I believe this is my 3rd stay here. It is very comfortable, clean and the location is great for my needs. You cant go wrong staying here.

This is a very pleasant and cozy place. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom had good closet space. The bathrooms were very clean with decent towels. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night’s rest. The home is easy to find and close to many nice stores and restaurants with quick access to downtown.

We had a great stay taking our 4 year old grandson to his first big race at Bristol Motor Speedway for his birthday. The place was perfect for the three of us. We checked in after dark and Polly made sure that the outside light was on for us. The unit was super clean and had unexpected touches like the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom vent fan to play music, etc. while getting ready for the day. We enjoyed looking at the nice artwork throughout the unit. I also had enough time to work in two scenic runs in the surrounding neighborhoods although the Tennessee hills make the Indiana ‘hills’ look flat. 🙂 We are definitely planning on staying here again.

Had great weekend stay! The house was convenient to everything while being in a residential area. The three bedrooms were perfect for our group. And the sleeper sofa being in a separate room from the living room worked out great. Older house with beautiful updates, decor, and everything we needed, including washer & dryer that were great for washing soccer uniforms in between games (and there was laundry soap!) The kitchen was spacious with a separate dining room. We all had plenty of space to hang out. We appreciated the extension cords, since the home didn’t have lots of outlets. Two of the bathrooms were small but it was great to have three bathrooms each with showers. And the little touches were really helpful, like some coffee pods, sugar, and powdered creamer, as well as plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. We didn’t have to run to the store to stock anything (other than food). Never heard or saw the upstairs tenant so that wasn’t ever an issue

Danny’s place was perfect for us! The location allowed easy travel to many of East Tennessee’s attractions, and really good trout fishing is only minutes away. The house was comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we had great sleep through our entire stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a stay in this area. Special Note: The treats Danny provided in the home were awesome, and very much appreciated after a day of sightseeing and travel!

If you keep a meticulous home and expect the same when you AirBNB this is the place for you. Every last detail was thought about, place is decorated extremely well. Easy instructions and excellent communication from the hosts. If every AirBNB were like this one hotels would be put out of business. Eddie and Karen, thank you for making our stay in Kingsport feel like home.

Comfortable, cozy, had everything we needed, very clean, amazing location, was close to everything including ETSU which was why we were there. Yard was so beautiful to lool at. Can't wait to stay again.

Alex and The Sanctuary Company are great Airbnb hosts. Very proactive with instructions and relevant information. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for the three night stay. Great location in Johnson City!

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

I had a great stay here. The location was very convenient, the property was very clean and comfortable. Having the garage was an added bonus. The hosts communication and response were excellent. The smoke detector started beeping one evening and when I asked if there were spare batteries someone was out within 30 minutes to replace the battery.

We appreciated them allowing our bluegrass band to practice for few hours on Sunday, and allowing us to play with our only grandchild in the front yard. He really loved the chickens and wanted to play with them though! Lol Thsnk you so much for your hospitality! The fresh flowers were gorgeous in the vase in the kitchen table!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The host was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, and all the amenities I needed were provided. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax and feel at home.
