Waterfront vacation rentals in Hang Dong District

I loved the building, it has everything I needed (Gym, pool, sauna). The room was good too, we had minor hiccups but the host resolved them quickly. I'd definitely go back if I come to Chiang Mai. Thank you for David for your hospitality!

Very comfortable, very convenient, suitable for family and children

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. We didn't need communication during the stay-but the times we wrote together before, there was quick response time. Generally a nice apartment, but what you needed.

The landlord is a very good Thai brother, can speak Chinese and English, communication is very smooth, great

We had a great time staying at Bright’s place. It was conveniently located near many night markets and felt very comfortable. The bed was soft and the room was spacious.

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

A tranquil place 100% suitable for my family and will choose it again if I ever revisit the city. The highlight is the beautiful lawn and a sublime big tree, I can see the gardeners put a lot of effort to maintain it. Convenient to breakfast place and a fancy restaurant. It’s been pleasant.

Our family of 5, had a great stay at this wonderful property. The host and caretakers were very kind, supportive, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The property is surrounded by streams and a waterfall. We hiked every day, had camp fires at night, and loved the background sound of the waterfall throughout the day and night. We did have the caretakers provide some of our meals, and the food was very good. They even gifted our children with Thai carry bags, which our children now cherish. This is a beautiful property, which is operated and maintained by an excellent staff. We will be back!

Our family was looking for a last minute get-away to Chiang Mai and surroundings. We selected this listing based on the location and were very happy with our choice. We stayed at the holiday villa with two kids and two adults. The house is situated on a beautiful compound which is not too far off the main road towards Chang Mai. The house itself if bright, clean and very well equipped. The quality of the house itself and the furniture/ amenities is higher than what you normally get in Thailand according to our experience. The location is fantastic for both the city and going in to nature, however a car is required. We recieved a very warm welcome at arrival and during our stay and we would recommend this to anybody looking to explore this region.

Sunny is very proactive and responsible. The place is next to Central Festival where has everything. Room is spacey.

The communication has been great from booking until the end of our stay. I received very clear instructions beforehand, and when there was a minor issue with unlocking the front door Ge responded immediately and helped us out. Its quiet and peaceful at night, and the place is very clean. Ge is a great host, and the place is definitely worthwhile!

Really enjoy to stay at Sonny‘s place. The place was clean and spotless nice view of the pool and garden easy to get in and out. The staff was wonderful. Everyone seems to want to take care of you. I would give the high recommendation to the place and hope I can stay there again in the future.

Nice peaceful location. Handy to great street food and the essential 7/11. Apartment is in older complex and the advantage is that it’s huge. Nots of living space and three balconies. It’s a 60 baht Grab ride to city centre so not to far away from anything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

Ming's place was fantastic so many amenities to use! And so close to Central Festival mall, very convenient!
