Our family had a wonderful long weekend. Beautiful views, inside of the main house is lovely and spacious; the four king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were comfortable; tavern is an ideal place to hangout and play board games; great room had perfect views of the foliage and plenty of seating for whole family. The outside of the property is massive (including an orchard) for long walks that provided an ample place for my family to have our annual family relay race! Karen was wonderful to communicate with. The pond house is was a marvelous place in the mornings to sip coffee and see the deer passing through! Was a delight to stay here 😊

If you are considering booking this beautiful house, DO IT! I booked it for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday with 6 friends. Everyone had their own room, there were plenty of bathrooms, the kitchen is perfect for making shared meals. The dining room table turned into a puzzle table and we loved the double-sided fireplace. We chatted and read on one side and watched tv on the other. The views are spectacular, and in the summer the porch would be the place to be!! Plenty of parking which is rare for an AirBnB. I had some questions about snow removal and Richard was prompt and clear in his communication with me. He allowed for an early check in and late check out which extended the trip a few hours on each side. Bring bubble bath because there is a gorgeous tub!! I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home. The weekend was absolutely magic and we can't wait to return! Thank you so much Richard!!

Beautiful home with tons of unique characteristics. Easily accommodated the five of us with plenty of space. Game room was fun! Close distance to Bank of NH Pavilion where we attended a concert.

My teenagers and I spent 6 days here to experience some winter weather (from Florida). The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with large lots in a mountainy area. It was perfect. Dark and quiet at night, but we felt safe and were 10 minutes to a 24 hour gas station, which was helpful when we'd come back from adventuring all day. A lot of the lake attractions, shops, and restaurants were not open when we were there (January), so I can't comment on them. That's just a seasonal thing, and we weren't coming for those activities. We visited Gunstock, which is beautiful, but are not skiers. But if you are, it is basically around the corner. Everything was beautiful and quaint as a New England experience should be. This house was located very centrally for our needs. We visited Vermont, Maine, the White Mountains, and Mass. on short day trips. The house stayed warm, and we enjoyed the wood stove so much. Would recommend and hope we get the chance to go back.

Charming and cozy. Beautiful art and it feels like home. Anh is a amazing host, responds quickly and she's an absolute sweetheart. I had such a great time staying here and so did my guests. We didn't want to leave lol. I would definitely stay here again. So if you're ever in Rockport make sure to book this fantastic home. You'll enjoy your stay and you'll enjoy the peaceful town.

Super cute home with all the basic necessities. Awesome location, about 10 minutes to town and a gorgeous view of the lake. We stayed off season and came for a wedding so couldn’t enjoy the water but they had great options for water use if you’re going during a better time of year! Clean up at the end of the stay was easy enough and everything was labeled around the house so easy to get the house comfortable for you. This home has everything you need without all the frills so if you are looking for that, this wouldn’t be a great fit! Definitely enjoyed ourselves and all agreed we would stay there again in the future. Thanks again!

Wally was so helpful and attentive to our needs. He responded immediately whenever we messaged him. The room was HUGE and just well put together. It was really close to downtown Boston, which was very convenient. We definitely want to come back!

We had some difficulty finding the apartment because our GPS took us to a different location. Gigi’s son was very helpful and responded quickly to my email to help us find the correct address. The apartment is centrally located and very cozy. It had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. I was pleasantly surprised that when I asked about an item for the kitchen that we wished was there, but wasn’t totally necessary, a bag with the item showed up at the door. My husband said he wished there had been a comfortable arm chair for reading, but I found the sofa to be sufficient. The shower has excellent water pressure and the bed is comfortable. We visited in the winter and parking was free and readily available. In the busy season, this may not be the case. If a person has problems climbing steep stairs, this may not be the best place to stay. It was perfect for us (in our 70s and healthy). We’d suggest visiting in the fall. Many businesses close in the winter. Great rental!

This location was a perfect spot to spend the night at. It was close to our venue, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner Christin did everything she could to make sure I was satisfied and able to take advantage of everything that the location (and the surrounding area) had to offer. She definitely makes sure that she is offering the best experience she possibly can for guests staying in the space, and I greatly appreciate that extending to not just the duration of the stay but both checking in and checking out. I highly recommend this location and if I’m ever back in the area I’d happily stay here again!

Perfect place for our weekend trip! We planned to visit Salem & Boston, and it’s located pretty much in the middle of the two places so it worked perfect!! It was a good amount of space for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the patio on evening, that was a very nice additional space.

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

Such a clean and aesthetically pleasing place to stay. I travelled a few states in the past 2 weeks and that was by far the best sleep I’ve had while travelling. Ryan was very easy to communicate with should there be an inquiry. 10/10 recommend

This is the second time we stayed at Dave & Mandy's place. Great location, comfortable accommodations, extremely clean and well maintained. We plan on returning again soon.

Great beach house on plum island!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was communicative and made everything easy. The location was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent again—highly recommend!

We loved staying at Gary's beautiful home. We were a gathering of extended family, and we were looking mostly for a place where we could all gather together - our group of 16 and 1 to 3 dogs, depending on the day. The great room that included kitchen, dining area, and two sitting areas was spectacular - allowing us to cook together, play games, catch up. Exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was very spacious with multiple work areas and a massive refrigerator and freezer. There was central living area with two L-shaped couches that allowed all of us to sit together. While table had six dining chairs, between folding chairs (very comfortable), and counter stools that worked well, we managed to get 14 people around the table. The private, wooded views from the living room were also spectacular. Lovely light coming into the house. Bedrooms were simple and plentiful. Gary and his wife were very responsive to the few questions and needs we had. Highly recommend.

Lindsay is a terrific host, she made everything very simple. The house has an excellent location with beautiful views of the ocean. The rental has everything you need to enjoy a fun and peaceful stay at the beach, any time of year. My family loved it and definitely want to come back again!
