bike.There are many local restaurants and coffee shop. I had a great time staying here.Thank you so much.

Great stay at a convenient location. The staff is (particularly Hana) incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to help me as I got sick in Hanoi and I’ll always be grateful for their support. Being sick in a foreign country is scary but I felt so safe and taken care of. Really can’t say enough praises for what they did for me!

I loved staying at Hanoi Bliss. Lots of great restaurants just around the corner. The famous eating places are just a block away. The hotel is located in a not so busy area so the streets are relatively quiet. The lake is just an easy 10 mins walk away. The place is fairly new, with the hotel just opening a month ago. I checked out at 8am, was able to leave my bags while on a tour of Halong Bay, came back and I was able to freshen up on their shower room while waiting for my bus towards Sapa. Water Pressure was great and hot water is plenty. The staff are friendly too. Very easy check in and out.
