Wonderful location, fantastic house with everything we needed. Couldn’t fault it and communication with Janice was faultless.

Victoria’s house was beautiful, and perfect for our 2 families (8 people in total!) The wood burner was a lovely addition in the cold evenings. Bedrooms were an ideal layout for us and having 3 bathrooms was great and extremely helpful. The kitchen was stunning with fully equipped cupboards with everything needed. Very detailed information on house rules and expectations. Victoria was a perfect host and was very responsive to any questions. I didn’t have any issues for her to resolve as the house was perfect. The location was great for us as all the outings we had planned were a car drive away, we did go on a walk that was detailed in the information folder that was in the house, it was a lovely 2hrs in the countryside and something we wouldn’t have known had Victoria not put it in there. The local pub which is as 1 min walk did a lovely meal and Sunday roast. I would highly recommend this property, and Victoria as a host was amazing.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. We had a great family stay in this well equipped and spacious home, literally a minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Bourton-on-the-Water. Lovely welcome pack and helpful & responsive host. Definitely recommended by us all.

The place was amazing and exceeded our expectations, the surroundings were also beautiful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go again. Also Mike and Adina were really helpful in every aspect.

Mayflower is the perfect place to stay for a family/ friends group.. great location, private but walking distance to amenities, comfy beds, great showers, really well equipped… hot tub, kayak and pool table were all used and much appreciated. Would highly recommend

What a lovely home! Super clean and bright. Beautiful setting right on the lake. Fun amenities such as play ground, table tennis, and tennis available on site. We had a fab weekend away with the family and was just what we needed. Walked the 9km along the canal to Cirencester and got the bus home. The only downside is the fast main road (B4696) and there are no lights along it at night for walking back from local restaurants. Obviously not the hosts fault but worth noting.

We had a lovely stay here, very peaceful and serene. The place was spotless and cosy. Perfect for a quiet weekend with friends, we all really enjoyed it and will definitely come again. Gina was really helpful and gave clear instructions as well as local recommendations for food
