A perfect located lovely house. It had everything we needed for our large family. Sarah has been an amazing host and very accommodating. I highly recommend .

Stayed here this weekend and I could not have been anymore satisfied with everything from start to finish! Susan was very helpful providing a guide to everything you may have a question with. The surrounding area was also a great bonus with places to explore or just sit and have a great view. The accommodation was superb, the bed was very spacious and the general facilities were easy to use. The hot tub was an absolute pleasure and again fairly simple to use. Overall a great stay and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, cozy stay.

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Our engineers were happy and comfortable in the property. It was a lovely property and close to amenities for the lads, and a they reported that it was a home from home feel. The check in instructions were and clear and Koala were quick to respond to any queries we had. Overall excellent customer service and would definitely use again!

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Hamid’s place was very clean and cozy.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts.
