Beachfront vacation rentals in Hanford Bay

Polly was a fantastic host! She kept on top of the snow removal during my entire visit and even shoveled out an area for my dog to have access to. I highly recommend to anyone visiting WNY to stay at Polly’s. I hope to be back again in the future!!

Adam is a great host and very responsive! His place was well kept and clean! We really enjoyed the resort activities that were available, as well as some beach time on Lake Erie.

We a wonderful stay at Alexandra and Bruno’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Waking up to the beautiful lake view was truly a highlight. The host was friendly and responsive, making the experience even better. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future!

We stay in a lot of Airbnb's and this is one of those places that you don't have to worry about anything related to the owners. They are very responsive, they take good care of the place, everything's well thought out, highly recommend.

Very cute and cozy cottage right near the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful and the cottage was very clean, which we really appreciated. The location was great with the beach just a short walk up and across the road. We loved walking up and down the beach and went a few times a day — our golden retriever was in heaven. It was relaxing and peaceful and a lovely place to get away from the noise of the city for a few days.

This was a fabulous choice for a weekend wine getaway with girlfriends! The description of the place was spot on! I have been coming to the area for 15 years and always wanted to stay at this place because it looks so unique from the outside. It did not disappoint, and the hostess was spectacular in term of communication. We will be back!

We had a great time at Cindy & Tracey’s cottage. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. Waking up to have coffee by the water while watching the sunrise was my favourite part. The cottage was clean and decorated nicely. It had everything we needed to cook nice meals and a big dining table to enjoy meals with friends. The large fenced yard was a hit for my dog, he also enjoyed the private beach where he could swim and zoom around. The hot tub was lovely, it felt like all your stress melted away. We left the cottage after a long weekend wishing we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

Had a lovely stay in this cozy cottage over the long weekend. We found it helpful that there was a house binder that listed everything we needed to know about the place and how to properly use everything, as well as, recommendations of activities we could enjoy inside/outside. The place was clean and stocked with everything we could have needed and more.

Best rental we’ve had at Sherkston. Super clean and cute space with a to die for view. We loved it!

It is wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. The beach is connected to the backyard of cottage. Shores is visible from living room. The place get lots of sunshine around the day. The host also provides a golf cart to explore the beach which is very helpful.

We had a great time here! We used this Airbnb as a made for exploring Niagara falls and Niagara by the lake. We really liked having the golf cart to be able to drive around the area and overall we just had a really good stay here. As someone else mentioned, the hot water ran out pretty quickly as we have six people taking a shower every night. After we ran out of hot water the first night we simply decided to take shorter showers and then we didn't have a problem afterwards. The house is well stocked and has a very nice Weber bbq which I was very thankful for.

I cannot say enough great things about Bryan's place! It exceeded our expectations...the house is amazing; the beds were very comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. Lake Erie is a short walk and provides the house with gorgeous views. We went in January so the pool was closed. but I can only imagine what it would be like in summertime...definitely want to plan another trip.

Jamie’s place was excellent for our family of four. We had a great time and visited all of the Niagara Falls activities, while having a nice retreat in the evening. We visited mid-October, so it was bit chilly to take advantage of all the amenities available during warmer months. But it was nice to visit off-season because it wasn’t busy. Walks on the beach and the playgrounds were wonderful. The shop on site was convenient. Jamie’s place has all you need for a relaxed stay.

Tasha is a great host with an amazing property in a perfect location. We had an amazing time and our family was sad to leave.

My only complaint was that Jaclyn did not have availability to extend my stay! Her place was amazing and she was the most accommodating host. We walked into a nice clean, cozy and air conditioned place after a long hot ride. Everything we forgot to bring she had available for her guests. Everything was a 10/10. I 100 % recommend her cottage for anyone looking to have a home away from home. I will definitely be booking with Jaclyn again next summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful guesthouse! The location is perfect, right on the beach at Lake Erie, where our child had endless fun playing. We all enjoyed kayaking on the lake—it was such a peaceful experience. The guesthouse itself is clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The nearby restaurant serves delicious food, and the proximity to Buffalo allowed us to explore the museum and science center, making it a fun trip for the whole family. Ross and Belinda were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to our overall fantastic experience. We can't wait to come back!

I cannot say enough about what a lovely experience I had at Mary Kay's M&M Lakeshore Retreat. I went for a week to rest, read and relax and it was absolutely lovely and so peaceful. There are many options of things to do, or do nothing at all - truly wonderful. The spot is beautiful, so inviting and so tastefully decorated with wonderful amenities and little surprises. I cannot wait to go back again for another visit! Thanks Mary Kay for being such a wonderful host!

This is our favorite place to visit yearly!! The cabin is original, quaint and adorably decorated. We love all of the original features but it’s the property, location and view that will draw us back every single year!! There is nowhere like this locally that is rentable. We enjoyed our coffee by a morning fire while listening to the waves, took a short walk to our completely private beach with our dogs and spent the day looking for sea glass. The evenings were spent playing with our dogs on the large property, a nice dinner and watching the amazing sunset. We also built a fire in the evening and stared at the millions of stars in the sky while again listening to the peaceful waves. The beds were comfortable and the lighting made for a cozy feel watching some tv before bed. Really there are no words to express this place and Alexis who is just phenomenal, she is so pleasant, responsive and helpful!! You just have to see it to believe a place like this exists!! Our dogs loved it as well

My family had a wonderful time in Nancy's beachfront home! I was traveling with my three children (7 - 9 years) and parents (77 yrs). Waking up every morning to the lake views steps from the water and being walking distance to kid-friendly activities within Sherkston Shores were a perfect blend of serenity and fun for everyone in our group. Nancy was a warm, welcoming host and very responsive any time I had a question. We are looking forward to the next time we return to Nancy's home!

A very special place and people. This is one of a number cottages on 14 acres with private beachfront, community field/tennis court and countless water or land activities. Dense tree foliage surrounding the cottages lets you decide whether you would like some time to relax or socialize with the rest of the families. Deonna and Scott pride themselves in creating a fun and safe environment for kids, adults and dogs alike in this community. Both grew up in the area and live on-site with their 2 kids, always ready to provide recommendations for restaurants, shopping, farmer markets or day trips should you need a change from the on-site options. Cottage 4 has been remodeled and equipped with modern features like Central Heat/AC & Dishwasher and equipped with all we needed for our stay. It features a glass enclosed porch and a large open deck offering great views of the beach and lake while providing privacy with the large trees. From the master bed you can take in the beach through large glass doors or gaze at stars through the skylights. The Main bathroom boasts a cast iron bathtub to unwind after long day (not suitable for everyday showering). It offers bright living area and plenty of room for the kids and parents to spread out. The kids enjoyed the freedom to roam, make new friends, play at the beach or fields. Our dogs loved it probably more than anyone else! We enjoyed our time so much that we extended our stay twice, experiencing different cottages. Thank you Deonna & Scott for allowing us to join the Sugarloaf family and enjoy this new experience for us.

We loved Judy's home. Location was perfect. All the water toys we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen, while small, was very well equipped. Everything we needed. We hope to be back!

Despite a rainy forecast, our long weekend at the peach pit turned out great. We alternated between enjoying the beautiful beach, sitting on the gorgeous stone patio overlooking the lake and lounging on the covered porch. The kids swam in the lake, my husband and I walked up and down the beach, and he was thrilled to be able to launch his jet skis from the nearby Long Beach campground boat launch. Andy was a responsive and unbelievably accommodating host. My family loved our weekend at the peach pit!
